Lo mejor la ubicación

Apartamento con lo justo. Está todo muy viejo y poco cuidado. La piscina sucia y verde y la limpieza justita en general. Lo mejor la ubicación, servicios cercanos y facilidad para aparcar.

Hotel muy tranquilo y bien situado

Hemos estado muy cómodos i tranquilos. Bien situado i personal agradable.

No cambian las sabanas en toda la semana y al llegar estaba un poco sucio todo

Buen lugar

La verdad que en relación con el precio el apartamento esta muy bien. Esta reformado en los aspectos más importantes, tales como baño y cocina que se presentaban en perfecto estado (vitro, monomando, bañera... generalmente bien), también paredes pintadas y ventanas de aluminio. Muy amplio (sobre todo si es para dos personas), dispone de dos terrazas donde puedes desayunar o comer, aire acondicionado, TV plana...etc. El servicio de limpieza muy bien, si hablas con ellas son muy buena gente y te ayudan en lo que pueden (nos proporcionaron algunas necesidades como una alfombra de baño extra y cosas que se dejen en otros apartamentos te las dejan a ti, por ejemplo lavavajillas, etc), limpieza cada dos o 3 dias (nosotros en 8 dias vinieron 4 veces) En desacuerdo con que no dispongan de camas matrimoniales, sobre todo si vas en pareja, no hay jabones de limpieza, ni algunos utensilios basicos tales como: fregona, cubitera, aislador de calor para la olla o la sartén...etc. Eso si, si te duele la cabeza o la barriga buscate la vida porque en la recepción no te dan nada, por lo menos una chica morena que me cayó bastante mal no me dió nada. Generalmente muy bien, Palma Nova muy tranquilo (comparado con el pueblo colindante), la zona del hotel muy tranquila: a 5 minutos de la playa, a 3 minutos del Mercadona, a 8 minutos del LIDL, a 5 minutos del restaurante "la PIZZETA" (muy bueno), a 5 minutos de Pacha y a 15 minutos de BCM y Magaluf (pueblo de fiesta a muerte) todo ello andando (para una larga estancia aconsejo alquilar vehículo por internet: 110€ por 8 dias, (ritmocars). Esta muy bien visitar otros parajes de Mallorca). Aconsejo la estancia y el lugar.

Our room was sizeable and comfortable beds. The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating as my husband had hired a mobility scooter and we needed a room close to the lift and to access electric hook up and a safe place to leave it. I did have to request wine glasses and cork screw as the kitchen had limited glasses, but this was solved immediately. Very kind staff.

Great location

Mrthas Apartamentos is grate value for money and in a good location to local amenities with Palmanova beach only a 10 minutes’ walk away and bus stop just around the corner with links to other beaches, Magaluf and Santa Ponsa. Buses also to Palma Airport and Palma with links all over the island. The team at Mrthas are very welcoming and helpful, we shall be staying there again in the near future.

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, perché avevamo bisogno di un posto tranquillo e tattico per visitare l'isola e anche vicine al centro della movida maiorchina(Magaluf)

The WiFi was shocking. Only got decent coverage by reception. Also Reception opened ( sign on front desk) 10am 14pm. When I checked if they had an email address to confirm time of arrival I was told no email only you had to ring Martha's Apt directly Place lovely location very quiet especially around the pool area which was what we wanted. Just disappointed on WiFi only to catch on news etc. Thank you

Martha's could be a nice little place to stay, if only it was updated. The rooms are shabby, appliances is the kitchen have short leads and only one power point at hand, so you can't make toast and a cuppa at the same time!! The bathrooms look tired, stained walls. On a positive the living area is big, nice balcony with sea view (in the distance). We were visiting a family member in the area so it was convenient for us to stay, but not somewhere I would have chosen otherwise.

Fint med et lille køkken og opholdsrum. Samt soveværelse for sig. Og en god altan. Et godt supermarked tæt på, ligesom bussen til Palma. Hjælpsom personale.

