Excelente hotel. La limpieza muy buena. Le agregaria shampoo. Atencion muy amable.

Todo muy bien en cuanto a costo - beneficio, el único pero que le pongo es que las puertas al cerrarse hacen mucho ruido, cada que algún huésped cerraba su puerta era demasiado ruido, incluso mientras dormía.

It’s basically a basic functional hotel. What makes your stay excellent is. The professional help from reception. Chris and Laura very kind. Billy went above. He helped me with things I needed for my 24pax group to make their trip to Liverpool stay city enjoyable.

El apartamento está en una situación excelente,son nuevos, están limpios y tienen una pequeña cocina con menaje suficiente pero deben mejorar un par de cosas; el ascensor es lo peor( se supone que hay 2 pero uno no funcionó en los 6 días que estuvimos allí y el otro se estropeó un buen rato y nos tocó subir cargados 8 pisos)tarda muchísimo cuando lo llamas y la mayoría de veces es preferible bajar andando.Otra cosa a mejorar es la presión de la ducha(casi no había).Lo comentamos en recepción y nos dijeron que lo intentarían arreglar y si no,nos cambiarían de habitación pero no fue así.Aún así volvería.

Agradable estancia

Fue una agradable estancia, las instalaciones están bien, tal vez un poco elevado el precio. Pensamos que con mucha gente, en temporada alta tiene que haber muchos ruidos por la gente.

Buen aparthotel, cerca de todo.

Buena ubicación, habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda y cocina muy completa con todo tipo de utensilios. Buena climatizacion. En general bastante limpio, pero algunos rincones necesitan un repaso (campana extractora) y los ascensores en hora punta un poco lentos. Personal muy amable. Volvería a alojarme allí.

Buena ubicación. Muy buena relación precio/calidad. Excelente atención del personal. Solo mejoraría la tempertura de la ducha

El gimnasio, aunque no lo usé y las instalaciones de lavandería, estaban muy bien. La habitación tiene detalles, como el rail de las cortinas, que es muy practico y bien pensado. La personas del hotel en recepción son muy amables y simpaticas. Yo lo encontré muy bien como aparthotel! Gracias

Excellent location in quiet area. The attention at reception was very correct and the service too. Bar open 24 hours with normal prices. Very spacious bed and additional sofa bed. The price of the room was very good. Very advisable !

Me gustó el sitio, la habitación y el baño, atención No me gustó nada que una noche hubo tal jaleo en el hotel por parte de un grupo de gente alojada que dormí fatal . Si es verdad que una vez lo dijimos estuvieron hablando con ellos y la siguiente noche mejor. La verdad no es culpa de ellos que la gente sea tan mal educada

Staycity Aparthotel

Car park extremely tight for anything other than a small car. Slots too small, and I was unable to turn up the ramp to the second level due to length of car. Check in had charged my Credit Card a second time, even though I paid at time of booking. I was advised it would be 5 to 7 working days for a refund. Money can be taken immediately, but a week to get back. Good cash flow management for the hotel, if they did it with every guest. Third bed in room was not made up, so had to request at reception, which they corrected promptly. Bathroom had no toilet lid, and no plug for the sink. Difficult to shave under running water. The room was clean, tidy and well equipped. Probably would not return.

Long weekend 3 night stay

It was good. Room was dusty and mattress cover didn’t fit properly but other than that it was clean. Room position was noisy due to workmen on roof opposite. Also constant noise of bottles being emptied into bin through the night kept us awake. Lifts were slow and one was out of order for most of our stay. Location was great and close to everything. Central for liver building, pier head, Albert dock and Liverpool one shopping centre. It wasn’t clear which car park belonged to the hotel. Ended up parking in the next one up which actually worked out much cheaper. Breakfast was nice. Staff were lovely too.

From our check in with Rebecca and Amelia to our checkout with Lidia and Maddie our stay was brilliant. What amazing staff, so kind and caring. Nothing was a problem and the girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t have anything planned and on check in so Rebecca suggested the Christmas Markets and the restaurant strip, both were amazing. The next day Lidia recommended we walk to the docks and stop at Rough Handmade - a must visit!! Great coffee and pastries. Then on to the Cathedral which was breathtaking!! Thank you to all the girls for making our stay a 10/10 !! (The pizza we ordered for room service was also delicious)

Very clean and spacious room

Had to wait over 2 hours to get bedding 24 hr bar/food area not in operation as advertised Checkin was ok though (allowed to check in a bit early)

Property was good, communication with the main reservation area was not. Couldn’t get into the hotel car park so parked where advised which was not closest as advised by hotel reception. Location is great by Liverpool one and the docks.

Fantastic location - close to the Albert Docks and also Liverpool 1. Studio room was perfect for the 2 of us and it was lovely to have a kitchenette. Place was spotless and staff were extremely helpful.

Great location for shops and restaurants

What a lovely hotel for a wonderful city! Special shout out to Ismael for making our stay welcoming and warm! I will be back in town April 2025, and will be booking with Staycity 😊

Quick & easy check in, hotel & room clean with small kitchen & hot drink station in the room. Good location

It was like an extended stay place with little kitchen and other extra amenities. I like the quietness and breakfasts area . I recommend it for my friends.

Clean and comfortable rooms . Staff very helpful and friendly. Close to Docks and shopping , nightlife .

Was nice, but a bit dated

The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The television was old and needed retuning. The toilet had a continuous run of water which can't be good for the environment. It would have been nice if the bins had been emptied as we filled up the food waste bin. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. But the hotel could do with a spruce up. I.e. Newer TV etc

Great 3 night stay at a reasonable price

checked in online a couple of days earlier, we arrived an hour early the staff on teception wete really good, the room was ready so we could check in straight away. Parked in the secure car park right next door, dead easy. we were there for 3 nights, there's no housekeeping/room clean, but if you need anything just ask. You can come & go as you please & the hotel seems really secure, room key needed to operate the lift etc. good location everything in walking distance (Liverpool 1, docks, museums) loads of restaraunts and bars a couple of minutes away. didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant. Would definitely go there again.

