Paddington Apartments

El costo beneficio fué bueno basado el el precio actual de los cuartos de hotel en Londres. El problema es que cuando llegamos no funcionaban loa conectores de electricidad ni el refrigerador, sin embargo, nos tardamos en darnos cuenta ya que pensamos que los convertidores de conectores y voltaje que traiamos estaban mal. Es algo que No debió haber pasado.

Limpieza y adecuación del apartamento

Sería necesario mejorar la limpieza pues no se pasa el aspirador y por el espacio que existe entre las ventanas y el marco de las mismas pasa suciedad y frio además de ruidos que se producen sobre todo por la noche de tráfico y personas, los cuales son molestos

Buena ubicación muy limpio buen regalo de bienvenida el baño es un poco pequeño y no tiene enchufe pero nos hemos apañado muy bien en general correcto.

es pequeño, pero para estar todo el día caminando y conociendo londres tiene lo suficiente.

First, the best things about this property: 1) Location 2) Elevator 3) Coffee and tea supplies 4) Shampoo and soaps provided. Second, the bad things about this property: 1) There’s no front desk, so there’s nowhere to leave luggage while you explore 2) The beds are old. The double bed crunched like an old beanbag chair and one aide dipped terribly. The single was lumpy. The fold down couch creaked. 3) We asked for a travel crib three times and it wasn’t included. 4) When traveling with small children, beware, the cutlery is in a bottom and easily accessible drawer. 5) You can hear everything the neighbours above and below you are doing. 6) If you’re a small person, the shower is okay. If you’re on the larger side, you’ll barely be able to turn around. 7) There is a glass table with terribly sharp edges, not kid friendly. 8) There were piles of bedding on the landings between floors on the landings and outside the rooms. All in all, if you are looking for somewhere close to Paddington for a short term stay, it’ll do.

Annoying wifi and dodgy laundry

Wifi was awful. Speeds were ok, but it would often disconnect for 5-10 seconds. Fine for browsing and emails, but taking a call or virtual meeting was very irritating. Booked because it had laundry facilities, but no washing powder was provided and the dryer has a big red sticker which says "DO NOT USE! THIS APPLIANCE IS UNSAFE". Room itself was fine. Decent size and clean, but a bit tired and in need of a refresh.

The room was really nice and comfortable. Lots of soaps, towels, water,tea and coffee. Really enjoyed our stay. Had a bit of an issue entering the property as the link in the emai hadn't worked but had a prompt response and visit from the owners to ensure we got in soon after. Some of the immediate street areas were a little dirty but generally a nice, convenient area and would definitely visit again and recommend.

I booked the paddington hotel but ended up in Hyde park. We were on the ground floor which is on floor below the street level. There is no lift for below street level. The place is clean and convenient and service staff were friendly and helpful when around.

Excellent value

Brilliant apartment all fitted out with kitchen and loads of condiments with the tea and coffee the room compared to most of the others i’ve stayed at for the same value is spacous with 2 double beds and a excellent barroom with great shower pressure.Check in is all via email but all works smoothly Great location only mins away from Paddington Station.

I never booked basement level. There was no lift. I have a bad back and a heavy suitcase. Unacceptable. The shower was dirty. There was still hair on the bottom.

Paddington apartments upgraded us to a family room instead of a studio apartment, which was nice. The only thing is that the family room is located in the basement, not a big problem in itself as there is a window to outside that can be opened for fresh London air, but the steep staircase going down was a challenge. I’m 70 and had to carry our heavy suitcases down. Reception was so kind as to help us to carry them back up when we checked out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Salisbury supermarket is only 15 minutes walk away. Hyde park is very close.

Good locations

Not so clean on the floor. Difficult if staying in the basement. No lift. Good and quick communication. Good location, near restaurant and station.

Great location and nice place

We found the unit with no problem from the station. The building has an elevator which we needed. Easy to get in with emailed code when the unit is ready. Nice size for three people. Convenient to slot of restaurant/bars, shops and transportation. Note: if you want a wash rag they are not supplied. Very happy we will stay again.

