Limpieza horrible Estuvimos 7 noches y no limpiaron el baño ni una sola vez.Como mucho cambian las toallas y pasan un poco el suelo.No hay menaje para poder cocinar.Un desastre en general.No merece la pena.

Una esperiencia que no repetiré, no se preocupan de nada, ni de saludarte, nos faltó agua caliente dos días, una vergüenza.

Todo correcto, excepto la ducha que se salía. El desayuno por 7 euros bastante recomendable, es en otro edificio en primera línea de playa.

Muy recomendable para tu estancia en Malta

En general, el apartamento estaba muy bien, era amplio y cómodo. La piscina, aunque pequeña, para un remojón rápido estaba bien y su situación es muy buena (a 13min andando del ferry que va a Valeta) Como punto a mejorar: que añadan gel y estropajo para lavar los platos y vasos.

Apartamento cómodo en Malta

Es un apartamento muy espacioso y luminoso pero con múltiples cortes de luz. Estuvimos cuatro noches y los hubo en las dos primeras. El personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. La piscina está bien para refrescarse pero está en otro edificio.

El alojamiento esta bien, la limpiadora hace su servicio por encima. Hay dias que nos dejaban las sabanas encima de la cama y nos la teniamos que hacer nosotros. Muchas CUCARACHAS en el portal. Todas las noches estaban en frente del ascensor

Excelente ubicación de los apartamentos Blubay

El apartamento está ubicado en Gzira (muy cerca de la capital La Valeta) y dispone de muchas comodidades, a destacar los dos baños. Es muy amplio y tiene vistas a la bahía. El acceso es bueno, aunque el ascensor es un poco estrecho. Está bien equipado de utensilios de cocina, pero no dispone de lavavajillas ni estropajos; sin embargo, durante nuestra estancia nos fregaron los platos usados durante el día anterior. La WIFI es muy mejorable, puesto que no es de buena calidad; la señal no llegaba a los dormitorios.

Todo estubo bien

el apartamento era espaciosos pero no tenia luz natural en las zonas comunes. Las bases de las camas eran muy viejas y no tenian colchas, solo sabanas o edredones nordicos. Ademas nos cambiaron a un edificio sin recepción a 5 min del que yo reserve, expresamente por localización... No se, una lastima porque podria ser de 10 si cuidaran un poco mas los detalles.

The apartment was very spacious with two bedrooms, a bath, a living room and a kitchen. It was in a great area, convenient to everything. The balcony looked out to the sea and Valletta so it was beautiful day and night. The staff at the Bayview, about two doors down the street was very helpful and Claire, the concierge for the trips was especially good.

El apartamento ok pero lo que es el servicio de limpieza fatal. no limpiaban nada, ni hacer camas ni toallas limpias. teniamos que ir todos los dias a que nos limpiaran y nos trajaran toallas limpias. nos decias que lo sentian y que mandarian alguien, hasta la segunda vez que nos quejamos no fueron. un desastre el sevicio.

Bien comunicado

El hotel es nuevo y tiene una pequeña piscina. Está cerca del paseo marítimo y de la parada de autobús Ponsonby. Limpieza bien, en el baño se echa de menos algún mueble para poner los artículos de baño. El wifi no funciona muy bien. Casi todas las habitaciones dan a un patio interior con poca luz que da al pasillo de acceso a las habitacIones por lo que tienes que tener las cortinas opacas corridas para poder tener intimidad y La Luz encendida todo el día, parece un zulo.

