Para empezar en el sitio de hoteles.com aparenta que cuenta con estacionamiento y resulta que en unas letras chiquitas escondidas dice que hay que reservar. Es un departamento y lo de "serviced apartments" para mi es confuso. Tienen 2 colchones uno decente y uno que puedes contar los resortes con la espalda, aunque aclaro que tuvieron la amabilidad de cambiarlo. La persona que te recibe tiene una actitud horrible, pero si tienes problemas y lo escalas al Gerente él es muy amable y sensato. El departamento es bonito y bien ubicado.

Very Central apartment to Bristol City Centre

Fantastic stay, Marianna was a great host that kept in contact during our stay. Very central with underground paid parking on request. Apartment very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities for a work/family stay. Good wifi and located near to great restaurants and places of interest in Bristol.

Close to all amenities

Really nice apartment that was close to all amenities as shopping and train station. Excellent communication from Daniel to meer and greet and show us around the apartment. Building work around us but as out all the days we were there it did not affect us. Would definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Location and flexibility

Great location between the town and Bristol Temple Meads station. Check in worked well. Appartment was big and had everything you could need . Plus we had a balcony which was pleasant as the weather was good.

Fantastic place to stay - apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean and very modern with all mod cons. Great location just a few mins from all the restaurants, cafes and attractions in the centre of town, but still nice and quiet. Marco (who met us with the keys and showed us to the apartment) was great. Thoroughly recommended

Very modern & clean

A really lovely, modern & clean apartment. It was very hot when we stayed but they gave us great instructions on how to cool the apartment down and it was very comfortable. They didn’t have a parking space available however they gave us the address of a nearby car park which was very helpful.

Really modern and clean with some nice touches such as toiletries in the bathroom and milk and water in the fridge. Highly recommended.

Great apartment

Another good stay at Finzel’s Reach. Can’t fault the apartments in general although the sofa in this one needed replacing otherwise excellent. My first place to stay in Bristol for work

The apartment was in a great location, most places were in walking distance. The apartment was very clean and modern, would definitely stay again.

Was met personally by the representative, who took me to the apartment, and showed me round. Very friendly and helpful. Flat was fairly high spec - really enjoyable and comfy stay

Superb apartment excellent value

I stayed for 1 night predominantly because all the hotels were full. I will not stay in a hotel again in Bristol The apartment was excellent in every way. Location, condition, cleanliness and service from the agent. I would highly recommend a stay here

Couldn't have been better

Home away from home

This was a home away from home for me. It has all the utensils and comforts you need for a comfortable stay. The only think it did lack is a hairdryer! There is also construction work happening so there is a chance the view will not be very pretty and it may be loud during the day.

Central Bristol serviced apartment

Excellent value serviced apartment near the centre of town. Big bedroom, good bathroom, all kitchen facilities you need and friendly check in service.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was lovely would recommend this place ... the local is fab to as its right near everything Thankyou x

In heart of Bristol

Very nice apartment and tip top service

Good location for city centre

I've stayed in Finzels Reach previously and had a slightly better apartment last time with more room. However the flat was just about big enough for 4 adults. The living space is a bit limited in this apartment by comparison to the previous stay, but had great views over the park and floating harbour. Location is great for shopping and a short walk from the harbour, lots of choice for restaurants, and not far from the station. There has been a bridge added since our last stay which makes getting into the city incredibly easy. The block of flats is next to other construction work, but we weren't disturbed by the noise.

Great place to stay in Bristol City Centre

I have stayed in these apartments many times when I have visited Bristol over the last 18m. They are a good find, always comfortable, always clean. For the cost of a hotel room you get an entire apartment including a reasonable kitchen and dining area. The location is central and the area in which the apartments are based is undergoing rapid re-development so more amenities are appearing each time I go. Definitely worth a look and dont be put off by the check in arrangements which work really well and smoothly.

Great location, friendly staff

I have stayed at Cleyro Apartments before and had a great experience. This set the bar for my expectations. my expectations were not met on this, my second, stay (lingering smell of cigarette smoke from previous occupation and the kitchen was not clean enough to use). I did raise my concerns with staff and to their credit they were apologetic and immediately offered to remedy the situation (change apartments). I will stay with them again, as I would like to think my first experience was more representative than this one.

Not worthy

No AC, some power outlets may not work, no bedroom cleaning services (unless you stay more than a week), construction in progress right in front of many rooms. The guy at the hotel needs to learn about customer service. I got the "I already told you" answer the first day when I asked about the building entrance (he had already told me once, but I came from an 14 hour flight and I thought I could ask again). No key replacement in case of loss. Low water pressure. Small bedroom. Beware of extra charge for checking in after 8 pm. I will skip a few more minor details just to save your reading time. Won't come back.

Brilliant place to stay and enjoy Bristol!

Far surpassed what i was expecting! perfect location even with the present building work in the surrounding area.I can thoroughly recommend Cleyro Finzels reach and hope to return. Thanks to Zoltan for the prompt and friendly welcome on arrival!

Comfortable and clean modern apartment

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Great position for walking around Bristol; new pedestrian bridge takes you across the river behind the building and into a park. Only downside......parts of the immediate surrounding area area are still being built. Car parking (£15/day) is under the apartment block with easy lift access to the rooms. There are local shops for self catering and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Thank you

Exactly what I was after

Zoltan was fantastic and very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying! Building works from 8, but to be expected.

Nice apartments within rich of the city centre.

Meeting with the Manager to hand over the key was efficient. Also enjoyed some flexibility in my check-out time which was very helpful. The location is serene. It would be very pleasant when the construction is finished.

Lovely view

The apartment is on the waterside with tour boats,rowers and private craft coming past and with the view of Castle park on the other bank.A very nice outlook.The apartment was comfortable and clean.The reason for the lower mark is you are in the middle of a building site and finding your way around the site can be confusing.We only stayed one night but wished it could have been longer.

Not as seen

Nice apartments with nice view. Would have liked the balcony on living area. As seen on the photos of the room I booked! However lots of building work and have to walk through building site to get to appartments. So lots of building noise early morning. Parking on site only available if you book direct. Hotels.com customers have to park on roads around the area.

Watch out for extra charges

Overall would have been a 5/5 but didn't appreciate having to pay £25 for checking in at 9pm. I don't think that's an unusual time and it's not clear in Hotels.com booking terms so be careful. £25 lost then 2 stars

Modern apartment in centre of Bristol

Personal meet and greet, nice modern apartment, comfy bed and a lovely weekend. The apartment matched my expectations and I enjoyed my two night stay. Close to the local amenities but quiet enough to relax. Will return.