As most reviews have stated the apartments are in a good location and decent enough but in desperate need of a refresh /update. Our bathroom /air con leaked and furniture was chipped /scuffed. Had a total of 3 hangers for 2 people for a 5 day stay. Not soundproof at all, we complained about noise after 3 days. However, close to station and plenty of places to eat/drink in walking distance as well as in room stove/microwave to cook yourselves. Staff were friendly and respectful everytime we saw them.

Studio au calme Paddington

Très bien situé, au calme, à proximité des transports. Chambre fonctionnelle, cuisine bien équipée. Bonne communication avant l'arrivée, nous avons cependant eu du mal à trouver notre appartement qui n'était pas accessible par l'ascenseur (lower level), mais nous avons pu joindre facilement quelqu'un pour nous guider. Bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.

Aircondition virket ikke. Klagde og vi fikk byttet rom. Men der virket heller ikke Aircondition. Ga derfor opp, siden vi kun hadde et par dager igjen. Men det ødela oppholdet noe siden det var fyktelig varmt på natten. Rommene trenger nok oppgradering. Det var løse føiser på badet og flere sprekker. Sluket på vasken til badet var også nesten tett. Det rant nesten ikke vann igjennom. Men de var raske på å svare når det var noe og prøvde å være behjelpelige. Men for oss med en baby på tur så var det altfor varmt

Good communication, perfect price, check in and out quick and easy, we weren't aware of the almost no windows (daylight was almost missing), there was plenty of space, perfect for a city trip

Great Apartment and Location in London

Had stayed at Paddington Apartments on a previous visit to London and there has been one major improvement (to an already good venue) since then. The electronic check-in/key eliminates the need to trek over to their main office to check in and get a key, saving a lot of time. We had a minor issue with the smoke alarm in our room beeping due to a dying battery. We contacted the office and by the time we got back to the room that evening, it had been repaired, which was much appreciated. The room was small, but had the essentials - three beds, efficiency kitchen and complimentary bottles of water. Great location near Paddington Station and plenty of pubs within walking distance, as well as a short walk to Hyde Park. I'd stay here again.

Good stay

The check-in process is a pain. You have to go to a different hotel (about an 8 euro taxi ride each way). But, the room was very comfortable and spacious. Used the laundry machines and they worked fine but took forever (bring about 6 pounds per load based on our experience). Good neighborhood. Walked to the Thai restaurant nearby and it was quite good. Would stay again

Had a fridge, hot water kettle, 3 super hard beds. But it was one poorly laid out room that felt claustrophobic, it was turn of the century basic. Worlds smallest shower.And not sure if they were kids wrestling being crazy loud and noisy or if it was something else…. It made us get out and see the city since it was sad to be there. It met our needs and that was it. We were happy to check out.

Great location. Good size for a couple with 1-2 small kids. The pull out loveseat was broken and barely functional. Several things were broken or not functioning properly.

Amazing little find. Locating the property to collect the keys is a little awkward as the property address is located on a square which just seems to go on and one but once located a short walk to the apartment. The area was lovely and had lots of little convenience shops, mcdonalds (for our morning cup of coffee) and pubs and restaurants. The property it self was great for just putting our heads down and getting some sleep. The bed was really comfy but the shower was a little small for my 6ft 1 husband but he managed :)

I guess just a place to sleep

Pretty disappointing place, while it was quiet from the traffic it wasn't so quiet from the other people. The shower room was way too small, repeatedly knocking my knee into the sink whilst using the toilet, which was pretty grubby. The sink and shower itself didnt drain properly and barely got anything more than luke warm water. The mattress for the double bed needed to be thrown years ago, no support at all and lumpy as anything. Amongst other things, the spare duvet was stained and had a burn hole in it, the blind covering the window didn't work, air con barely worked, extractor fan for bathroom didn't work and there were water stains above the door. In all, we were pretty disappointed as the pictures of the other rooms looked much more spacious compared to the one we had in the basement. There is no way the room we had was for 4 people. The design was terrible.