Buenas vistas, pobre servicio y floja instalación

Mi comentario es sobre el apartamento de dos dormitories con vistas al mar número 7810. Está en el número 154 del paseo marítimo, encima del restaurante Anciova, a 250 metros de la recepción donde hacer el check-in y donde alguien te acompaña al piso. Es un apartamento muy amplio con unas estupendas vistas al mar (solo desde el salon) desde una séptima planta. Los muebles son muy sencillos y tiene platos y vasos bastante viejos. La iluminación es un poco pobre, incluso había alguna bombilla fundida. Tiene dos baños. Uno dentro de un dormitorio, otro en el pasillo. Cada uno con su calentador, pero llega una intensidad de agua muy baja. El aparato de aire acondicionado de uno de los dos dormitorios no calentaba. Pedimos que lo arreglarán en la recepción pero no vino nadie en los cinco días. Había otro aparato en el salon y otro en el otro dormitorio. Limpian cada día si quieres. Nosotros pedimos que no lo hicieran, pero, a pesar de ello, llamaron a la puerta varios días, incluso uno a las 8 de la mañana. Tienen el carro de la limpieza justo en la puerta del piso prácticamente todo el tiempo al ser el ultimo piso del ascensor. En definitiva, un sitio con buenas vistas, buena ubicación, pero no muy lujoso y con un servicio al cliente bastante mejorable.

Hotel con muy mal aspecto

El hotel que yo buscaba es el blubay y nunca lo encontré. Anduve como media hora caminando sin encontrarlo hasta que alguien me dijo se trataba del bayview. El servicio deficiente y pésimo el internet.

Apartamentos muy centrico, grande y cómodo.

El único inconveniente es que si eres muy alto vas a tener muy complicada la ducha jeje

Adecuado solo a precio reducido

Positivo: Intalaciones sencillas pero correctas. Hubicación bastante buena. Negativo: Con frecuencia se llena y te derivan a un inmueble del hotel Bayview cercano con condiciones similares sin recepción que no es lo que has contratado. Las habitaciones son correctas pero no se parecen a las fotos ni en estetica ni en tamaño; son mucho mas pequeñas. Es habitual que olviden de cambiar toallas o te dejen solo dos de las cuatro que tendrían que dejar. Aire acondicionado que gotea en la almoada. Conclusion: Recomendable solo por un precio inferior a los 50 Eur por noche en habitacion doble.

Hotel poco higiénico

Añadir que la habitación que nos a tocado hay un abismo tanto de presencia como de limpieza a la foto que vimos al hacer la reserva (6dias de estancia y ni un día han cambiado las sabanas y las toallas cada dos días) el servicio pésimo por no contar que llegamos un día al hotel y estaba todo el edifico sin electricidad. No teníamos acceso al edificio, ni habitación, ni ascensor. En fin...

The stay was good over all and kind of clean but the microwave was not working, the toilet was too close to the wall and the shower pressure kept turning the knob downwards which turned it off !

We were poorly welcomed: we were offered a room outside of the hotel contrary to the online reservation. The hotel is very, very noisy. I absolutely do not recommend it for a family.

Het apartment was ruim maar er waren niet genoeg zitplekken in de woonkamer en de banken waren erg oncomfortabel. Ook lekte 1 douche en had de andere hele lage waterdruk.

Muy mal servicio con los empleados, no funcionaba el horno y tuvimos que ir 3 veces a decirlo ya que las 2 anteriores nos engañaron diciéndonos que venía un técnico y no apareció nadie y cuando a la tercera vino alguien a solucionarlo no hizo nada solo lo miró dijo que no funcionaba y se fue. No nos dijeron donde se ubicaba la piscina y encima no es la que sale en las fotos y muy oscura la zona del apartamento en cuanto a iluminación de la calle, no recomendable salir de noche.

Bra beliggenhet på hotellet og helt grei standard. Men det store svømmebassenget med takterasse og nydelig sjøutsikt, var ikke inkludert i oppholdet. Er 300 kr dagen for å bruke. Noe som ikke står beskrevet. Det var veldig skuffende.

Nightmare

35°c degrees and the AC didn't work all night it was a nightmare, the staff couldn't do anything until next day, We couldn't sleep and they ruined our entire program of activities for the next day. After we asked for a refund even Hotels.com refused, We wasted time and money, do not use the hotels.com platform, much less this property.

Never Again!

