Apartamento genial

La estancia en el apartamento ha sido estupenda, el personal muy atento y comunicativo. Checking fácil y flexible. Las instalaciones son muy nuevas, el apartamento es muy bonito y espacioso, muy bien situado. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

mini desayuno

esta bien ubicado y la habitación muy cómoda. la única parte un poco negativa es que indican que proporcionan desayuno pero en realidad te dejan en la habitación 3 paquetitos minis de galletas secas, 3 de tostadas, 3 brioche industriales, 3 mermeladas minis y 3 cápsulas de cafés (éramos 3).

If staying around Milan, this is worth a look

If you are looking for a night over after landing (after yet another Ryanair delayed flight that saw us arriving post midnight) in Milan or looking for a place to base yourself, then this is worth your consideration. Nothing to fault and they support local people with special needs with work in the hotel and it was spotless! Self service check in was great and works for those less social arrival times. Best to contact the hotel to arrange car parking, it took the headache out of finding a car park locally.

Fantastic and comfortable

Best place i stayed in by a long shot in Italy, the room was self check in , the room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable , there was some noise from the street at night but not too bad , I would stay here again, it really felt like a great place to base myself in Bergamo , the staff were very helpful and lovely people

Rommet var stort, det var rent og det var fint! Jeg var på jentetur med min datter, kun for et par netter. Det som møtte oss da vi kom var et herlig vesen som tok seg god tid til å geleide oss igjennom øvre og nedre Bergamo på kart. Hun laget enn flott rute for oss og krysset ut restaurantene vi burde spise på.Vi kom før innsjekk-tid og rommet var ikke ferdig vasket. Vi fikk likevel lov å sette bagasjen på rommet og benytte toalettet. Så begynte vår vandring i Bergamos gater, og på litt bortgjemte steder, førte Carolin sine restaurant-tips oss. Aldri har jeg spist så bra i Italia! Når du spiser på steder med bare italienerne, da vet du at maten er god!

여러모로 편한 숙소. 조식으로 매일 아침 문 앞 바구니에 빵을 넣어 주는게 정말 좋았다. 숙소에서 제공해 주는 하몽과 캡슐커피도 맛있었다. 다만 샤워시설이 불편해서 아쉬웠다.

The room is very spacious. Every morning they provide a delicious croissant and bread roll for breakfast. Communication with the staff members there is easy. Parking is available for a fee. Very close to Gewiss stadium. Walkable to both the old and new parts of the city. Rooms facing the road could be noisy at night but they provide ear plugs. They also are very helpful and allow us to change to another room facing the courtyard.

Clean, modern and well equipped

Great response from owner to accommodate a dietary request. Room was so spacious and clean. Breakfast is stocked in the room with fresh bread arriving in the morning. A remote area but cam walk to the livelier part of town. The owner was so helpful and willing to help with my onward journey.

All to our satisfaction

Very Nice and cozy hotel. Breakfast could be better. Unfortunately my son Got appendicitis and we had to spend most of the day at the hospital (not reccomended). Hotel was brilliant.

Es war bei der Buchung nicht klar, dass alles ohne Menschen abläuft, das Frühstück ohne Service hab ich bei einem 4 Sterne-Hotel noch nicht erlebt. Ist das der Preis des heutigen Zeitalters.. LG

Dejligt ophold i Bergamo

Hotellet ligger fint, man kan gå til alt indenfor 30 min. Personalet er flinkt og hjælpsomt. Dog ville mørklægningsgardiner være et stort plus, og lidt hurtigere wi-fi ville hellere ikke skade.

全体的には満足。スタッフの人は親切でアメニティは充実していた。皿の片付けは有料で、朝食の皿は洗わなくていいとあったがどこまでか範囲がわからず、結局全部自分で洗った。具体的に書いてあるとよかったと思う。ベルガモ空港からは最寄りバス停から徒歩すぐ。中心街までは徒歩で距離があった。

Sentralt og pent

Flott og stort rom. Rent og pent, ser ganske nytt ut. Praktisk med liten kjøkkenkrok med mikrobølgeovn, vannkoker, kaffemaskin, kjøleskap og tallerkner og bestikk og glass. I kjøleskapet kom det hver dag vann, jus, melk, skinke, yoghurt, smør og smøreost. I tillegg fikk vi små pakker med syltetøy og nugatti pluss små kjekspakker. Hver morgen ca 7.30 fikk vi et rundstykke og en croissant hver levert i en kurv utenfor døren. God service i resepsjonen. Vi hadde rom vendt ut mot gaten og det var ganske mye støy om kvelden av både trafikk og mennesker. Praktisk med kodelås på dørene. Det er trapper for å komme inn på hotellet, og liten heis og dusj, så ikke egnet for rullestolbrukere.

The only place to stay!!

We loved our stay here! So much better than we expected. In particular we appreciated: 1) Bit of food to eat in the room upon arrival - this is so nice after a long journey 2) Teapot & milk! This British tea drinker was thrilled 3) Comfy pillows and comfy bed 4) Big room 5) warm bathroom and Excellent hot shower 6) Maid came in each day to square up the room and replenished food/water/milk/toiletries and was very generous 7) Carolina at reception was very helpful and patient with all my questions about public transport. 8) the street is old fashioned and so pretty with a great pizza place (Grano Puro) directly across!