Comfortable and quiet. Not recommended for long stays. GOOD: * Very clean sheets and towels * Good cleaning * Good hot water * Good appliances: microwave over, toaster, hob (no oven,) TV (no cable), small fridge/freezer * Quiet room (first floor, back of building) * High ceilings * Walking distance from park, tube/buses/train, etc. * Management was professional and receptive upon reservation and accommodated our requests BAD: * Somewhat shady area (probably due to closeness of station) * Insufficient kitchen utilities (no broom, no kitchen towels, no washing-up detergent.) * Tiny freezer full of frost/ice * Coin washing machine and dryer were defective (there was no warning of this) * Metallic towel drying rack installed in bathroom can cause considerable burns * No reasonable way to hold window or curtains open * Cleaning person never seems to have days off * No reception area or staff * Only one room key provided (we did not request a second one; buzzer downstairs was out of order) * Bathroom sink clogs often

Nice basement apartment nice temperature. However no room service during our stay no change of bedding or towels. The double bed had a dodgy mattress making an uncomfortable sleep. Good location.

Tired and in need of maintenance!

Honestly, a little disappointing. General condition of the property can be described as tired, broken floor tiles, loose door handles, balcony in disrepair and very dirty. Beds not comfortable at all, small TV on the wall, musty smell in the hallway. The bathroom door opens awkwardly into the radiator. By far the most disappointing aspect was the cleanliness, I noticed a thick layer of dust on the black kitchen worktops. Area of the apartment is just ok, there are student dorms in the same square, lots of litter and rubbish bags outside, as well as its general vicinity to Edgware road and Paddington. I was fortunate in that I used a rewards night to bring the cost down, but I'd have been upset at paying full price.

Horrible customer service treatment from guy at 8 cavern rd where I had to walk to 'to show my bank card', to get the card key to the aptmnt., which you do not suppose to do!And I told him that! He stated the place was 4 star, the place look of Bosnia in a war! Trash everywhere. That area has totally went down.

Ro og renlighed

Yderst central beliggenhed, 5 min fra Paddington st. Receptionen ligger 5-10 min fra hotellet, men det har ingen praktisk betydning. Værelset var rummeligt og rent, og det er fantastisk med et veludstyret køkken.

숙소 위치도 좋고 엘리베이터, 청결, 방크기, 시설 다 만족스럽습니다. 패딩턴역이 교통이 좋아서 이 숙소도 런던여행하기 좋습니다. 하지만 오피스에서 키를 수령해야하고 처음에 숙소 찾기 쉽지 않다는 점이 단점입니다. (리셉션 직원의 친절도는 좋았습니다)

Very close to Paddington Station so walkable. Also close to Lancaster gate for a different tube station. A quiet area. Building is by a lovely wee park. Very easy walk to Hyde park and Kensington Gardens. Was serviced every two days. Lovely and clean.

I like that it was very spacious and comfortable. The unit is very good for a family of 4. I don’t like that the reception desk is far from the apartment, and you do not get cleaning everyday.

Lägenheten var kanon. Saknade bara diskhandduk till disken. Något invecklat att checka in på annat ställe, men gick ok.

Rummet var mkt fräscht, välstädat och luktade gott! Fanns allt ett litet kök behöver. Läget är utmärkt, vi åt frukostbuffé på gatan bredvid. Enda nackdelen var att det var i källaren och ingen brandtrappa fanns om det skulle hänt något.

Very nice

Perfect appartment. Nice neighborhood, close to the train and clean and neat.

I liked the location. The remote check-in site is not ideal. But I knew that going in, so that does not deserve a negative review. The first floor front facing room at street level was not acceptable, though. I was unable to open my curtains throughout my stay. Upon my arrival in the room, when I saw the situation, I immediately called reception to request to be moved to another room. This was at 2pm, the beginning of checkin time, so there were other rooms available. I was told on the phone by the person who had just sent me over to the room that there was nothing she could do... that I was stuck with this room with a window that opened on the sidewalk for all pedestrians on the public, busy street to look in.