The photos of hotel is totally fake! There is no such a pool on the roof, actually it's another pool which is managed in another place and costs 30€ per day. Also there is no restaurant on the Blubay Apartments. If you would like to eat something you have to go some other place of ST Hotel and pay additional costs.. The room and the furnitures are so old, beds are probably from 80s.. So noisy that you have to wake up almost 7.00am every day. This is the first time I'm giving such a bad feedback to hotel I stay.. never again!

Good location and good hotel But very hard to find parking 😂

Location of the apartment was good, as was the self catering option and the staff were friendly enough, but the images on the site are not representative of the property itself and quite misleading. The whole block is very tired and not in great condition. Our beds were like campbeds pushed together, blankets with marks on them and curtains that didn't actually close properly so let the light in. Our balcony door didn't lock properly and was actually left open by housekeeping which was very frustrating. In the bathroom there is a fixed showerhead and the 'free toileteries' is a container of soap that wasn't replaced. The kitchenette was not fully equipped enough to be adequate for true self catering and the units were poorly fitted and broken, meaning the fridge often didn't fully close without us realising. Noise was the worst issue, the walls are paper thin and every door is a heavy fire door that people let slam all hours of the night so don't expect a decent nights sleep. Aircon isn't brilliant and the wifi is very sketchy, we complained at reception when it dropped up and they did said an engineer to fix it in fairness. Fine for youth hostel stays and stag dos but at 7 months pregnant this was not the best option for us, I was not comfy, would definitely not recommend it for the money and wouldn't stay again. The pictures on the site are there to fool people.

Tutta la struttura, se pure non moderna, era veramente veramente pulita e profumata. Detersivo piatti , spugna e sapone corpo presenti. Mancavano carta o strofinacci per asciugare piatti , pentole, cucina E’ Situata a due passi dal lungomare , ad 1 km da Laballuta, ad 1 km dal centro commerciale, in una zona interna poco turistica ma non pericolosa. Il personale non parla Italiano come invece dichiarato. Apprezzata e utilizzata zona piscina. Cambiano i teli lasciati sul pavimento. Il cambio teli a me veniva fatto nel pomeriggio. Se rientrate prima del cambio e volete ridocciarvi c’è’ il rischio di non avere un telo pulito.

The apartment building was fairly close by the Hotel reception and easily found. Unfortunately, the lock of the building front door was damaged and couldn't close, so anyone could enter the building at anytime. I've reported this at the reception, so hopefully this will be repaired soon. The 5 person apartment itself was fairly spacious and well cleaned. The living room had a large table with 5 wooden chairs and a 2 person couch. Each room offered plenty of power sockets. The kitchen appliances worked well, but utensils and cutlery were lacking. To our pleasant surprise, there were two separate bathrooms. The showers were very comfortable, with clean towels, soap / shampoo and toiletpaper. The television was unplugged, because its Schuko plug doesn't fit into Maltese sockets. The WiFi coverage was decent, although internet speeds were just enough for basic web and messaging. The beds were clean and comfortable, but could use some extra blankets. There was plenty of closet storage space, with a small desk and mirror. Outside the bedrooms was a long and quite narrow balcony, behind double-glassed sliding doors. These doors sufficiently isolated outside temperatures and street noise, to enjoy a quiet night rest. During our stay, there was a one-time power failure which was resolved within the hour. Cleaning and towels were available daily, with friendly staff. In general, we were quite happy with all facilities and amenities offered and would gladly return for another stay.

Sauber bei der Anreise, danach weniger gründliche und unregelmäßige Reinigung. Kurze Stromausfälle wegen Bauarbeiten nicht vorab kommuniziert. Gutes Appartment, aber keine Adapter für die bereitgestellten Elektrogeräte vorhanden. Alle zwei Tage mal ein Insekt im Badezimmer.

Very nice stay ☺️

We're very happy with our stay (5 nights) and would choose the same hotel next time. The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea front, public transport and restaurants but at the same time secluded a little, so it's quiet, away from the buzz. It's clean and the housekeeping was good and the bed was comfy. Our apartment was well equipped with the essential kitchen stuff like kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave as well as extra blankets and air conditioning. The staff very helpful and friendly.

