Buen barrio cerca de autobuses y metro

Very well connected with all major attractions a few underground stops away. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets nearby. Room was OK, not great but nothing to complain about either, except maybe the rug -carpet floors are never clean-. Service was helpful but scarce (no housekeeping).

Estuvimos muy cómodos y felices por tener privacidad con nuestras hijas y el hotel está muy céntrico y tienen una máquina de café y chocolate para la hora que quieras como cortesía y fruta en el lobby, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, parada de autobuses y de buses de turistas

El hotel esta relativamente cerca del centro y de la parada de metro tiene a tocar diferents comecios y supermercados. Todo muy corrector y la habitación àmplia i en perfecto estando.

Es un hotel bueno, un espacio no tan grande pero suficiente para estar a gusto. La zona es muy buena y está a 5 mins de la estación sdl metro y a unos mins de varias atracciones del oeste de Londres.

Un apartamento bien equipado y limpio. El espacio un poco pequeño al abrir el sofa-cama. La zona muy buena , cerca de Kensigton Gardens y los museos.

Estupendo hotel apartamento en el corazón de South Kensington con una muy cuidada atención. Recién reformado, ofrece lo ideal para una cómoda estancia. Repetiré sin ninguna duda. Muy recomendable.

Hotel centrico y acogedor

Ideal para viajar con niños. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Las camas y el sofá cama muy cómodo. La atención del personal del hotel es de 10. Siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto para ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Al no ser una calle principal por las noches no se escuchaban ruidos procedentes de la calle.

Es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Londres. El apartamento es agradable y cómodo, con todas las facilidades y utensilios de cocina. Excelente ubicación, sin ruido y a unos 200 m de la estación de metro de Gloucester Road. Queda a unos 10 minutos a pie de Kensington Gardens y a una estación de metro de los museos Victoria & Albert, Historia Natural y Ciencia. En particular destaco la atención de Victoria, quien nos saludó y atendió en español de manera muy amable. Volvería a este hotel, sin duda.

Apartamento con excelente ubicación

El hotel es muy prolijo, y para ser un 3 estrellas no tenemos quejas. Nos tocó una habitación cómoda y limpia, con un dormitorio, estar y cocina. Realmente fue muy útil para nuestra visita. El hotel cuenta con gimnasio, café y servicio de internet, lo que lo hace muy cómodo.

Apartamentos muy nuevos en una excelente zona

El apartamento en el que estuve era muy cómodo si quieres cocinar y ahorrar en restaurantes. Además la cocina tenía todo lo que necesitaba y ellos te proveen gratis de bolsa de basura, estropajo y lavavajillas, además de lo habitual en un hotel de categoría alta. Lo único que no limpian la habitación si no pasas más de 1 semana, aunque siempre puedes encargar que lo hagan por 15 libras. También tienen una laundry para que uses lavadora y secadora, todo por 9 libras.

Situado en un barrio inmejorable, cerca de tiendas, parques y del metro. Perfecto para familias con niños, super tranquilo. Si podéis reservar las habitaciones tipo dúplex.

My daughter and I had a great time there. The Citadines aparthotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood, within walking distance of many nice restaurants, bars, and cafes. It's very comfortable and clean. You can buy groceries from the nearby stores. I highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment. Lovely staff who checked us in. Walkable distance to the underground. We wanted a car park space but there weren’t any available. The receptionist said we could park on the street for free as it was weekend, which we were more than happy with. Will definitely stay again.

Nice area. Quiet and easy to access to everything. There are plenty hotels around but prices are different. This one was more affordable. Family of 4 we had a pull out bed and a loft. I widh we had second bathroom but we have managed it. Great hospitality from workers.

Chambre agréable et cuisine assez bien équipée, il manque une cafetière. Tout a été très bien, cependant la cafetière du lobby a été défectueuse une grande partie du séjour et la seule offre alternative était du café instantané.

Nice location, not comfortable sofa bed

The staff at the Citadines South Kensington were excellent, friendly and extremely accomodating during our 10 day stay. The location is marvelous for visiting museums and the Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park area. The neighbourhood is dominated by local shops and places to dine. Would definitely stay again when we return to London..

