Fue una buena estadía, l vista y el departamento son increíbles. Tuve un problema con un objeto muy importante que olvidé allí y lo resolvieron inmediatamente y con mucha consideración. Agradezco la actitud del personal.

Excelente opción en Londres

Ubicado a las puertas (literal) de la Torre de Londres dispone de varios tipos de apartamentos. Nosotros (4 adultos en total) nos hemos alojado del 6 al 11 de mayo en uno de 2 habitaciones: una con cama king, excelente, con su amplio baño y armarios más que de sobra; y otra con 2 camas 105 cm, tan cómodas como la king, baño amplio con bañera y más armarios. El salón es también amplio y confortable, la cocina está integrada en el mismo, pero en un ambiente separado. Dispone de electrodomésticos de última generación: horno, microondas, vitro, combi, tostadora, cafetera de cápsulas, lavadora y secadora (separadas en un armario específico junto al hall de entrada al apartamento), además de la cristalería, vajilla y demás utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Hay innumerables enchufes (en los baños 2 con clavija estándar), tv plana smart en cada habitación y otra en el salón, caja de seguridad, etc. Pero lo más destacable, para mi, es que son apartamentos impecablemente acabados y con un aislamiento excepcional que te permiten descansar de verdad, El único pero puede ser que no hay ningún servicio hotelero (parece ser que van a abrir un restaurante próximamente) excepto un gimnasio pequeño y que las amenities del baño no incluyen ni pasta, ni cepillos de dientes, ni maquinilla de afeitar ni peine, ni gorro de baño. Menudencias para un establecimiento excelente. El personal al nivel del hotel: EXCELENTE

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, eine U-Bahnstation, The Shard, Tower, Towerbridge u.a. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Unser Appartment war hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Nydelig Leilighetshotel. Vi fikk utsikten rett mot Tower og Tower bridge, vanvittig gøy. Superfin leilighet, ny og moderne.

Not 5 star but a convenient place to stay

This is our 3rd stay at Cheval Three Quays! It is an ideal situation for a family - a clean & large apartment-style suite with lots of attention to detail. Yes, the hotel is right next to the Tower which is a very touristy area, but it is very quiet in general and especially at night. Lots of great restaurants are just a short and pleasant walk away (the city center and across the Thames, for instance). A tube station is also a few minutes' walk and there are many bus stops nearby. If the price were a bit lower, it would be perfect, but so far they are the best!

We're a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a 2-bedrom Superior Apartment at Cheval Three Quays. For the price we paid, it was a little disappointing. Decor is a little dated and it lacked a bit of the finesse you expect from a 5-star property. That said, it was clean, spacious and the beds/pillows were comfortable. Being right next to the 1,000-year old Tower of London was pretty special. Location was okay - close to restaurants including St Katherine docks and a walk across London Bridge to Burrough Markets, but there's one road in and out so it takes ages to get anywhere by car. The area is safe and the building is secure. We probably wouldn't stay here again unless we got a super deal.

Great location! Staff was friendly and even surprised us with early check-in! Taxi stand across hotel entrance made it easy to get around, even though Uber is also fast and slightly cheaper. Starbucks across the street or the 2 cafes next to hotel are great for morning coffee or lunch. Rooms were clean, spacious and view of river was a bonus!

Well. Stayed in lots of places in London. This was the best. The welcome was as genuine and sincere. The taxis are outside and the Uber boats are outside as well…. Coming back and planning out Christmas journey now. A fantastic place to stay no question.

Got complimentary upgrade to an apartment with balcony overlooking the Thames, and just next to the Tower of London. Fully equipped for long-term stays; regret we were only here one night!

We enjoyed the layout and location of the property but had some difficulties with the operation of the microwave and the lack of a frying pan and the difficulties with maintenance in repairs and the failure to provide a pan at all. Also, supermarket shopping was not close by and car parking is expensive during normal workdays.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus. Sehr kompetente MitarbeiterInnen und sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer und Räume. Geniale Lage an der Rhemse, direkt beim Tower, der Tower Bridge und in der Nähe einer Metrostation. Wir werden wieder in dieser Unterkunft buchen.