They own a few properties and they moved me around. It would have been fine but I arrived late at night. Then they were doing a shift change so made me wait (again fine) then they realized they put me in a different property and made me walk over but told me I’d get free breakfast. Got to the new place and then no breakfast…just kinda annoying that they just change and it wasn’t in the same location.

We stayed for five days and had an amazing time! if I were to look for anything negative to say, it might be that the fire alarm was set off due to our cooking, so homekeeping came to ask us to open a window. Otherwise our stay was great, the roofterrace is pretty, the staff is friendly and the beds are perfekt.

Best place to stay with wonderful staff

We had a great time in Malta and Gozo with the help of the wonderful staff. Our room was always clean and fresh, the staff were friendly and helpful always looking after us. Will be back again soon, as will our family and friends. Thank you Neelufar for your assistance throughout and on our final day. Thanks to all the staff and General Manger.

Die Unterkunft ist okay für den Preis allerdings waren die Betten alte Metalbetten wie im Gefängnis trotzdessen hab ich ganz gut geschlafen. Das Bad hatte einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch und sehr viel Kalk. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, habe jegliche Stuhlschiebung und sonstiges gehört. Der Pool auf dem Bild ist nicht im Hotel selbst sondern ein Restaurant am Wasser, aber man muss selbst als Hotelgast 20 Euro dafür zahlen.

Not amazing but decent

Very clean, cleaner very friendly. Couple of things broken in the appartment and outside very loud in the morning. Paid for late checkout but someone came at 11am to ask us to leave uninformed that we had late checkout

when we arrived we was happy with the accommodation then we shut the curtains and a swam of little flys were everywhere we had to go buy fly spray to help but i didnt we was being bitted by the flys felts so itch and dirty not happy at all contacted someone on chat to be told they cant help id have to go to reception which was a few streets away from our apartment tried calling reception no answer after this we didnt wanna sleep in the beds incase of bed bugs absolutely horrible never would i return to blu bay apartments

5 Days R&R

Was expecting to stay in another block to where we checked in but were directed to a studio within the 'main' building Everyone was helpful and efficient. The apartment was clean and the room was made up every day. Plenty of hot water. Not a particularly scenic area to stay but only 5 mins from the sea front. I'm sure the roof terrace and pool are used extensively in the Summer. Very very happy with what we got for the price we paid

- enregistrement dans un hôtel pour finalement après 15' de marche avec nos valise arriver au bon (il y 7 lieux sur le même nom) - Chambre non disponible à 14h30 - Piscine dans un troisième lieu, spa encore dans un autre - Sirène d'alarme à sonné toute la nuit. Il sont intervenu pour nous que ce n'était pas grave car c'est un capteur défectueux)

Dirty hotel

Pied de lit casse, frigo qui ne refroidit pas, salle de bains avec des bactéries roses, alarmes de climatisation en pleine nuit, frigo très bruyant et sans lumière, portes de placards cassés, odeur d’égout dans la salle de bains, odeur de vieux et d’ivrogne dans la chambre et je fais grâce du reste car le personnel est treeees souriant et agréable tout particulièrement NEELU.

Hôtel bien situé, relativement propre, dans quartier tranquille. Grand appartement. Bémol pour les travaux juste en face relativement bruyants. Sinon niveau ameublement aurait bien besoin d’un peu de renouveau. Pauvre en ustensiles en tout genre