最寄り駅からは徒歩７～８分で駅付近にスーパーが2つあるので便利です。ホテルはオートロックになっており、カードキーがない部外者は入れないのでとても安全です。チェックインの時はインターホンを押しました。フロントはとてもよい香りがして、無料のコーヒーマシーンがあります。ホットミルクもあるので毎朝、美味しく頂きました。お部屋は3人利用だったのでメゾネットにしました。1階と2階で別れて寝ることができたので、快適に眠ることができました。キッチンはとても清潔で新品のスポンジが用意されています。食洗器があるので、観光で疲れていても便利です。食器類、調理器具などはすべて揃っています。キッチンペーパー、ラップが必要でしたら持参することをお勧めします。 冷蔵庫はミニタイプで冷凍室はありません。ダイニングテーブルはパソコンの作業用デスクのような感じで少し小さいですが3人で利用するには問題ありません。2階にあるお風呂はバスタブ・シャワーがあり、シャンプー、ボディソープがつきます。バスタオルの交換は地下のコインランドリーに用意してありましたので、自分の洗濯をするときに交換することができます。洗濯アプリは地下だと電波が入らないのでお部屋でダウンロードした方がよいです。カード支払いができるので小銭を準備する必要はありません。 スタッフは親切でチェックアウト後の荷物も預かってくれました。 再度滞在したいくらいオススメのホテルです。 世界中に、系列のグループホテルがあるようなので、ぜひ利用してみたいです。

Citadines is very well located, negar Hyde Park and other attractions, The room has a little kitchen and there is also a coffee machine at the reception. The staff is very kind.

6歳児、2歳児連れで5泊しました。キッチン付がよく、公園が近いので選びました。結果的に大満足です。 予約する際に口コミを非常に参考にしたので、よかった点を挙げます ・ヒースローからピカデリー線で1本で行ける ・路線が多く走っているので、電車移動に便利（バス停も近くにあるので交通便は非常によかったです） ・最寄駅から徒歩10分ほど ・最寄駅にwait rose, tesco expressのスーパーがある（徒歩15分ほどの別の駅にはWhole Foods, M&Sもありスーパー巡りしたかった私は大満足） ・ケンジントン公園まで徒歩圏内 ・自然史博物館などの博物館も徒歩圏内 ・ホテル近辺（駅付近含め）にレストランがある（近くのイタリアンが高評価で、行ってみましたがとっても美味しかったです） ・ホテルはとても清潔でキッチンにトースター、ポット、オーブン付電子レンジ、冷蔵庫があり皿カップカトラリー、鍋などがありどれもキレイでした。 スポンジは新品だったので、少し潔癖な私でも使用できました ・9時ごろ到着したのですが、部屋があるので、無料会員になれば追加料金なく部屋が提供できると言われてチェックインできたのでとても助かりました。スタッフも丁寧に対応してくれました ・バスタブ付をリクエストしていたので、そのとおりにしてくれました ・地下に有料の洗濯機＆乾燥機あり。アプリをいれれば完了すると通知がもらえるので部屋で待っていられたのでよかったです ・フロント近くに無料のコーヒーマシンとウォーターマシンあり。トワイニングのティーバックも数種類置いてあります 部屋について強いてマイナス点を挙げるとすると、電気が少なく暗めなことと、椅子が3脚しかなかったこと、収納が少ないことです。 またロンドンに行けるときが来たら、ぜひ再度滞在したいくらいオススメのホテルです。

Excellente localisation, parfait pour les familles. L’offre de restauration autour de l’hôtel est excellente. Nous avons fait de magnifiques balades dans le quartier. Nombreux musées à proximité et accès facile aux transports en communs. De magnifiques souvenirs, même si l’hébergement demeure très cher.

Citadines....

Minha familia é cliente do Citadines há uns 15 anos, em varias cidades. Sempre boas localizações, a experiência dos quartos é parecida, limpos, tipos de móveis, utensílios, adoramos para ficar com as crianças. Cozinha muito prática. Pra não dizer que é perfeito, não somos fãs das banheiras com o chuveiro deles, preferia se fosse um box mesmo, mas ok, nada de muito importante. Este não foi diferente. Localização excepcional para metrô e ônibus, perto do parque, de vários museus, um predio pequeno, simpático. Sem dúvida vamos consoderar para a proxima ida. Recomendo.