Supermarkt dichtbij Schoonmaker mag wel beter haar best doen en de badkamer mag ook wel eens gerenoveerd worden.

Die Zimmer hatten viel Platz. Der Kasten hatte sehr gute Kleiderbügel.Die Heizung war speziell. Sie befand sich an der Decke und gab warme Luft ab.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal. Da es Nachts etwas frisch war, stand die Hoteldame mit 2 dicken Daunendecken, für die Kinder, an der Zimmertür : ) Betten waren ok. Zum übernachten ausreichend. - wir haben bewusst ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht. Leider hat es doch sehr nach "kaltem Rauch" gestunken. Was wahrscheinlich, am in die Jahregekommenen Mobiliar gelegen hat. In der Küche haben wir auch einen Wasserkocher vermisst. Toaster und Mikrowelle waren vorhanden.

+ Sijainti hyvä. Yllättävän hiljaista. + Ilmainen kunnallinen parkkipaikka hotellin vieressä. - Huoneistossa oli epämielyttävä haju. Tehotuuletus täytyi pitää aina kun oli hetken poissa ja ovet kiinni. Keittiössä oli todella niukasti varusteita. Paistinpannu oli surkeassa kunnossa. Vedenkeitin rikkinäinen ja paksussa kalkissa. Kaapistojen ovet roikkui saranoissaan ja liukuovet pudonneet kiskoiltaan. Kaipaisi kyllä kipeästi remonttia! Tupakansavu kantautui huoneeseen myös muilta parvekkeilta.

Good value hotel booked again

Hotel has gone through some r cent refurb on shown in website and for value for money we were delighted and have booked again to long in four weeks time. The pool was clean, great temperature and perfect for kids. Rooms clean and tidy, but a little old fashioned, but hotel only minutes from beach and restaurants. Staff very helpful on day shift, but has 24 front desk and ones on nights do not speak that good English, but Didn't find that a problem.

We spent good vacation. Marthas suite is really good for all the family.

summer break

we stayed at Marthas for a week and we found the room very spacious, we had a kettle, toaster and microwave in the kitchen. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and our room needed updating but it didn't bother us as we don't stay in the room for long. It is a 10 min walk into Palmanova where you will find lots of restaurants and bars. We only had a little time around the pool which we found to be relaxing and quiet. It was good value for money

Lovely location

This was our 2nd year staying here, very reasoniable priced and located 3 mins from beach and 10 mins walk from Palmaova beach.. super maket is 2 mins walk just opposite and many local shops and food places in walking distance.. Pool is small but nice and clean rooms. Very happy and will recommend to anyone..

Nice location

This complex is within easy walking distance to Palmanova and Magaluf which has a lot of nice bars and restaurants. It is close to a small quiet beach.

Fine dager i Mars 2018

Hotellet er slitt men under oppussing. stor leilighet med ok madrasser, deilig med badekar. Ligger sentralt til ved Merkadona, buss og taxi :) grei gåavstand til spisesteder og strand. veranda med morgensol :)

Great price and lovely helpful staff. Close to everything and a five minute walk to beach. If you are not bothered about five star luxury then these little apartments are perfect. Would definitely book again.

Eigentlich gut, aber die Sauberkeit

Wir haben ein super großes Appartment (Nr. 212) gehabt. Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche, SItzecke, Tisch, dazu zwei Schlafzimmer, alle Räume hatten eine Balkontüre zum sehr großen Balkon mit TIsch und zwei Stühlen. Die Lage war gut, es war immer ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. An der Rezeption wurden wir immer sehr freundlich behandelt und man hatte immer ein "Buenos Dias" und ein herzliches Lächeln für uns übrig. Leider hat das Apparment den Mangel an den Putzkräften. DIe Küche war ziemlich unsauber, die Schränke seit Monaten nicht abgewaschen, das Geschirr hatte einen öligen FIlm, wir haben erst einmal alles selbst gespült. Vor der Türe war seit langem nicht gefegt und auch im Apparment war es nicht sehr sauber. Schade, aus diesen Appartments könnte man wirklich mehr machen. Dennoch, uns hat es gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen. Allerdings sind Putzlappen und "Fünf gerade sein lassen" notwendig. Entschädigt wird man mit großzügigen Räumlichkeiten und Betten, die leider quietschen.