Webs tayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. Good points include the view of the harbour, a balcony with table and chairs, and lots of space. The aircon was effective and quiet. The beds were ok, comfort wise, but if you were expecting a double it would be a problem. All beds at the property are singles pushed together. I had friends in a three-bedroom apartment upstairs where it was the same. WiFi was nonexistent. Never managed to connect in the whole week. Cleaning was patchy. Housekeeping seemed to come every day, to tidy the beds and empty the main kitchen bin. But not sure what else. Clean, unused towels were taken away some days. Other days they left new ones but only in one bathroom. The shower sliding door was completely detached from its runners. It fell out towards the wall the first time I used the shower so I never touched it after that. Decor was tatty and grubby, wall paper coming away from the walls and ugly marks on the walls and lampshades etc. Kitchen was big and had what was needed including a fridge and freezer. But beware they don’t supply even as much as a cloth to keep the space clean. You have to buy it all. Lift has a mind of its own and buttons don’t all work. The pool is not at the apartment, it’s on the roof of the hotel a minute away. Loungers and umbrellas. But they don’t have enough towels. Overall it was good enough and comfortable enough but just a bit less than advertised.

Very dirty room and damage to the room wouldnt change it was very unhelpful i asked to talk with management but no one was onsit 😡 in the end had to book another hotel

Notre vol a été annulé. ( merci Ryanair) Nous avons perdu 4 nuits sur les 6. L'hôtel n'a pas accepté le remboursement. Il était dans son droit mais cela n'est pas très sympathique. En piètre compensation, un repas-buffet pour 4.( pour 24 euros par personne, ce buffet offre un rapport qualité prix modeste mais les plats sont assez bons). L'appartement était conforme aux photos avec une belle vue sur le port. Très spacieux avec un salon-cuisine agréable et avec par contre des chambres et une salle de bain à rafraîchir un peu. L'équipement est satisfaisant ( pensez au liquide vaisselle et éponge !) Nous avions accès à la petite piscine du Bayview Hotel sur le toit. Pas désagréable mais vite surpeuplé. L'impression d'ensemble aura été plutôt positive, surtout en regard de certains commentaires rebutants. Très déçu donc de la brièveté du séjour ( surtout avec 4 nuits perdues mais je l'ai déjà dit, non ?)

Mycket bra läge och rymlig lägenhet. AC fungerade bra. Bra sängar. TV fungerade inte (de försökte fixa den men utan att lyckas). WiFi fungerade mycket dåligt i vår lägenhet (högst upp). Vi var ändå väldigt nöjda totalt sett. Utsikten var toppen!

Les Blubay Apartments étant en travaux, j'ai été logée dans un autre bâtiment plus vieux et mal équipé: pas de porte-manteaux dans la penderie, les tiroirs sortaient de leurs rails, vaisselle minimum, pas de saladier... Sinon,c'était très propre.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft und leider sehr laut. Man hört jeden Nachbarn kommen und gehen. Lage war ok!

It was very nice although the night of april 1st when we went to check in we were told we couldn't get a room because we had to book for a day before, we had to stay on the lobby overnight but after we got on the room the next day it was a huge relief the room was very comfortable and it had bedrooms for 6 people. The rooms were not bad they were very clean but the only thing that you wouldn't consider "perfect quality" were the walls. There were black marks on the walls that a previous customer may have done. It was on a very safe and nice spot and we really liked it. If I ever went to Malta I would definitely choose it again as It made us have some great family time.

Unfortunately this apartment was more like student accomodation with cheap furniture and a rusty fridge plus a shower that flooded whole bathroom. Disappointing as other ST hotels like the Azur are very good

Beaucoup de bruit, chambre pas accueillante du tout. Les photos ne reflètent pas la réalité, j’ai changé d’hôtel la nuit même de mon arrivée. Le réceptionniste était très gentil et à l’écoute.

Room cleaned everyday The safe couldn't close, we could hear the neighbors, and they tried to put us outside one day before our checkout, because they had made a mistake in their register. Breakfast and swimming pool are in an other hotel

Buona struttura pulita e confortevole Unica pecca la vista su una strada rumorosa