The room was really quiet. The units have two very solid doors before entering the sleeping space, so you don’t hear hallway noise at all. The kitchen could use some more amenities like paper towels. The hotel needs more front desk staff. They couldn’t get anything needed right away because there was often only one person at the desk.

Loved the location and the free coffee in the lobby. Having a laundry room was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but the windows were old and difficult to open and close.

The location is very convenient. There are lots of eating places within walking distance. The tube station is close by, as well as, there is access to a grocery just next door to the station. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. I liked having a kitchenette in my room. This gave it a home like atmosphere. Would definitely be recommending this place to others and would definitely be staying here on my next visit to London.

Loved the South Kensington area. Gloucester Road station was only two blocks away, as was Hyde Park, Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace, etc. Great area with lots of small shops (hardware, bars, restaurants, markets, etc.) and having the kitchenette was a money-saver! Wonderful, helpful staff. Very clean. Good value for the money.

We booked this hotel as urs closest to the royal albert hall. When we arrived, reception was very friendly and advised us thar we had been upgraded foc. We had a room with 2 floors, which my daughter absolutely loved! We all slept very well.

A small hotel, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, what I really like is that you get to know reception people, hoe from home. I was traveling alone and felt safe and welcomed there.

Every time I’m in London, I always stay at Citadines. The place is clean and room is spacious. It’s also central to a lot of places which you can walk easily.

Mitigé

L'insonorisation n'est pas suffisante pour des chambres donnant sur la route (les appartements avec chambre donnent tous sur la route à ce qu'on nous a dit à la réception), même si ce n'est pas une route majeure. A cause de cela je n'ai pas bien dormi (avec aussi la ventilation qui s'allume en plein nuit et fait beaucoup de bruit). La chambre nécessiterait d'être rénovée, sans être sale, sur certains point elle n'est pas au niveau. Et aussi, la cafetière dans le lobby, qui n'a pas marché du tout pendant les 2 jours où nous étions présents. La literie n'est pas terrible. La localisation est pratique, proche du métro.

Amazing stay at the South Kensington Citadines! This property has such a great staff and is located in an ideal part of South Ken. We loved our stay!

Excellent hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for 8 nights in a studio and studio deluxe. The latter being the better option and a perfect size. The small kitchenette was great. Coffeee machine in the lobby was an added bonus. The perfect hotel in a perfect location. Just 2-mins walk to Gloucester Road tube, a 5-min walk to Kensington High Street and Gardens. We'll be back and rate this hotel highly.

The entire staff was so professional, friendly, and accommodating! We were greeted daily with fresh apples and delicious coffee in the hotel loɓby. Although it's not a "ritzy" kind of hotel, our studio room was very comfortable and contained everything we needed. The location is perfectly located just a few blocks from the beautiful Kensington and Hyde parks with easy access to several grocery stores, restaurants, and just about everywhere else via the underground station at Gloucester Rd. Despite there being many other guests at the hotel during our visit, we never had to wait for the elevator/lift and the endless VERY hot water on demand for showering was no less than amazing! Just what we needed after a long day of sightseeing on those nippy, damp London nights. Aside from the trash collection truck in the mornings, the area was quiet at night and the bed was quite comfortable, so we rested well every night. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay and would return to The Citadines South Kensington as well as highly recommend it without hesitation.

Good but not great.

Good but nog great. Was clean, but very run down. Not at all like the pictures. Strange chemical smell in the reception. Good amount of space in the room though, comfy bed and very good location. Would come again but just be aware that there are stains in the textile, chipped paint, an old bathroom and just a general run down feeling in the rooms.

We had a very good stay at the Citadines! The area is very nice, close to the tube, and shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had a one-bedroom appartement, and it was surprisingly spacious. The sofa bed was not super comfy, but OK. Good value for the price! Will definately come again!

Very comfortable stay

Very good service and convenient location! The room was spacious enough for a 3 person family. The mini kitchen with toaster and simple kitchen equipment was very good design and considerate for family travel. I will definitely come back again in the future!