Good location

The apartment is perfectly located: 5min from a small (but cute) beach, close to a bus stop (that takes you to Palma and to the airport in ~35 min) and across the street from a supermarket. The staff is nice and helpful. The apartment is simple but has everything you need. It's a quiet neighborhood and I appreciated the absence of noise.

dålig standard på lägenheten

Lägenheten hade en mycket låg standard. Obekväma sängar med filtar som det var brännmärken i. Möblerna var mycket slitna med brännmärken och trasiga på sina ställen. TVn saknade kontroll. När man duschade rann det vatten in i badrummet. Väggarna till "grannar" var supertunna och man kunde höra vad det sa, både dagtid och mitt i natten när de skrek på varandra. Personalen i receptionen hälsade inte när man gick förbi och fanns inte heller tillgänglig förrän kl 10 på morgonen. Balkongen var ok, men vistelsen på Martas får mycket lågt betyg!

Great location

Read several reviews and was quite worried as to what to expect! Didn't look much from outside but apartments were spacious clean and staff very pleasant! Only downside was not enough sunbeds by the pool which is easily rectified as enough space for many more! Great value for money and would defo stay again!

Decent hotel, good location

We had a good experience, stayed 7 nights and hotel was quite clean and located in a very good location. Self catering apartment has decent size lounge with dinning area and good kitchen. Bathroom good size (however our toilet was leaking but they got it fixed) bedrooms are ok sized we had 2 small bed which was a tight squeeze for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 5 and 7) mattress and pillows very uncomfortable :( that's the only down sized.. Whole apartment was air conditioned and has a decent sized balcony. Outdoors pool was decent size but less sun beds so have to make sure we were there early to grab some sun beds. Staff very nice and welcoming and always help us with whatever we needed. Location of the hotel is great, only 3 mins from small beach and 10 mins walk from palmanova main beach. A super maket is only across the road which was so Handy. The supermarket was So close that you can see that from our balcony. As the hotel is only 1 mins from main road it was very handy to catch buses and taxes too.. some decent restaurants around the hotel too to grab a quick drink and food if you don't want to walk 10 mins to the beach front. Western water park and kartmandu park only 10 mins in bus (104 and 103), the same buses take you to magluf and Santa Ponsa which was great and only cost €2 euros. Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone for the price what we paid it was a great bargain and would only say that hotel should change the beds and mattresses..

God lejlighed og pool område

Vi var glad for at bo der, men der var beskidt da vi modtog lejligheden, og der blev gjort rent hver 3 dag. Vi boede i en lejlighed hvor sengene var elendige og der var larm fra en maskine ved siden af. Lejligheden havde ellers alt hvad man skulle bruge og et lækkert pool område, samt tæt på strand og offtenlig transport muligheder. Derfor er det samlet set en god bedømmelse.

Prima hotel

Leuk hotel met prima zwembad en ruime kamer. Slim opgezet zodat je met hele gezin 4 pers in 1 kamer verblijft omdat banken tevens bedden zijn. Fijn dat er een grote koelkast en vriezer waren. Enige jammere wat we konden bedenken was de kwaliteit van de matrassen. Verder moet je voor deze prijs ook niet al teveel luxe ed verwachten dus wij waren tevreden.

Het appartement is centraal gelegen vlakbij de grotere supermarkten ,alles op loopafstand ,geen super deluxe ,maar alles wat je voor een vakantie nodig hebt.

