Excelente! ubicación, nos quedamos en dos departamentos distintos en el mismo condominio, todo estuvo perfecto.

Lamentablemente el Departamento esta muy rayado y sucio de las paredes y tanto el lavabo como la regadera estaba sucio, incluso el lavabo tenía pasta de dientes y en la regadera habia pelo largo de pegado en las paredes. Respecto a la comodidad si es muy molesto que no haya cortinas BLACK OUT en las ventanas. No se puede descansar adecuadamente,

El Lugar es igual que en las fotos ! Es muy cerca al tren y calles principales, la atención con el Check in fue excelente en cada momento, el apartamento es está equipado con todo en la cocina y los baño, hay casilleros para dejar las maletas por si llegas o sales antes del check in , muchos restaurantes cerca y supermercados ❤️

General Thoughts

On my last day I had to make the check out at 11 but the people that clean the apt start to nock the door at 10:30. The bed is not too comfortable.

Beautiful Hotel with lots of amenities and entertainment in a walking distance

Good location

Bed was extremely hard. There was a random cell phone left there plugged in and on kitchen counter. We called and they made us wait a day for someone to come get it. Also found an empty sex toy box under the bed. Hot water for showers was warm at best.

The location was perfect: close to grocery, public transportation and expressways. Unfortunately there is only street parking available, but I knew this when I booked. Had trouble getting in the front door which was VERY frustrating, but was able to speak to an agent easily. It did take them a while to remedy., and they gave a small credit for that. The layout of the 2 bedroom was nice; the furniture was what you might expect in a mid-range hotel: we had to put bed pillows on the sofa for comfort. The washing machine didn't work, but they provided access to one in a vacant unit, and gave a small credit for that as well.

I typically stay at Sonder in NOLA and never experienced any issues associated with appliances not Working properly and dirty dishes left inside the dish washer. I did report via chat and the maintenance came out “tried” to fix and we Left with a bag full of wet clothing.

Great location

This property was in a good location - walked to Shedd Aquarium, Soldier Field, and good restaurants on South Michigan. Asked a few questions via text with prompt responses. No complaints with this clean property exactly as advertised.

We wouldn't book this place again, but it did the job for a long weekend to visit family and friends. The number one complaint is the shades on the huge windows. I haven't stayed in a hotel in years that didn't have black-out shades. You could see through these so the morning was pretty uncomfortable trying to sleep past 6:30am. The unit could use some maintenance like the shower grout and chipped paint on walls. This place looks like it wants to be sleek and modern and hip, but they executed in a cheap way.

Great place to be. Next time in Chicago, a place to remember for sure!

The apartment was nice. Maybe put a full length mirror in one of the bathrooms….when woman go out they want to look at themselves dressed up for an evening out.

Apartamento limpo, com boa infraestrutura (cozinha, panelas, pratos, copos, etc) disponível e com fácil acesso ao centro de Chicago por meio do metro e ônibus. Há poucos lugares para guardar a malas no pré check ou pós check out e alguns armários existentes necessitam de manutenção.(sem porta ou com tranca quebrada). Há necessidade de melhoria da comunicação dos atendentes do chat pois recebi algumas orientações que não foram precisas e me confundiram sobre a necessidade ou não de registro do check in no app no segundo período de reserva.

It was fine for what I needed (a crash pad while in town for a conference) but I didn't appreciate the floor to ceiling windows and see through blinds. Not the most private place

A good starting point to explore the city!

Clean and well located. We had access to the green and red line trains a few stops away from the loop. Entering the building was easy and convenient. Apartment was clean and spacious!!

This place was an excellent location to the L and a block away from Michigan Ave. it was also close to different grocery stores if you want to have food available in your room in the mini kitchen. The accessibility and security was really good. I definitely would stay here again.

This was my first time booking a Sonder property for my stay and I must say, this may become my preferred option for accommodations. The apartment was clean and safe. Bedding, furniture etc was in excellent condition. I was pleasantly surprised.

Awesome place. That was our home away from home. Clean, beautiful decor, I loved that we could get more supplies for the apartment if we needed extra. Also good amount of clean towels.

One of the rooms AC unit was broken and they notified us 1 hour prior to our arrival. All hotels in the city were booked so we had no options but to stay. Their solution was 1 small fan which did not move air well and certainly did nothing to pull cool air into the room. The other problem was the shades did not block light so this was a poor choice if you don’t rise with the sun. I suggest eye masks if you stay here. The unit otherwise was nice. Check in was easy. Parking was not, they encourage you to use SpotHero.

I liked the property it has everything you need to be comfortable. The view is amazing and also a good location to tourist around.