Wirklich die schönste Unterkunft die wir bisher in London hatten. Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Traumhaftes Apartment, in dem es an nichts fehlte und ein absolut überwältigender Ausblick auf den Tower und die Tower Bridge. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Weekend break for family of 4

2 bed apartment had plenty space and the river view of tower bridge were excellent. Very happy with stay and a short 3 min walk up the hill to tower hill station made the location work well for us.

Everything was amazing. We stayed in an apartment with the river view. Enjoyed the fireworks from the balcony on NYE, but didn’t have a direct line of sight to those from the London Eye. A quick walk downstairs would have granted that. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cheval, the staff was great, the location and views were amazing! We loved the room we stayed in, we had a 2 bedroom apt for us and our daughter, it was perfect. Exactly what you would expect from a high end resort location. We will definitely stay there again for future visits to London.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Cheval Three Quays - the room was sophisticated, comfortable, spacious, with a terrific view on the Thames (we splurged for a river view with balcony). We stayed for the week - so having a kitchen and washer/dryer proved to be incredibly useful and a great value. This hotel is perfect for those who seek to be close to transport - Tower Bridge Station and the Thames Clipper are right there - but do not care to be in the midst of all the tourists. (The London Bridge and Tower of London is adjacent to the hotel but is busy only during the day - so nights are pleasantly quiet.) For those seeking nightlife, the excellent Borough Market is across the river, as are many other spots within reasonable walking distance. There are no restaurants directly in the hotel, but there are options - Coppa is a lovely sit-down restaurant on the river - with good-not great food (be sure to reserve your table pod on the riverwalk). Numerous cafes, Starbucks, and a Wagamama across the street. The Cheval has an App that can connect you with food deliveries to your room if desired. Highly recommend!

We love this hotel! Suite 1V

This is our fifth trip to London staying at the Three Quays. We definitely feel at home, but batter cared for :-) The apartments and building looking as clean as fresh as our first stay in 2015. The staff is warm and accommodating. We have one child with us and love having a 2bed / 2 bath but suite 1 V was large and accommodated a roll away easily. View was beautiful of the Shard. We were worried about the first floor but the water feature and distance from marina shielded the noise. Having a kitchen, coffee, tea, ironing board and a luxury environment check all our boxes. Plus super convenient to the tube and hitting all the sights.

Loved the room as it had everything needed. Front desk was responsive to accommodating any additional requests. Room was clean upon arrival and was cleaned daily. Room also had beautiful river views. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Likes: close to the tube; walkable along the Thames; many sites and places to visit; close to boat vendor tours; very friendly staff at the reception area and helpful when asking for directions; the room was clean and very spacious; having a kitchenette (frig, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher) afforded us to have breakfast, lunch and some dinners conveniently in our room. This is our second stay at a Cheval property and when we visit the UK again, we will definitely stay here. Dislikes: none! Thank you Cheval for making our stay very enjoyable!

Fantastic stay and great location!

The apartment was superb, in a great location for seeing London but also for the London Marathon - short walk to London Bridge and close to some spectator watching spots. The staff were friendly and attentive. We’ll be back the next time we stay in London. And those views of Tower Bridge were awesome!

The property was excellent including the staff...I will definitely make this my preferred accommodation for my stay in London.

The front desk staff were amazing! They helped track down the wallet I lost at Heathrow airport as well as providing lots of other assistance. All with a smile and a cordial tone. So impressed and grateful!

The room was a studio apartment which was quite a well layer out. The bed was comfortable and the en suite bathroom featured an incredible rain shower. There was a washer in the studio which allowed for a quick catch up on the laundry. Staff were helpful and worked hard to get information required. The Tower Hill tube station is a 5 minute leisurely walk.

Cheval Three Quays is ideally located and the view of the Tower Bridge is majestic!! I would definitely recommend this place to stay. It has everything you need and more. Loved my family holiday!!

Best place for a family to stay in London

We booked for the location and the 2 bedrooms. My family was extremely pleased with the level of appointment of the apartments. It was well stock in all things. We only required to get our own food. The space of the apartments was superb, with roomy common area and decent sized bedrooms (king and 2 twin beds). The views from the apartment were remarkable, looking out over both the Tower of London and Tower bridge from both our eating area and the various balconies. The hotel staff was courteous and it had easy access to both Tube and boat for transportation around London. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in our of our travels.
