Cobweb and filth all around

I was shocked over how filthy and dirty it was everywhere! When i contacted the landlord over wet towel still left in tbe washer machine and also the fact it was an old used plaster inside the rim, i was met with nothing but, "you can just trow the towel in the bin and i can also come and show you how to use the washer machine", I was a bit gobsmacked. He continued saying that the cleaner had beennin a rush! But hed told me the day before that the room had been empty for 24 hrs... The room had not been vacced the last month! It was cobweb all over the place! Behind and all around the bed was layers of dust! Filthy! The bathroom sink has a crack that is dangerrous and goes all around! The electricity seems to be abit dodgy too as fire alarm started beeping one night. I was told it was because of a water leak... make you wonder how safe the place really is. Sorry but i wouldnt recommend this and i wont be coming back. I was really disappointed this time around! Oh and the glasses, mug, cutlery..All was so dirty I didnt wanna use it at first! But had to wash it all as i had nothing else to use. At least the room is now a lot cleaner!

Excellent stay. Property was exactly as advertised. Owner gave great communication about location of property, check in and parking with pictures included. Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. Would book again.

NEVER STAY HERE, WORST ACCOMMODATION EVER

If I could give this zero stars I would. Not only is the place in a very unsafe area with gangs on the street and rubbish everywhere, leading all the way up to the door. The place itself was very dirty and seemed like it hadn't ever been cleaned. Hair in the shower, stains on the mirror and sink, the kitchen was full of old food, not a single surface was clean, dust and scum everywhere. When we questioned the cleanliness of the property with the owner they wouldn't clean it and told us to check out early for a refund (we booked a 2 night stay) and now they will not refund us at all. NEVER STAY HERE!!!

The owner of this property went WAY above anything i would expect to help me out when staying at this property. The place was immaculate, woukd definitely stay there again

I booked this property as my husband had to attend the hospital. Before even entering the property it absolutely stunk of weed. It doesn’t look safe at all. When going into the property it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time the floors was sticky dirt and dust everywhere. In result to this i didn’t even stay at the property. I asked for a refund and owner refused. Wouldn’t recommend staying here at all looks nothing like the pictures. Save your money and book elsewhere.

Warm an homely

Paul was extremely helpful literally available 247. The property was so warm it was lovely my boyfriend an I called it the sauna. The washing machine works perfect.

The place is quiet and cosy with private toilet but outside the room. Postcode will bring you directly at the back of the accommodation. Free parking near the property. Easy to communicate with the owner if you have any concerns.

Quality Accommodation

Perfect place to stay. Great you could park on the street behind the property free of charge with no parking restrictions. Also bus stop in front of property. Caught the no 5 into Leeds. The apartment was lovely and clean and really warm. Shower was nice. Kitchen had all facilities. Also a great food centre opposite, B and BM store and Iceland. Excellent communication from Paul the owner. 11 out of 10

Great place to stay just outside city centre . Supermarkets @ shops within walking distance @ bus stop outside door with buses every 5 mins into Leeds city centre 20 min journey . Easy check in @ key collection

Large, Clean, Cheap. Great place to stay.

The stay was perfect, check-in time is a tad bit unique but bearable, explained very thoroughly on how to enter the property. Place is very large for such a price, with nice furniture and commodities. Paul is a great communicator and assisted me whenever I needed help. The location is superb, being a minute from a bus station that takes 15 minutes back to the city. Overall a great stay that i’m willing to reserve for again.

Comfortable stay

For the price this is a great stay in Leeds, as a solo traveller I really appreciate having a little studio and bathroom to myself at a good price. Well equipped with kitchen utilities. the bed is super comfy too. The place could be cleaner, under chair and around bedside table was a layer of dust and dirt including someone's earring but again, the price of this stay for what it is is low and kitchen and bathroom was clean which matters the most.

Great stay for a solo traveler

Very easy and simple experience. Check in was really easy, all the information sent to your phone. Keys were easy to find and access with the codes sent to you. The room was exactly as advertised and gave you everything you needed for a short stay. Easy to get into town, and had a variety of shops and restaurants near which made food and drink easy to sort! Apartment was clean and well equipped, good option for solo travelers. Paul from Quality Accomodations was really friendly and helpful, lived nearby and shared his recommendations for the area with me for food and other things I might need.

Very helpful staff

The owner was very helpful, responded to my questions immediately, and was very pleasant overall! My room was large and had a full kitchen with a washer/dryer, a huge bonus. My only complaint is the the place could’ve been a bit cleaner, but I had a great stay.

Clean and tidy flat

It was a nice enough place and have a washer/ dryer. Fridge. Cooker. Microwave but stairs very narrow and it's right beside a dual carriageway which was quite busy .if your on a low budget. It's very passable and 10 minutes from city centre which has a great market

Decent enough good for non driver introverts,

this place was a good base for a few nights being on a high bus volume route meaning easy connections in and around the city, A compact room but with a comfortable enough bed, bathroom was separate on the landing, check in was via Watsap so good for any introverts reading. I'll have to bear this venue going forward in case of any other stays in Leeds or yorkshire in the future,

Was ok for price room was quite dirty with fluff and dust obviously not had deep clean in a while.bed was comy enough.quite noisy next to main road.was funny smell in room and bathroom smelt bit like dampness.facilities in general in romm were good.