Very good place to stay for longer time

Everything went well and we got enough information to check in. There was some kind of security guard in the lobby and she helped us with the codes. Very friendly service. The studio was really nice, stylish, clean and suitable for our needs. The possibility of doing laundry in the room was a big advantage. The distance to the services of Chicago's core was about a 40-minute walk. The nearest large and affordable Marketplace was about a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend the hotel for a longer stay.

Pleasant walk to soldier Field

We were in town to see a concert at Soldier Field. This Sonder on Wabash is within a 25 minute walk to Soldier Field. While others were stuck in traffic, we were happily walking by. The contactless entry was easy to figure out. The room was immaculate!

This Sonder property is in a great part of the South Loop in Chicago, central to many activities and attractions. The unit was comfortable and clean!

I really enjoyed my stay at Sonder. Very safe location. Didn’t feel too loud, grocery stores very close. I did experience a maintenance issue and it was fixed promptly. The WiFi was very dependable as well. I would stay again.

We rented two units: one for me and my husband and the other for my daughter, her spouse and two children. The rooms were modern and Ikea chic and stylish studios that didn't have walls going to the ceiling in the bedrooms. The blinds did not darken enough so there was always ambient light all night long. Functionalities were lacking in obvious places, however. For example, there was only one towel hook in the bathroom. This was true in both units. You need at least two for hanging up wet towels. We also would suggest that the apartment hotel have working ice makers in the refrigerators. There were coffee packs and sugar, but not creamer. Our TV never did work and there were no instructions left for using Roku. The bed in our unit was quite low to the floor. That's fine if you're 30 or 40 years old, but for older folks this was not functional. The location was terrific, close to the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum, good restaurants and Lake Michigan, Michigan Avenue. Parking was not convenient. We found a garage nearby but we paid about$40 every day. Overall it was good but not excellent compared with the same money to stay at Loews in Chicago.

What an amazing place to stay for our family of four (with two young children). We all slept and lived comfortably in our room, with its full kitchen, huge windows, large bathroom with shower, washer/dryer in the room, and plenty of storage for all our stuff. Two grocery stores and a CTA train station within 5 minutes walking distance, Museum Campus 25 minutes away, great location. AND reasonably priced as well. We loved our stay at Sonder!

My family stayed at Sonder South Wabash. It was a 2 bedroom with balcony/City View. I would highly recommend staying at South Wabash. The location to restaurants, bars, Roosevelt train station (5 minutes), walking the shoreline/park areas, etc is excellent. The apartment is as shown on websites and for the small extra cost it might be worth your time to upgrade to this room depending on your needs. Many people have complained about the train noise and not having blackout blinds. For us these were minor concerns but not enough to outweigh all the positives. We did use the fitness room located around the corner. It has all the basic equipment and once you show your ID and sign a waiver the first time you simply sign in thereafter. The instructions and door codes in the Sonder app are simple to use. Overall, Great place and yes I would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay!

We loved this property! We were in town for a concert at soldier’s field and it was perfect! It was about a 20 minute walk. It’s in a great location for downtown Chicago activities like the aquarium and the navy pier. The navy pier was about a 2 mile walk but still doable on a nice day. The location is locked on the outside which makes you feel safer while in the big city as well. The view from the room is also fantastic. You can’t hear anything going on from other rooms which is my number one reason for loving it! We’ll definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Chicago. Thank you!

The property itself is very well maintained. The area around the property, much like many areas of Chicago is becoming a bit run down and not somewhere you want to be out late at night. It’s within walking distance of many great parks as well as transportation hubs.

We loved our room. It was modern in style and had a gorgeous view of the city! Also it was very walkable to restaurants the field museum campus area. Bus stops & L train stations were also very close and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that check-in was a bit complicated. But that was only because I didnt realize I needed to check-in 72 hours i advance. Expedia didnt mention that in the description. This was basically a smart hotel with no front desk. The helpline on the hotel's app was very understanding and they let me receive my access codes eventhough I didnt check-in early. We felt super safe here and loved the face recognition plus access code that was required to access the building. Again, beautiful hotel! And super convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Loved this place Was everything we needed

This unit was perfect for my kids and I. Very close to public transportation and just a few blocks from the lake. Two train stops to the Sox stadium and a 30 min bus/train ride to the free zoo. We appreciated the kitchen, WiFi, roomy balcony, and felt safe during our visit.

Great location, nice quiet building and everything was very clean. The only negative is that one bedroom has a three-quarters wall that is open to the main living space. It was fine for us with teenagers, but some people might need more privacy, or a quiet room if traveling with little kids.

The property was overall pretty, there was unfortunately mold in the tub and the cleanliness of the property overall was not the best. The remote also did not work for the tv

Very nice Building in safe area. Condo war great, with awesome view from the 7th floor. Parking in public garage within 4min walk. Great communication by Sonder We would definetly book again with Sonder!