Not too bad for what it cost

Lots of facilities in a small space. Bed was pretty firm which obviously some people but not myself. Location was good. Although it should be noted that it was a 10 minute brisk walk to check in and then another 10 minute brisk walk back to the actual apartment. Other than that for the price it was very agreeable

NOT near Paddington Station & hassle to get key with luggage. Fine print on Expedia does tell you this. Room was ok, bed was sagging, WIFI never worked.

Fair hotel, good price, passable service

Good clean apartment. Couldve used cleaner towels. Also, checkin was in a completley different building which i would not have known if i had not contacted hotels.com staff. This would be solved had the site provided a contact email and sent along a confirmation/FAQ email. Location was perfect though.

Great location and roomy. Nice place to stay. Only drawback was outside door key wasn't functioning during last day. Required rush trip to other location at 11 PM because we couldn't get in hotel. Never was fixed someone had to let us in.

Spacious Studio

Clean and very spacious studio which was surprisingly quiet given it was right next to the lift. Mounted flat screen TV was way too small for the size room as was the shower. Studio is ideally located for easy access to Paddington Station just 5 minutes walk away. We stayed over a weekend and it was a pity about the garbage stacked up at the front of the building.

It was a nuisance checking in from a remote location. It would have been better if at check-in a realistic assessment of the distance that had to be walked was provided.Bit difficult with a 25kg suitcase computer and handbag!.

Nice place, not very far from Oxford Street

Everything was ok! The only thing I didn"t like, was lower ground floor, like being in basement. Apartment was quite small. Overall, good beds and it has everything you need. Haordryer needs improvement.

I picked this property because it was located very near Paddington Station and I was coming to London from overseas. When I turned up there was just a locked door - no reception area. I managed to track down a number to call and was told that check in was 9 minutes walk away. I was also told that I had been sent an email with those instructions. That email never arrived. I spent an hour getting to and from the the check in location before I made it to my room. The shower was virtually inoperable as well.

La posizione è veramente eccezionale. Purtroppo noi eravamo in quattro ma nell'appartamento c'erano solo due sedie e nemmeno le richieste fatte per tre giorni hanno dato risultato: le sedie sono rimaste due!!!!

アパートメントには基本スタッフはいなく、鍵の受け取りと支払いなどのチェックインは、そこから徒歩5、6分ほどのオフィスで行います（チェックインの数日前にオフィスから案内メールが届きます）。清潔でロケーションもよく、利用したシングルルームはキッチンに電子レンジ、電気コンロ、鍋、皿、スプーン＆フォークなどもあり、ロンドン在住気分が味わえます。長期滞在の方には特にオススメです。チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりはしてもらえないので、パディントン駅にある荷物預かり所を利用したら良いです。

Bad reception service , inconvenient stay

Reception was not good at all Knocking from upstairs the whole night I called the reception to solve this problem as me and the family couldn’t sleep , he mentioned he will send someone but Unfortunately he ignore the whole issue and didn’t care at all

Good - admin attended call swiftly when first moving in about amenities not working. Bad - WiFi kept dropping out. Could not connect to WiFi overnight. Kept having to retype password. Net won’t work. Called up and asked about the problem, representative was not help and gave wrong info. Beds need changing. Too springy.

チェックインが不便

19時ごろチェックインだったので5分ぐらい離れた所にある事務所に行かなければならず、不便。地下の部屋だったのでリフトがなくトランクの上げ下げが大変だった。上の部屋の騒音や振動が伝わりうるさかったが、部屋は清潔で良かったです。

Ikke hvad vi havde bestilt efter.

Lejligheden ligger i et dejligt roligt område. Den lejlighed vi fik så anderledes ud end det billede vi havde bestilt efter og så lå den i kælderplan, hvor elevatoren ikke kom ned. Ellers var der pænt rent og et fint badeværelse. Fri wifi var hurtigt og stabilt.

