Good Hotel

Great Hotel functional and no issues

This is our second time staying at this location. We are very happy with the staff who were friendly & helpful. The apartment complex is clean and well cared for. We appreciated the our apartment with a kitchen, clothes washer & drier and the bathroom with a large tub. This is a lovely spot to spend a few days! I would highly recommend.

Overnight stay. The apartment would be good for multiple day stay.

Beautiful apartment but windows a little noisy and pillows uncomfortable. Good spot, great in room facilities and easy to find.

Noisy, cold, no dark and treated like criminals

Got there and told couldn't find the booking .. treated like a criminal not like a hotel. No mention on booking need ID AND Deposit, second email comes with info in small print but never seen as arrived after we paid. Told wasn't sure if tea / coffee in room but it was ok as machine in lobby. Green fire light located in middle of room area so room lit up all night never went dark and noise from traffic very loud all night .. checked in 10pm left by 745am as could not sleep. Wall heating does not work. Internet slow No one seemed to care when reported. Would not book again On plus side clean and TV was nice !

Modern, clean and with everything you need including dishwasher, washing machine and even drying rack. Friendly staff who are helpful and near large shops and transport links.

The apartment was in perfect condition including the the utilities and utensils. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Large Sainsbury's near by and McDonald's for the lazyer days when you don't want to cook.

Good central location

Great studio apartment, clean and tidy and well equipped. Only issue was the noise from the road outside, windows could do with better soundproofing. Luckily had earplugs with me.

Modern, clean room with everything you'd need for cooking. Massive 4k TV. Friendly helpful staff. Train station and large supermarket near under 5 min walk away.

Very well situated near Farnborough station and Sainsbury, restaurants. Hotel needs a bit of maintenance and thorough cleaning. Staff very friendly and helpful

It was a great experience at HQ ApartHotel last week. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment. My only complain is about the weird smell in the lift of the building. Otherwise excellent rooms and service 👏

We enjoyed our stay this weekend at HQ Aparthotel, the staff were very helpful and the apartments themselves have everything you need and are kept clean. If they invested in some better furniture for the apartments this would be a 5 star review, the sofa and bed was quite uncomfortable.

The staff at reception are really helpful and friendly. They make the stay special.

Very nice, and clean place. Good attention in the reception and professional.

My partner and our toddler stayed for 3 weeks, it was wonderful. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional and kind. The apartment is lovely. I can't think of anything we needed that was not provided, they think of everything. The communication is very easy, you can message or phone Front Desk on WhatsApp if there's anything you need. The location is excellent its a very short walk everywhere, the train station, the bus stop and the shopping centre. We were very happy and comfortable during our stay and will definitely return in the near future. I highly recommend The Aparthotel.

The apartment is exactly as described: comfortable, spacious, with almost everything I needed, apart from coffee making apparatus. Not even a cafetiere, just instant sachets. Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised. The trays in the dishwasher need replacing as the plastic is coming off. Those points are minor though. I had a great stay in a location that was ideal for my needs. The staff were all lovely: friendly and helpful. Thanks all. Worth the money. Thank you all.

Needed a place to stay close to family. This was my second time staying here, now under different management. Very good value for money. Excellent service and location.

Checkin was easy, the man was very helpful and polite

Very clean, tidy and well equipped apartment. Also very quite for such a large place given that they were fully booked. The parking is NOT FREE as is listed on many of the booking sites - £7.50 per 24hrs. Would have no issues at all staying here again

Excellent value

Excellent. Staff at reception very helpful and professional. Plenty of amenities within the apartment. The place had a very nice feel to it. One area that was a little disappointing/could be improved was that the sofa was not very comfortable but for the price still very good value. Would recommend

Good choice for a comfortable sleep

New owners - new atmosphere

We have stayed at this hotel many times but we're not likely to return again - there's a new atmosphere and we don't like the charge for parking.

The bed was very firm and not comfortable. The tv in bedroom should also be a smart time with the same channels as the tv in the living space. Should have had more towels in the bathroom for our stay of a week. The dryer took forever to dry clothes or towels.

We have stayed here 4 times now. My elderly Father lives in Farnborough so it suits us perfectly.

Very comfortable apartment and great that it was pet friendly. I was relocating out of the area and needed to stay for a week, this was the perfect solution. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Great place for a business trip

Clean and tidy apartment and great space to have for a business trip. It beats the sitting at a table for one and instead you can relax in your own surroundings with a meal prepared by yourself. The kitchen facilities are great for either cooking or just preparing a ding meal.

Great for a night away, well equipped!