No privacy. Two walls entirely glass. Shades are designed for offices, not living spaces. When sun rose at 5:15, the rooms were too bright to sleep. At night could see in through shades if any lights on.. Bedroom too small for double bed. Could not open closet door all the way because it hit the bed. Dishwasher did not work. We ran out of toilet tissue, and no one on premises to ask for more. No Kleenex provided. Street noise heard all day and night. Loud vehicles, sirens, trains were very annoying at night. No vending or ice on premises.

Our room was super nice and we loved the layout and patio. Using the Sonder app was really easy. Our room did have some AC issues and the Sonder team was very responsive on the app and folks came in to help right away. When the AC continued to not work we were offered to switch to a different room whoch was very nice of them to offer. Unfortunately, that room smelled of stale cigarettes so we moved back. I appreciated how responsive the team was with all of the changes and concerns.

Cromulent stay with furniture that is overdue for an update. For example, the stools were a leather material that was extremely worn down and the utensil holder model should be replaced or use a deep clean (it is a model that seems like it just traps germs).

Sonder Wabash CH TV didn't work (Even if it did work couldn't position to watch from bed...) Iron didn't work

The place was great! Only complaint is that there was no closet or rack to hang my clothes. Other than that, everything was excellent.

PERFECT. Really nice located. Safe. The Communication (via App) was great. Really nice appartment. Even the couch was comfortable. The bathroom was huge - best shower ever. The city is loud, but thats not a fold of SONDER :) With windows closed and earplugs we had a good sleep. Only thing: the curtains are super transparent. So pack your sleeping mask.

What a nice surprise. First time I have used Sonder. But will not be the last. Great value for the money.

The train was loud, but not intolerable. Parking is very limited especially on Saturday. Overall would say here again !

They say they don't offer parking but have a parking garage. I wish it was included in the package. Also one night the electronic entry code went offline. My guests also complained about the couch bed being uncomfortable. Unfortunately they were correct.

My only two complaints are that two of the three curtains had their chains off the track so you could not put them up or down. My other complaint is purely my own opinion but I feel like there should have been better placement for the outlets.

Loved my stay at Sonder South Wabash! It was a perfect location for us. If I travel back to Chicago soon, I will absolutely consider staying at this spot again.

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and the unit was beautiful. Huge patio was an unexpected bonus! The neighborhood was nice-even for a family from the suburbs. We never felt unsafe with our 3 young kids. At night there was security officer in the lobby and she was very nice. It was good to know someone was keeping things in check. Things to note: there are no blackout shades on the floor to ceiling windows, so don’t expect to sleep in! The noise of the city is easily drowned out with white noise machines/apps however. I docked 1 star on cleanliness because the air filter was filthy. I don’t even know how air was getting through it tbh. My allergies were terrible! Having lived in the city many years ago, you do go through a lot, but that’s just how it is! Please change your air filters to improve air quality. That aside, would definitely stay again! We had a great time going to museums and walking around.

Quiet Comfort in the South Loop

Clean, quiet and easy access to transportation and amenities. I had everything I needed for a week stay and stores close by to get Instacart delivery or shop.

Easy online booking, great rate & security of building was good. Easy access with personal codes sent via email. Nice location, walkable, grocery close by. Noise of trains but to be expected.

We (family of 4) stayed here for few weeks. Sofa bed was awful (really bad! It was almost deformed.), and the main bed was very noisy. The non-stick pan was very old and scratched. Also, not enough cookware, and when I asked for more, they said they don't provide more pans/pots. The bathroom was almost clogged and slow to drain. Location was great and I really loved the view. It was extremely accessible with so many great places nearby. Also it was very close to grocery stores. The costumer service was descent. We asked for extra salt and they provided. We also had a problem with washing machine at first, and their team was super helpful moving us to another unit.

Room was surprisingly large, accommodations were good. Main issue was the availability of parking. No designated spots for the building so you were either fighting for a paid spot on the street, or parking at a garage that wasn't anywhere near the property. Still an overall good experience.

The apartment was really nice, well equipped and clean. This is the third time I'm staying at a Sonder appartment and I'm quite satisfied with the value of what they offer. Having the streamlined check in process and keyless entry is very good.

I can never say enough about Sonder properties! This was yet another amazing stay. The property is centrally located; within a 5 minute walk of transportation, shops, entertainment, great restaurants, bars, coffee shops. The area felt safe and was well maintained. The suite was very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend a stay here, and at any Sonder location!

Place was amazing, close to McCormick Place for the convention we went to, so many great restaurants nearby, a grocery store a few blocks away when we just wanted to stay in and cook.

Very nice little apartment. It served our needs well. Appreciated having a full kitchen. Only missed have a reception and someone to speak to live with questions.