Quiet room. Comfy bed. Would stay again. Good location. Good value. Great to have a fridge and easy access to laundry. Parking was a bit tight so make sure you are comfortable in small areas. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed in 2023 for a conference and booked for 2025. That says it all.

From check in to check out the staff was extremely kind and approachable, lovely hotel, great location, easy parking, room facilities are fantastic and very clean. Even got a free drink to celebrate my birthday! First time staying here and will definitely be returning! :-)

Spacious and comfortable

The aparthotel was lovely, spacious room with compact kitchenette and nice size for me and my two sons. The facilities were great. The bathroom was a little small and the door closed automatically but overall the bed was huge and comfortable. The parking was next to the hotel but there are some steps to access it, two lots of steps to the second floor. The location is beautiful, right next to the waterfront and Liverpool One shopping facilities. Traffic can build up in the area on weekends at the strand but it was a really lovely stay. The alarm did go off early hours on our second night but this was managed. Staff were also very helpful. Thank you.

Great location

Parking at the end of the street was reasonably priced. Great location on the Waterfront, easy access to the city centre.

Great place to stay

We are a group of 3 friends and often struggle when sharing a room for 3 with limited space and comfort. Our room surpassed expectation. It was vey clean and comfortable with many amenities and close to all of Liverpools attractions. We would highly recommend it

This is a very nice property. It has a great location in the middle of Liverpool, which makes everything very accessible. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and modern. We had a very nice stay.

Fire alarm problems ruined my stay

Good until the last night where the fire alarm was going off multiple times. I had to fly early so I ended up getting no sleep

Stayed with my two daughters and we had a great time. Great local amenities and very close to the centre. The apartment itself was spacious and exactly what we needed. Although the only thing I could say was the cleanliness could have been a little better. I would still definitely return!

It’s just a 7 minute walk to the riverfront and a 7 minute walk from The Cavern

Staff was absolutely delightful, the room was perfect, great location. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Liverpool!

Good size apartment, would stay again.

Great size apartment for 2 nights for a couple. The apartment was bright & airy & modern. Bed was big & comfortable. The bathroom had a good sized shower and the living space was good. My only criticism is that it could have been cleaner. It was pretty dusty in the cupboards so I had to wipe them before using them. Kitchen cupboard doors could also do with straightening! Despite this I would stay here again. The location is great for all areas of the city.

Great place to stay

Visited Liverpool to go to a concert. The hotel was amazingly located and allowed us access to all the local amenities and some great restaurants. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff at check-in and cleaners were all friendly and polite.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Staycity Aparthotels Liverpool Waterfront, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is fantastic, situated right by the waterfront with stunning views of the Mersey River and just a short walk from the city center and major attractions. The apartment was modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. It had all the amenities one could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and a cozy bedroom. The decor was contemporary and stylish, making it feel like a home away from home. I particularly appreciated the little touches like the complimentary toiletries and the high-speed Wi-Fi, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries and provide excellent recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.

Great room but charged twice!

The room was great, was offered an upgrade which was nice. However, after paying a premium for this room (being Taylor Swift weekend) I was charged directly from the hotel again when I got there, taking days for a large amount to be paid back. They were apologetic, but was hugely inconvenient, and the reason they have made it seem way too easy to happen.

Great stay!

My friends and I travelled here for the Eras Tour, the hotel reception had Taylor Swift decor and it really was such a nice touch! Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean! The 24 hour food service was majorly convenient too. The location of the hotel was perfect, so close to Liverpool One. The check out process was very quick and easy. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Staff are very friendly, good value for money. Great location. Parking is very tight spaced. Need to monitor residence parking in their spaces.

Good location close to the docks and Liverpool ONE, bar and snacks open late and good space in the room. The floor was dirty like someone had cut their hair without it being vacuumed,

Pillows and some sheets smelled like mildew which was down to the kids’ sheets being kept in a bag (when wet). Everyone however is super kind and helpful and very attentive. Rooms are quite compact however.

Really enjoyed our stay even though it was only for one night, staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendlier

Lovely stay

Great stay only negative was a £15 parking charge which I was not told about in advance.

Hotel in a great location very close to the city centre and all its attractions in every direction. The room had a big comfy bed and reasonable ensuite bathroom. The kitchenette was okay too, but attention needed to cleaning... we had a small dishwasher we didn't need to use, but when we opened the door it smelled quite badly.

Was a great stay. Rooms are fantastic except the bathroom door won’t stay open. It’s a very heavy thick door and auto closes . Very annoying you can’t keep it open. I’d suggest the hotel has door wedges in the room guests can use to prop open as going in and out gets annoying not to mention the noise it causes every time it slams shut. ( noise for other guests ) Also all the hotel halls have motion sensors to turn the lights on as you enter. You end up entering very dark hallways before each section lights up. A bit unnerving to enter a totally dark hall before the lights come on. I’d hope they could fix that. Otherwise great stay and helpful staff.

Best stop on our trip!

Perfect location to see so many things and to dine out. Easy to get on the hop on and hop off, we never needed an uber at all. Room was nice, bright and spacious but bring your shampoo and conditioner.

Very basic, only value I could see was the location of the apartments. Room very small with dirty walls. Shower was spraying water on the light above. I would not stop here again.

Friendly staff, lovely couple of perks in the room with Nespresso etc.