A nice and spacious apartment self contained with everything you need for a night away. Staff on hand with any issues- our tv didn’t work- within a minute of calling reception someone arrived to help and tv was up and running in minutes (thank you Andrea 😊)! Would definitely return!

Great stay

Spacious room with most basic equipment for cooking. Air conditioning is also available. Room amenities quite well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful. Great location, very near to Farnborough Main train station, and 20 mins walk to Farnborough North. Also very close to the Meads shopping centre with many shops and restaurants. Rooms facing the road might hear more noise from cars passing by. It would be better if the bath tub is changed to shower to avoid water splashing on the floor, because the screen is only half length.

Really lovely apartment, very convenient for supermarkets and able to cook own meals. very well equipped. Can be a little noisy at time dues to the close proximity of the traffic. But not so much as it affected my stay.

Great stay in a handy location for travelling into London. Clean and comfortable with nice extras like L'Occitane toiletries. Road a little noisy but earplugs provided and we were up early anyway.

It was a perfect place to stay. Nice and close to family and friends we were visiting. The place was big which suits us with all the luggage we bring and all the assorted goodies we bring back. Did miss a TV in the bedroom. The construction going on next door was not a bother at all.

Don’t expect to sleep!

The rooms were very nice and the cleanliness was spot on. The noise from the building site right next to the hotel is horrendous!! They even give ear plugs next to the bed which says it all. The place needs sound proofing but otherwise it was good.

This was our second stay here and we love it so much that we have booked a couple more this year too. The reception are extremely polite and helpful and the apartments spacious with all the amenities you need. On the other plus side it's walkable into town (about 5 mins)

very central, clean and comfortable

Whilst the apartment itself was basic but clean and the staff were lovely, no where does it tell you that currently directly outside your window is a building site where the workman start at 5am and when staying for 2 nights this would have been helpful to know as I would not have chosen this location as I am a light sleeper anyway.

The property looks exactly how it does in the pictures! The staff are super friendly! If you’re looking for a quiet stay then this is definitely the place! There just wasn’t anything fun to do in the area, everything was far.

This unit was absolutely fantastic very spacious, modern, centrally located, and very clean.

Could not fault apartment at all, comfortable clean, and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. So refreshing and impressed with your efficient and friendly staff. Makes so much difference to a stay to have a friendly face. The gentleman we mainly saw on reception was excellent. First time staying with you and will definately stay with you again

I have stayed at Aparthotel in Farnborough and have felt more relaxed here than when I am at home I will be planning another stay next summer.

Incredibly helpful staff, really impressed with the unit and have now used a second SACO property. Currently sold our house and are in between houses so this works out perfectly

This is the first time we have used an apartment and we were very happy with the stay. The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. It had everything you could want in a self catering property and we will definitely use this one again when we visit Farnborough

Really nice experience

Really enjoyed visiting, good location and good amount of free parking, was able to check in from 2pm for £10 additional charge, apartment was very clean and spacious, lovely L’occitaine toiletries. Mentioned we were visiting for our anniversary and a bottle of wine and chocolates were left in the fridge which was a lovely touch. View was overlooking the McDonalds car park and windows weren’t tinted so this felt a little too open.

Loved the space and the facilities. Really quiet, shops just around the corner.

Not the right place for mid/long stay

We spent here almost 3 weeks ( with a break in the middle) and we liked the area as its close to the shops and train. Staff are nice but there is very little amenity and no cleaning at all. The first week we were advised that they clean after 1 week and the second stay we had to stay for 9 days and no cleaning at all again. We were expecting a minimum of 3/4 bin bags but only 1 provided for the full stay. At our 7th day We asked reception when is the cleaning scheduled for the day and they share that will be done on Monday( 8th day) but on Monday when we called to ask they said that as we are departing tomorrow (9th day) they will not clean. We found it ridiculous. If our apartment will not be ready by tonight we will move anywhere as price is similar to an hotel with full service and at least its clean. The brush they provide is very small so its impossible to clean the apartment floor dust. If you are planning to stay here for few nights its a good place but for longer period it is not a clean place to be.

Nice, clean felt like home

Property was great studio apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Bad pants lift was not working and we were on the top floor and also lots of road noise during the night. Ear plugs are in the room but was not enough with some of the cars driving at speed along the busy road.

Always a pleasure to stay at Saco Farnborough. Staff are faultless apartments are great, so much better than a standard hotel. Would highly recomend

Accommodation is good however as I overlooked the roundabout the noise stopped me from sleeping and so I wouldn't stop there again

Furnished but okay

Though the staffs are absolutely amazing and so lovely, there was a leftover hairpin on the ground and stains on desks. The bed is huge which is great..but it gives you crunch back after sleep..was too soft for me.