Var veldig fint og ryddig når vi kom, kjempe bra beliggenhet og god service under henting av nøkkel. Vi reiste tidligere enn når resepsjonen åpnet, men det var ingen fare og resepsjonen løste det for oss

위치 찾기를 제외하고는 시설이나 주변지역 서비스 등은 매우 좋았습니다. 히드로 익스프레스를 타고 내리면, 패딩턴 기차역에서 횡단보도를 건너 바로 맞은편 골목이 아닌 오른쪽으로 꺾어 하나 아래 블럭 골목으로 들어가야 하고 (거리 앞에 굉장히 예쁜 꽃으로 가득한 건물이 있어요. 들어가야하는 거리 이름도 스프링스트리트입니다.) 한 블럭을 돌아서 들어가야 합니다. 숙소 아파트먼츠 건물 맞은편에 머큐어 4성 호텔있습니다. 직원에게 물어봐서 위치 확인 하고 들어갔었어요. 접수처가 숙소와 함께 있지 않아요. 뒷쪽에 명시 되어 있어서 꼭 주의 하셔야 합니다. 걸어서 한 10-15분정도 걸립니다. 핸드폰이 꺼져있어 매우 고생했는데 직원분께서 친절하게 충전도 시켜주시고, 구글맵을 사용할 수 없다고 했더니 종이에 인쇄해서 길 설명도 해주셨습니다. 접수처에서 주는 카드를 입구에서 찍고 한번, 그리고 방입구에서 찍고 들어가시면 됩니다. 퇴실할 때는 그냥 카드 꽂아 놓고 나오시면 되고 접수처에 방문 안하셔도 되요. deposit 필요합니다. 배드버그도 없고, 다과 및 무료 생수도 비치되어있어 잘 이용하였습니다. 화장실 깨끗하고 샤워부스는 조금 작아요. 저는 요리 시설을 따로 이용하지 않았는데, 식재료를 사와서 요리해 먹어도 좋을 만큼 기구들이 잘 마련 되있었습니다. 와이파이 연결 잘 됩니다. 접수처에서 가르쳐 줍니다. 단 옆 방소리는 조금 울립니다. 지하 층에 대한 안좋은 평이 조금 있던데, 9번 1층 슈페리어 스튜디오 더블 이라 괜찮았습니다. 다음에 온다면 지리도 알고 하니 또 이용하고 싶은 숙박공간입니다.

パディントンの地下鉄と国鉄に近く、レストランやコンビニもあり、帰国前の宿泊に便利でした。ケンジントンガーデンの入り口のある、地下鉄駅ランカスターゲイトも徒歩５分で使えました。 チェックインの場所が、宿泊場所とは違い、駅から徒歩３分ほど、宿泊場所からは徒歩５分ほどの場所なので、それがちょっと不便でした。ただ、先払いのため、チェックアウト時には立ち寄る必要はないので、チェックインさえ終われば問題ないです。 施設は清潔でしたが、クーラーのフィルター変えてないような臭いが微妙にしました。（つけませんでしたが） ４号室に泊まりましたが、冷蔵庫が閉まりにくいので、閉めたつもりが少し開いていた！ってなってしまうので、閉めるときは、ちょっと押し過ぎ？っていうくらいでちょうど良いです。 また、１F（グランドフロア）の道に面した部屋で、カーテンを開けると目の前の通りから丸見えなので、もし選べるなら４号室以外をお勧めします。 広さは、思ったより広く、スーツケースLサイズを広げた状態でも余裕で歩き回れるくらいはありました。

Great location, average digs, long walk to get key

Be aware of small print that advises you need to pick up key from different address - so close proximity to Station is irrelevant if you need to lug bags on a 30 minute walk to get keys.