Not bad.

Overall ok, a bit old, needs som renovation. Don't understand why they didn't change bed sheets in 10 nights. Maybe we missed the day they were changing those. We skipped 1 cleaning sessions. Close to a really good supermarket, like 3 minutes walking. Next time we'll try something else. Otherwise completely ok place.

Светлый, чистый, "домашний" отель

Отдыхали 5 дней. За это время было 2 уборки. Есть холодильник, тостер, чайник, кондиционер, плита. Все исправно работает. До пляжа идти минут 7. Из минусов- плохие сковородки, покрытие уже сошло и все подгорало, но мы стали все варить. Спасибо за отдых.

Residence con tutto il necessario

L'appartamento era piuttosto spazioso, non di nuovissima costruzione. I due aspetti da migliorare che ho rilevato sono stati - il wifi non funzionava in camera, ma solo nelle aree comuni e in piscina; - l'arredamento era spartano e decisamente fuori moda, ma completo e funzionale. Le dotazioni sono di base, ma il necessario c'è. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile; confortevole la piscina, a disposizione c'è anche la lavanderia. Contrariamente alle aspettative e alla normale gestione dei residence, la biancheria da bagno è stata cambiata ogni 2 giorni, e in tale occasione veniva data una pulita di massima a sanitari e pavimenti, oltre alla pulizia dei cestini. Zona molto buona, vicina alle spiagge, vicinissima alle fermate dei pullman (in 20 minuti si arriva a Palma), a supermercati di buona qualità, farmacia, taxi, cliniche mediche... Da consigliare e da rifare.

Grei nok plass, men behov for oppgradering på det meste, spesielt "sovesofa" i stuen, komfort kun for de under 30 kg !

Nice place, nice location, nice price !

Lot of people complains in the review. I think they are the kind that's loves to pay peanuts and expect something like a resort. This place is pretty nice for the value ! Very good location, with a lot of parking space on the surrounding area for free. Also, closer of many supermarkets like LIDL, Pharmacias, ATMs, bars, good beaches like Magaluf. The only bad thing is the Internet. You must be very in front of the reception desk to use the free wi-fi. The pool is very in front of the reception desk, but on the pool you don't have signal anymore. Looks like proposital ! a shame in fact. That's the reason I will not give a full overall.

Peaceful surrounding & a little walk to the beach

I will always book this hotel every time I plan to visit Mallorca. I wish the WIFI was available in our rooms. Some of the house cleaning staff didn't clean my room properly, so that was a little disappointing. But overall I really enjoyed my stay, both the lady & the gentleman at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to friends.

Not One I Would Recommend

Everything about this hotel was poor for me. Originally planned to stay 4 nights but abandoned it after 3 nights in search of a decent hotel. The room was in real poor condition including beds, shower and kitchen. Generally the hotel is in poor condition and service is poor (you generally get what you pay for). The only positive I can find is where the hotel is situated; Son Caliu has to be one of my favorite places in Majorca.

Apartment was ok- great location! Owner didn't speak great English and telephone lines didn't work/wifi. Kitchen was extremely small but manageable for two people for 4 days. 2 minute walk to supermarket and very close to beach and bus service. Overall good stay. However rooms only get cleaned every 2 days and no essentials ie washing up liquid etc but for price it is acceptable.

Gute Lage aber fehlende Sauberkeit

Im Apartment haben wir viele Haare und Staub auf dem Boden und Möbeln gefunden. Das Klo ist auch an der Seite braun verfärbt. Die Klimaanlage ist viel zu laut. Ohne sie ist es wieder viel zu kalt in der Nacht. Im Zimmer ist leider kein WLAN, sondern nur im Eingangsbereich des Hotels.

Good location

Short stay of 5 days but very pleased with all aspects of the accommodation. Used it before and would use again. Available through winter months which is useful to the and myself as we like to visit our children?grandchildren at xmas/new year.
