I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the annoying noise from a nearby air extractor or air conditioning unit which disturbed my sleep on my last night in particular, until it finally went off in the early hours. But overall a great place to stay - convenient for shops and the old town nearby. Also it is simple to get to the train and central bus station. Definitely recommend this place.

La photo ne correspond pas à la chambre que nous avons eu durant notre séjour. Ljubljana est une belle ville, l'emplacement de l'hébergement par rapport au centre est faisable en 10min à pied. Le confort de la literie est basique (matelas à ressort de petite épaisseur, dommage). La chambre / studio était rénovée avec des équipements de bon état. La communication avec l'hôte ou son représentant a été faite via email et WhatsApp, en plus d'un accueil lors du check in. L'hébergement est bien mais dommage que la photo principale ne corresponde pas au design de touts les hébergements.

Wonderfully large apartment, well presented, simple facilities are available such as coffee and something to hang clothes on; the address is a busy central street but my apartment was in a house in the back courtyard so very quiet. Great communication with the host, very responsive.

Great location and neat room!

This property was located in the perfect situation for walking to all sites. Tucked away so lovely and quiet during the night. The property is clean, spacious and has everything you need. Our host was very helpful and always quick to reply. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfy and safe. Not sure about the lights system, first picture with the brick make you think you gonna have this kind of room, but it’s all white, no bricks. Still a good place to stay, with a kitchen!

Great apartment in Ljubljana. Large apartment. Well furnished with a good kitchenette. Great bathroom. Very central. Host very accommodating. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Very modern, spacious, well furnished apartment. Convenient location for city centre. Good information supplied. Good eatery recommendations. Very good greeting on arrival. Very good handover on leaving.

Lovely comfy & high-spec apartment in great central location, but very quiet still. Highly recommended. Just needs slightly clearer arrival instructions- even though the apartments are 6c, it’s the front door marked 6 you need to enter through

Bad smell & not too accommodating, would avoid

Great location and spacious room, but had a really bad smell (from drains?). We also requested to just drop bags in the room as it was heavily raining and our plans changed, but had no response to multiple messages for a while, then to be told not possible. When we arrived at 3pm on the dot as we agreed, we had to wait until others were checked in (why not stagger check ins?!). Beware the cleaning fee in the small print. Also we weren’t provided a full toilet roll, and when I asked for more I was made to justify my request. Iron provided, but no ironing board, yet there was an ice cream maker?! Overall, nice room but the stench was awful so not worth the money

Appartamento confortevole, in pieno centro, silenzioso e molto tecnologico. Comodo al lungo fiume raggiungibile a piedi e a molti locali.

Great location. Comfortable and spacious room. Unfortunately very dark entrance at night and shower drain was partially clogged causing bathroom to flood.

La posizione è centrale,hai tutto a portata di mano. I riscaldamenti funzionano benissimo,pulizia al top,due bagni uno con una piatto doccia filomuro immenos pendue persone,e un altro bagno piccolo con lavandino e wc. Una cucina molto funzionale anche se non l'ho usata. Tende scorrevoli elettronicamente, appartamento nuovo .consigliatissimo

Situation idéale. Tout se fait à pieds. Présence d’un grand parking à 21€ les 24h juste à côté. À une cours interne où sont gares des voitures mais nous ne pouvions pas avoir accès ! Rénové avec goût et matériaux de qualité. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Nécessite d’avoir une serpillière pour faire sécher la SDB. Très peu d’intimité!

The location s excellent. Easy check in. Friendly help. The building is old but the apartment inside is very modern and clean and very confortable. I stayed two nights. The first night was quite the second night was very noisy due to construction next door. I would definately love to return.

The dungeon is a unique apartment. Well furnished. Big TV. Surround sound. Comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom and shower.

This is a very slick underground apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here. There is a full kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a very welcome HUGE shower. Also included is a washing machine, although there is no electric dryer (there is a drying rack, iron, and ironing board). If you are renting a car and plan to tour all of Slovenia (as we did), it is well worth it to pay for the additional parking space. You have very easy access to the highways while still being in close walking distance to the pedestrian-only city center. The apartment does sleep up to 8 people but the sleeping area is essentially one large room with a lot of pull-out beds outside the main master bed, so do plan to get very friendly with your roommates. There is also an excellent breakfast spot around the corner, Le Petit Cafe, which makes both excellent cappuccinos + macchiatos as well fairly priced smoked-salmon/avacado eggs benedict and truffle omelets. Yum.