Excellent location, close to tube and busses. Great staff at front desk. Quiet property despite the busy main road. Kitchenette with utensils and cutlery very clean. Shower awkward to get in and out, no grab bars to hang on to - just one grab bar on the wall would improve safety tremendously. Complimentary coffee and water in lobby a very nice touch. All in all a good choice in this price range.

Great location for short break

This place is super friendly and in a great, quiet location. Perfect for museums and only a short tube ride or bus trip from all the major sights. Staff were really friendly and the appartment had everything we needed. A little tired in places - don't expect the shiny website photos for all the rooms!

The thing I didn't like is that the first room we were given smelled like someone smoked in it. We then changed to another room, and that one was good. I liked how the front desk helped us change rooms without any problems.

Very pleased with my stay. Just a shame they don't have some basic essentials (salt/pepper/oil) for cooking. Location great too.

Nice little place located in South Kensington. We had a cute studio apartment it was small but cozy. Had everything we needed including a kitchen which was so convenient!!! Staff was absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

Comfortable with Some dissatisfactions.

The water temp was not stable and often became cold at the middle of shower. Windows could not be shut properly and cpuld feel the draft when sleeping in hed next to it. Floor is dirty (dont wear white socks)

Property experience was excellent. Room was very nice, clean and quiet. There was everything we needed. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great location of the hotel. Definitely recommend.

Sijainti oli erinomainen ja henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone ehkä kaipaa pientä päivitystä, mutta kaikki toimi hyvin, yleiset tilat olivat mukavat ja aulan kahvikoneesta sai kivasti mennessä ja tullessa aina lämpimät juomat mukaan.

Appart hôtel excentré mais a 5 min du métro en 10 min vous êtes au centre ville. Hôtel situé dans un secteur très agréable, calme a proximité de restaurant et pub Accueil chaleureux avec distributeur de boissons chaudes et eau gratuit a l'entrée. Appartement petit, nous pouvons a peine nous restaurer sur place. Canapé lit qui grince et inconfortable mais les autres lits sont très bien.

Great location- very close to the underground and three major lines, as well as a large grocery store. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Fruit available to take as you wish, which was lovely as you head out for the day. The kitchen was worth staying there again. Things were a tad worn around the edges. Furniture was cheap and had seen better days. The bed however, was very comfortable and things were clean.

The location was nice but the rooms need makeover and specially the bathroom needs a remodel and hardware upgrade also complimentary drinking water for the stay would be nice.

Very helpful and friendly staff

We had a great stay. Location is perfect, staff friendly and attentive and the apartment had all we needed (other than a hair dryer which is a minor detail). My one comment is that the one bedroom apartment is not accessible for people with issues taking narrow steps. It isn’t obvious in the photos and we ended up paying for an apartment while staying 2 weeks in a studio (switching rooms once). The staff was accommodating by moving us, but we overpaid for a long stay.

Well-designed, helpful staff, great location

We had de luxe studios - bigger than standard. Spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped. Shower was easy to use. Great location, 5 minutes' walk from Gloucester Road tube and also near Sth Kensington museums. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Lovely reception staff - helpful, pleasant and clearly working well together. We'd be happy to stay again.

Per essere Londra, direi un rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile. Stanza piccolissima, pulizia negli standard londinesi. Ovviamente si paga la zona. Non certo il servizio che, data la tipologia di struttura, praticamente è inesistente.

Excellent Hotel

A very clean and comfortable Hotel in an excellent location. All the Staff were very friendly with a good coffee machine in the Lobby and free fruit in the seating area. I rate this as one of the best hotels for the money in London. Our room overlooked the mews and was very quiet.

My husband and I brought our boys to London for a weeklong trip. We wanted a hotel that was affordable and well located. The Citadines in South Kensington was perfect. We had a one bedroom, with the bedroom up a loft, so the boys stayed downstairs on the pullout couch. The location was amazing, being just a short walk to the subway. The neighborhood had some great dining options; we loved Little India and Comptoir Libanais. The property is clean and well staffed. We loved the coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. I appreciated being able to do laundry. And having a kitchen meant we could have breakfast or a snack in the room. We stayed at a Citadines in Paris that was equally great. Will stay here again! High recommend this place.