Good and bad

The reception was at another address which was not made clear on the reservation confirmation this meant we spent 30 minutes outside banging on the door until a maid told us where we needed to go. But the room was clean enough and the location is very convenient for the relatively low cost.

Not in the area I had booked, but otherwise ok.

I was moved to a different equivalent apartment, 1km away from where I booked my stay. There was no cleaning in the apartment for the entire week, and no cleaning supplies (brooms or anything) in the apartment. Apart from that, the apartment was adequate.

Only the location of hotel was great. Others? NOT AT ALL. I don't recommend to stay here. The beds were really uncomfortable. The room size is okay, but the bathroom was really small to take a shower.

To start with the hottest topic: check-in to different location. I was informed and aware of it, but especially arriving on cold December evening is not the best first thing to do in London. They said in the email that taxi ride back to apartment is free...I didn't ask, but they didn't repeat the offer after checking in. My problem is that the receptionist, a young Indian guy, preferred to keep me waiting for 3-4 minutes until he finished his FaceTime conversation with a friend, while my family was waiting out in the cold in front of the apartment building. The room itself (Superior Studio on 3rd floor) was bigger than London average, pretty nice and well equipped (some wine glasses would be nice to add). Also very clean and nice view. It's pretty noisy, from outside and the other rooms, shower head is not working well. Curios was that cleaning lady only came on the evening of our second night (out of three), when changed also the sheets...much appreciated, but a bit too late. And finally, same receptionist wanted to charge us 10 pounds for an extra hour before checking out (11 to 12, by the way, check out time is 11), which left the final mark on this review. All in all, nice place, terrible service.

Luktade avlopp och när man satte sig på kanten på en av sängarna ramlade man igenom ribbottnen på sägnen (gick som tur va att fixa). Men bra läge.

Vi bodde fem nätter i lägenheten i london och vi stormtrivdes. Allt var bra, bor där gärna igen.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Wasn't told there is a different location for the reception which is half a mile away until 10pm at night and booked a twin room but got a small double bed which I had to share with a colleague. Receptionist was extremely rude. Would never stay there again

Trotz der vielen negativen Bewertungen haben wir uns für dieses Apartment entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht.Es liegt gerade mal zu Fuß 5 Min.vom Paddington Hauptbahnhof und der UBahn und 10 Min.vom Hyde Park entfernt.Wenn man aus der Paddington Station zum Hauptausgang rauskommt und geradeaus über die Strasse geht bis zur nächsten grossen Strasse und dann rechts und gleich nochmal rechts ist man schon im Talbot Square angekommen.Der CHECK-IN ist allerdings NICHT dort,jedoch auch nur 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Station entfernt.Der Weg dorthin ist auch sehr einfach,Hauptausgang Paddington Station raus,oben an der Strasse nach rechts und immer geradeaus bis rechts dann die Craven Hill kommt und dann ist es die Nummer 8.Das Personal dort ist super freundlich und man wird auf Wunsch kostenlos mit einem Taxi zum Apartment gefahren.Unser Zimmer war groß genug für 3 Personen,wir hatten 2 Einzel-und ein 1,40m Bett,eine kleine Küche mit Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle,der Kühlschrank stand neben einem der Betten,nicht ganz so glücklich gelöst,aber ok für uns,es gab auch mehr als genug Steckdosen und einen Fernseher.Das Bad hätte doppelt so groß sein dürfen,einmal umdrehen,mehr ging leider nicht,aber dafür war es eine große Dusche und für den Preis des Apartments war es einfach nur super! Alle 2 Tage wird geputzt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht und wir waren nur 3 Tage dort,echt toll.Es gibt auch genug Restaurants und einen Pub um die Ecke.Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

3 floor good

Initially put in a basement room and very disappointed, no lift, dark and looked into a dirty butt filed yard. Mara, one of the staff was excellent and had us moved onto the third floor. Mara went with us to check out the new room. The new room was similar to the first but had a good view and was light with easy access by lift. Location is excellent.