It is extemely hard t find and is located behind what looks like a slum tenement and there is no check in desk. I just happened to find the manager behind a door that had a key hanging in it after asking a number of neighboring businesses "where is it" the room was stark cold and poorly designed. after you get there then they charge you for parking as well as a 45 euro clean up fee. You can't even get your car out of courtyard at check out with out the manager pressing the key fob. There is a sign on the wall of the slum tenement looking building but it is small and hidden among a bunch of others. I didn't see it until the second day.

Perfekte Lage, freundlicher Empfang, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartement im Innenhof. Einrichtung: einfach modern und klar, ein wenig „kalt“. Technik mit den modernsten feautures. Ausziehsofa katastrophal zum Schlafen. Für 45.- Euro Reinigungskosten würde ich mehr Sauberkeit erwarten. (Staub und Spinnweben) Geschirr haben wir nicht gebraucht, sah aber mit kurzem Blick sauber aus.

In speaking with the property manager, VRBO has the wrong listings.

The property we stayed in was misrepresented by VRBO. The picture of the property we thought we were getting, is booked through next year. Very disappointed in VRBO.

Great location; terrible bed.

The location is excellent; no service whatsoever; the bed was very uncomfortable; the pillows were awful. But the place was clean and the one time I saw the manager, she was very helpful and friendly.

Tout d’abord, l’endroit est difficile à trouver, il y a une pancarte à l’extérieur mais une fois qu’on ouvre la porte, il est difficile de trouver la responsable de l’endroit, il n’y a aucune indication, l’endroit est dans une cour intérieure qui n’est ni plus ni moins qu’un stationnement. L’appartement au niveau du sol est très modeste et plutôt tristounet. Le plancher est en béton ce qui rend l’endroit très humide. Je n’y retournerais pas.

Nice place to stay in Ljubljana

Everything was great: the location is perfect to discover the city and the apartment couldn’t be more clean!

Very cool to stay in a dungeon but it is really more of a cool basement. While our kids liked it, the reality is that it was very damp and smelled like a men’s locker room.

Great location in city. We could walk to all major attractions. We cooked a couple of light meals in the kitchen, but also ate in several nearby cafes.

Room is clean and comfortable. I want to stay again for my next stay at Ljubljana.

4ημερες δεν μπήκε κανεις για καθαριότητα , δεν μας αλλάξανε σεντόνια και πετσέτες .Στο δάπεδο υπήρχε παντού σκόνη γιατί δεν καθάρισαν . Η κυρία πρόθυμη .Ντουλαπα πουθενά ,εκτός απο δυο συρτάρια στο δάπεδο κάτω απο το κρεβάτι και μια κατασκευή που χωράει 5 πουκάμισα . Το σημείο καλό βολεύει για βόλτες στο κέντρο . Πληρώσαμε όλο το ποσό μετρητά κατά την άφιξη . Το δωμάτιο όμορφο αισθητικά και και ζεστό . Το νερο στο μπάνιο οριακά ζεστό .

Struttura nuovissima, spazio ben strutturato e servizi essenziali garantiti. Posizione ottima per la vicinanza alla città vecchia e al fiume e voto 10 per il silenzio e la tranquillità. Ottima anche la disponibilità della gestione.

Very stylish and charming flat. Clean and fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. Very close to the historical centre and not far from restaurants and a supermarket. We had a lovely stay. Nice, professional host as well. The apartment is more or less underground and there is not much natural light and air coming in, that's why it feels a tiny bit musty at times. It did not affect us too much as we were there for only 5 days and the weather was not rainy though I could imagine that it would be a bit damp if the weather is damp outside.

Spacious apartment close to city attractions.

First impression was not good however once inside the apartment we were pleasantly surprised by this. Although the renovations were not quite finished the facilities were excellent and exceeded expectations. The owner was very helpful and the location could not have been more convenience for all the city attractions, restaurants and bars.

Fijn verblijf midden in het centrum. Heerlijk appartement met alle luxe die je nodig hebt.

The room was large, as was the bathroom. It’s been recently renovated, was clean and in good shape. The bed was comfortable. There are some kitchen facilities and a small table to eat at. I had to arrange for late arrival, which was easy. It’s a couple blocks from the river so a good location for sightseeing. The A/C worked well on very hot days. The entry to the building is around the corner from the actual street address (between the café and Mrak Hotel).

غرفة متواضعة جدا وليست شقة .

الغرفة فقيرة التجهيزات ، حيث تفتقر الغرفة لخزنة ملابس او علاق . طاولة (كمدينو) جنب السرير ،، درج لوضع الادوات الخاصة ، طاولة للحقيبة وايضا مرآة . ولا يوجد تغيير لاغطية السرير او تنظيف للغرفة او دورة المياه ! وكذلك السعر والرسوم مرتفعة مقابل مستوى الغرفة .