Das Hotel war eine reine Entäuschung. Das Doppelbett bestand aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten die nicht befestigt waren. Somit rutschte das Bett wenn man sich bewegte. Auch war die Matratze sowie die Bettdecken sehr ekelhaft und fleckig. Es wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nur das Bett gemacht. Das Zimmer wurde nicht einmal gereinigt. Die Türen waren nicht ganz zu sodas man alle im Flur hören konnte. Der Pool der auf den Hotelfotos zu sehen sind ist gar nicht zugänglich dafür kann man in ca. 5 min zum Aqualuna was uns jetzt auch nicht begeisterte. Die Baustellen waren wirklich nicht mehr zum aushalten. Um Punkt 7 in der Früh war es schon ziemlich laut. Es gibt viele Leute die in der Nähe des Hotels Touren zur Blauen Lagune usw. verkauften was vorteilhaft war. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich. Sind einem nur aus dem Weg gegangen und ungern weitergeholfen. Den einen Stern verdienen nur dir Mitarbeiter aus dem Frühstücksbuffet vom Haupthotel da diese sehr freundlich waren. Ich emphehle dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiter.

The property in well placed close to Sliema ferries. Air conditioning. Nice bathroom and self catering facilities. Pool and dining facilyavaiable at nearby Bayview. Quiet at night time.

Leider waren die Bilder wieder sehr schön anzusehen aber die Realität des Zimmers (Deluxe-Apartment) war einfach nur enttäuschend. Wasserkocher, Töpfe und Toaster in einem sehr schlechten Zustand somit sehr schwierig sich ein Frühstück zu machen. Im Bad lief das Wasser nur sehr langsam ab, die Dusche war verschimmelt und das ganze Bad stand ständig unter Wasser wenn man geduscht hat weil alles undicht war. Sorry wir haben kein Luxus erwartet aber das war schon echt dürftig.

Ekstremt meget støj

Meget støj om aftenen og natten fra unge mennesker. Klagede i receptionen en aften kl. 23 hvor unge mennesker løb på gangende, skreg og smækkede med dørene. Receptionisten sagde at hotellet først bad om to fra kl. 00, så han ville ikke sige noget til dem før. Så det er en nødvendighed at man sover tungt, hvis man skal benytte dette hotel. Ellers god beliggenhed og “Beach Club access” på Aqualuna er helt uundværligt!

Great location, beautiful views of the marina, everything generally clean in the apartment, and excellent value for money as the apartment was big - only gripe was that it seemed to be in need of a few updates - sofas were ripped, toilet roll holder falling off the wall, and showers going cold or turning off.

Alors tout d’abord, sur le site est inscrit qu’il y a un parking limité ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas puisque les places sont à l’extérieur dans la rue. Un parking payant est disponible plus loin pour la somme de 08€/jour.. Une fois notre chek in effectué, montons dans la chambre qui s’avère être finalement très banal par rapport aux photos… propreté du sol et de l’espace cuisine à revoir … aucun plateau café/thé à disposition.. bon… Les premières nuits fut bonnes jusqu’à ce que des voisines bruyantes fassent leur apparition à la chambre d’à côté. Aucune isolation, nous entendions tout, vraiment tout… elles se couchaient tard et se levaient tres tôt, n’avaient aucun respect des autres … bref. Rien à redire sur les femmes/hommes de ménage sur le reste du séjour. J’allais oublié cette fameuse piscine! Elle est très bien, mais rien à voir avec la photo proposé sur leur site. Pleins d’habitations autour de l’hôtel qui ont une structure plus haute que ce dernier.

Convenient to shops, dining and beachfront.. just a little bit of things missing in the kitchen but overall it was awesome.. they were friendly..

Séjour d'une semaine dans un appartement spacieux de 3 chambres, cuisine bien équipée, salon , TV et un petit plus la machine lavée. Nous n'avons pas compris le système de ménage. Les serviettes ont été changées (pas toutes en même temps) ! mais les draps n'ont jamais été changés ! Le ménage fait tard dans la journée (en fin de journée, nous étions par deux fois dans chambre). Petit bémol, le bruit en début et retour de soirée. Nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine, trop de monde mais la terrasse semblait sympa. Dans l'essentiel hôtel correct et bonne communication.

The water trickled out of the shower. The remote for the air con didn’t work. Guests were noisy during the early hours, playing music and hanging out by the pool despite it being after hours.