Lack of on-site checkin and support is unfortunate

Very thankful that they emailed a few days before to indicate that the check-in happened at a different place than the place we were staying. We had not noticed this information in the fine print of the confirmation. It added an extra step after an international trip and we would not choose this spot again simply because of this. In fact, as we left two people were standing on the front step trying to get in -- they did not know they had to go elsewhere to check-in. The noise from a number of suites on the Saturday night of our stay was not insignificant (I actually went out and asked one group to lower their voices) -- another situation where on-site help would have been very appreciated. The space itself was fine but no storage for unpacking of suitcases so best for a short stay. TV cut in and out lots. Otherwise all in good condition and comfortable for a small space.

hotel bien placé et propre

Bon séjour, mis à part une mauvaise insonorisation (comme de partout ou presque à Londres), l'appartement était bien. Il manque juste quelques ustensiles de cuisine, notamment une passoire... Pas pratique pour faire une salade ou des pâtes...

Super quartier, mais hôtel moyen

Nous avons réservé cet appart-hôtel pour 4 nuits, à 4 pers. Nous avions choisi cet appart-hôtel pour cette liberté qu'on ne trouve pas dans les hôtels classiques (la présence donc d'une cuisine est non négligeable). En revanche, nous nous attendions à trouver un vrai petit studio, comme mentionné sur l'annonce et sur les photos et non UNE CHAMBRE D'HÔTEL avec une kitchenette (bien qu'elle dispose des équipements nécessaires pour éviter d'aller tous les jours au resto). Faites donc attention, si vous vous attendez à un studio, vous n'aurez rien de plus qu'une grande chambre d'hôtel. La propreté en général de la chambre était correcte, mais le dessous des lits c'est une autre histoire (pleins de poussière, un passage d'aspirateur n'aurait pas été du luxe). Nous sommes également déçus car nous avions réservé une chambre avec deux grands lits ET un canapé lit, et nous n'avons eu que les 2 grands lits, très peu confortables avec des matelas d'un autre âge. La cerise sur le cadeau est arrivée lors de notre départ : je me suis rendue compte sur le chemin retour en France que mon disque dur externe (qui contient absolument toute ma vie) est resté branché à la télé de la chambre. Après une bataille par mail avec la réception qui a duré 3jrs, ils ont osé me dire que le disque dur ne se trouvait pas dans la chambre!!! Après un énième mail dans lequel je les assure que le disque est tjs là, ils ont arrêté de me répondre… Malgré tout, l’hôtel est situé dans un super quartier (paddington).

Familyfriendly accommodation at Paddington station

Excellent accommodation for a 4-person family, close to Paddington station. Small but functioning kitchen. The office stores your luggage, after your checkout. Friendly service.

Litet men funktionellt

Liten men funktionell lägenhet med Ikeakök. Tyvärr fungerade inte kylskåpet. Nära till Paddington tunnelbana och station. Flera restauranger i närheten. Rent och fint. Tryggt område.

Ihan hyvä huoneisto

Huone oli varsin siisti. Keittiönurkkaus oli kiva oman aamupalan valmistukseen. Jääkaappi tosin aukesi oudosti keittiön pöydän alle. Astioita oli juuri ja juuri kolmelle, mutta ne olivat uudet ja siistit. Tiskaaminen oli tietysti outoa (ei kuivauskaappia, ei varsinaista kuivauspyyhettä, eikä rättiä). Suihku menetteli, vesi lämmintä, mutta vedenpaine naurettava. Huone oli yllättäen lämmin, vaikka yöllä meni noin nollaan ja huoneessa englantilaiset "nerokkaat" yksinkertaiset lasit. Huone siivottiin joka toinen päivä. Vastaanotto oli eri paikassa, mutta sieltä oli hintaan kuuluva taksikuljetus huoneistoon. Huone oli maksettu etukäteen ja lähtiessä ei tarvinnut kuin jättää avaimet huoneeseen.

住了5天對整體都很滿意尤其是小廚房，唯一確點就是網路很慢。