Great experience, the property is a short walk uphill walk from the old part of town. The area has lots of interesting bars and shops. We enjoyed the [provision of breakfast in the hotel. The room was comfortable clean and well presented. The staff were particularly helpful when it was discovered that my teenager had left items of jewelry in the room. Ensuring they were returned to us

Residenza del Borgo is in a quiet and close to stores. The room was clean and spacious. Shower has good pressure. Beddings were comfortable. The fridge was well stock up. Helpful staff and good communication with Stefano and Carolin. They also called a taxi for us to the airport. Overall excellent experience, will recommend to our friends.

Great place where everything goes smooth

We had a very nice stay in one of the apartments. Very nice and smooth entrance system with code and no card. Rooms is high standard, and the location is near the old town. The breakfast was delivered on the door which is great and relaxing. It may not include a lot of alternatives and is just enough for what you need, but for us that was fine. I really recommend this place.

Comfortable apartment

Comfortable apartment. Some distance from station. Well equipped with breakfast delivered to room. Only able to stay one night but seems to be in a nice area with plenty of options for eating out.

Good hotel. Good location. Nice and helpfull staff. Will return if in Bergamo once more.

Great place

Bergamo was a great place to visit and the Del Borgo an excellent hotel. Caroline the manageress was so helpful and lovely.

Une résidence de qualité pour un séjour à Bergame.

La résidence est idéalement située, elle offre un parking permettant de se déplacer en bus ou à pied. Le personnel à l'accueil est vraiment à l'écoute et aide à répondre aux demandes. Propreté parfaite, literie de qualité, déco au top, coin cuisine parfaitement adapté, petit déjeuner avec croissants et pain frais livrés à la porte.

Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel

In 25 Min. Ist man in der Neustadt. Es gibt in der Nähe der Unterkunft einige sehr gute Restaurants. Parkplatz für €10.- bei der Unterkunft war auch Super. Auch das Frühstück war perfekt.

Room was spacious. Friendly staff and helpful. Unfortunately nearby restaurants were closed on a Tuesday. But we did go to Borghetto and had wonderful pizza and wine , walkable from the Residenza. Breakfast was served in the room with meat, juice, yogurt, cheese, croissants. Parking was private, next to hotel for a small fee but was very convenient.

Bergamo - Need Self Check-In

Only place to stay in Bergamo. It took us 3 1/2 hours to get out of the airport / taxi as so many flights arriving at night and not enough staff to process. Cabs as night very limited. Hence as hotel is self-check-in we had a place to stay. At immigration people were yelling, pushed together, staff had to offer water, didn't matter if you had children, infant or were pregnant. Lady in front of us her reception closed so she has to waiting at airport until it opened. The self-check-in allows that you will have a bed for the night especially if you are arriving late at night. Ryanair we counted approx 10 flights at same time plus ours and the airport just cannot cope.

Quite far from the town center, the room is very dark, no staff on hand, there was a note in the room that if we use any cups for coffee we will have to wash them afterwords or they will charge us 10 euro

Beautiful appartment, great breakfast, easy parking (also with a large car), about 30min. Walk from the city centre. Can only recommend, great stay!

La struttura è ben attrezzata e curata nei dettagli. Apprezzata anche la colazione con brioche e panini freschi del forno vicino, lasciati nel cestino fuori la porta. Pulita, silenziosa, parcheggio interno comodo. Doccia spaziosa, arredamento nuovo e letto super comodo. Nel complesso la struttura ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative, sia in qualità che in comfort. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

훌륭하나 추웠음.

Reception 직원이 없는 밤에 도착해서 미리 알려준 방식으로 입실했으나 쉽지는 않아서 시행 착오가 있았음. 방은 히터를 켜도 추웠고, 시트와 얇은 담요로 부족했음. 방 바닥은 마루였고 깨끗했으나 슬리퍼가 있으면 더욱 좋았을 것임. 아침에 만난 직원은 친절했고, 빵이 7시 경에 문앞에 배송되는데, 방에 있었던 음료, 스낵, 햄 등과 함께 조식으로 충분했음. 주방 시설이 있어 쿠킹을 하면 더욱 좋았을 것임.

Fab apartment,free food goodies each day

Les chambres sont grandes, propres et le service petit déjeuner très bien ! Un seul problème : le bruit côté rue… l’hôtel n’y peut pas grand chose mais il est compliqué de passer une nuit complète sans se réveiller… Cependant pour une nuit à ce tarif cela reste un très bon rapport qualité prix !

Henkilökuntaa paikalla aivan liian vähän aikaa. Vaatimaton aamiainen alkoi jo tympiä. Sijainti huono, julkisiin liikennevälineisiin.( lopettivat kulkunsakin hyvin aikaisin) Ja taksejahan ei sitten saanut mistään. Miksiköhän?