Leeds stay

Excellent accommodation @ a very good price . So handy to get in @ out of Leeds city center bus @ train stations . Very frequent buses from bus stop short walk from property supermarkets straight across the road . Easy check @ check out with codes for front door . I checked in at midnight had a late flight was no problem

It was a lovely little flat, it had everything we needed for our stay, soundproofing worked well, did get a bit of a jump when the guy in the flat below us set the fire alarm off on the first night, but it was fine apart from that :)

Excellent short break. Nice apartment. Walkable into the City Centre. Paul, our contact re the property, was friendly, attentive and always available by WhatsApp. Property is recommended for anyonevwishing to visit Leeds.

Great value spacious accommodation

Super studio flat located about a mile and a half from the City Centre. Ten minute bus ride or a 45 minute walk. Pretty spacious bedroom, kitchen and shower room with loads of facilities such as a fridge, cooker, microwave and washer/dryer. Fantastic value, particularly on a weekend where few hotels were available in Leeds but would be good value at any time. Very friendly and helpful owner/manager Paul. If you fancy something bigger than the usual budget hotel room then I highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation at a nice price.

Fantastic accommodation at an excellent price when you compare to city centre hotel. This studio apartment was perfect, it is easy reach to the city centre by bus or short taxi ride. If you feeling energetic, you looking around 35 mins walk. The room has a nice large bed, sofa, nice equipped kitchen and best of all one big TV, of course you also have your own private shower/toilet which is of a very high standard. The host was always available if required and the checking and departure process was very easy with clear instructions from the host. Depending on the type of stay you plan to have, there are supermarkets nearby if you fancy cooking your own food, I also notice a few takeaway nearby as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

A bit out of the heart of the city, but on a main bus line and good for what I needed.

When I arrived at the property the only parking available for the property was on the street. I pulled up and got out of my car after parking in the location suggested by QA and was met by 4 angry men shouting stating that I was not allowed to park there. I was threatened if I didn't move my car!! I moved it down the street and by this time had collected 10 youths following me to the new parking position. I took a barrage of profanities and made it quickly into the property. Before making it to the property there were people congregating outside the adjoining houses making noise. As I got into the property and into my room it was clear that there had been considerable water damage to the ceilings and walls by the flaking paint and stains, the furniture was dirty, the cooker was dirty and the smoke alarms had been taken off the ceilings. I sat on the bed for 5 minutes pondering what to do and decided not to risk either my car or myself overnight so I quickly removed my bags back to the car and drove to the nearest car park to phone around the hotels. I did not feel safe either in or outside of the property and the people I was working with the next day confirmed that it is a rough area?! I emailed my complaint and requested a refund but of course no refund received. Do not stay here if you are a female travelling alone!

ベッドも広くて眠りやすいし、洗濯機もキッチンもシャワーも単独だし、Wi-Fiも、テレビも大きいものが使えるのは、値段から考えればお得。 しかし、こちらの使い方に問題があったのは否めないが、最後の日の2日前にクッカーを利用したらブレーカーが落ちたのか、ヒューズが飛んだかして、部屋とシャワー、トイレの電気がつかなくなり、もちろんクッカーも使えず、シャワーも出なくなった。チェックイン時に教えてもらったメールアドレス宛に連絡をしたが音沙汰がなく……。結局チェックアウトまで直らなかった。

decent alternative to pricey city centre hotels

good cheap option in Leeds. convenient for city centre and public transport.

Wil use again. All facilities at hand. Stayed on a friday night and there was party going on next door until 3am . However I'm sure this was just bad timing.

Value for money short stay apartment in Leeds

Exceptional, unobtrusive service. Great level of communication and a willingness to attempt to accommodate reasonable requests. Great value for the money and guests can be assured of seamless professionalism throughout.

Sometimes you really don't need to shout or say a word, All I will say is, I am going back there, I booked for the whole working week, I have done that since my first time there, and still have three more weeks to go there, in addition to booking further weeks ahead. I think this say's a lot.

Good except for the fruit flies in the room

Good overall, there is nobody at the property to help with check in but the email instructions were easy to follow. My only problem was that there were quite a lot of what appeared to be fruit flies or similar bugs in the room. They were hanging around the sink. I had to spend the first hour or so getting rid of them.

The bedroom/kitchen area was perfect for one or two guests. Had everything you need for a short or long stay. The bathroom was not spacious at all which was quite frustrating as it made it difficult to do anything.

Decent short term accomodation

The accommodation was good and had good access to public transport to the university where I was attending the conference. The only criticisms I would offer was that we only had one bowl and the fridge froze the milk and strawberries overnight on the first night.

Much better value than a hotel

Lovely flat, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were very accommodating. Will recommend and stay again.

The toilet was unusual and running the water in the bathroom tap triggered a macerator to constantly trigger. The noise from the main road outside was excessive as well.

Economic but value for money.

Basic accommodation fairly priced. You get what you pay for. Somewhat dodgy area, limited local amenities.

Excellent place, very clean, comfortable bed, spacious and all the equipment that you need is provided. Convenient location for city centre and train and bus station.

Absolutely loved my stay here

Great little cosy studio, very quiet place, very comfy, it was a great place for me to rest and do my stuff without being bothered by anyone around. The owner was adorable and gladly helped me with my luggage, also everything was available at my floor to either do my laundry, hang it, iron it etc or either clean a bit my space. Only little detail that bothered was that the dishes weren't clean when I arrived and the area was a bit creepy when I came back at night time but would definitely recommend and I won't miss to go back there if I need somewhere to stay ! Also 3 nights there were much cheaper than most low cost hotels in town so it's just the perfect place.
