Hotel sencillo en zona tranquila

El hotel es chiquito y está lejos de todas la atracciones turísticas, pero con el metro que tienes a 1 cuadra llegas de volada a todos lados. Las habitaciones están limpias y en buenas condiciones. Pero los pasillos y áreas comunes parecen bodega tienen colchones, bolsas con sábanas sucias que mandarán a lavar, etc.

We had a nice, big and clean room. Good location and nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend it for a nice stay in London.

La estadia fue buena, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario, excepto un espejo donde me pueda ver entera (jaja)

Está en una zona tranquila y cómoda para todo. Muy completo para poder estar como en casa por unos días.

Buena ubicación

Hotel muy bien situado. La estación de metro de Earl's Court está muy cerca y desde ahí resulta muy fácil moverse por el centro de Londres. Cama grande, aunque baño más bien pequeño. Te traen el desayuno a la habitación. Es un desayuno sencillo pero rico.

The hotel is situated in a very convenient area of London. The room I booked was big and spacious but the way things are positioned is inconvenient and senseless. Cleanliness is bad, furniture is old, too much heating that you can't regulate, the clima does not work and the continental breakfast poor. The fire alarm went off on the last night and it was on for 2 whole hours. None of the staff came to check if anyone was in the room

Los ambientes son muy amplios, muy cerca del subterráneo y la zona es silenciosa. El personal de mantenimiento siempre dispuesto a resolver inconvenientes menores.

Personal poco amable y apartamento pequeño

Si bien el apartamento estaba muy limpio, la fotografía no se parece al apartamento real. La cocina es muy justa, no hay casi utensilios de cocina. El personal no fue nada amable con nosotros. El desayuno es más bien escaso. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.

Me gusto la zona y la habitacion. No me gusto la limpieza de la habitacion.

Perfecto para nuestros intereses. Muy cerca de metro, bien conectado, cercano a Museos, a menos de 5 minutos de supermercados. Personal muy agradable y apartamento amplio y cómodo.

Esta en general bien, agradable, centrico. El desayuno lo traen a la habitación pero es un desayuno Continental de lo mas vulgar, con un café horrible. Es mi única queja, por lo demás bien.

definitely would use this property again

The hotel turned to be an excellent choice. We were afraid because is not a worldwide franchise and some european hotels can be very tight. We stayed here in three days in two different weeks. The room fir this first week was a bit tight in terms of bathroom. We had to open two doors kind of like an escluse toget to the toilet. Pictures attached. But the second week we had a way better apartment, very spacious. Bathroom inside and big enough. Staff is amicable, theydeliver continental breakfast to the room every morning at the time you prefer and this includes bread, butter, jam, yogurt, coffee and orange and apple juice. Good to start the day! Location is perfect, one block from Earl’s Court underground station and a Marks and Spencer food hall store in the corner, convenient. We prepared breakfast and dinner at the apartment. Also is only 40 minaway from London Heathrow airport, straight on Picadilly line,no changing lines.

Great stay, definitely would go back

Great service at front desk, checking in and out. Continental breakfast on time at room door every morning. Included coffee, bread, butter, jam, honey, yogurt and orange and apple juices. Enough to start the day! Room big enough for two adults and a child in sofa bed. Kitchen was a good advantage because we could buy food from Marks and Spencer food hall at the corner of Earl’s Court and heat in oven or stove for dinner. Bathroom big enough too, not tiny like many european hotels. Great location, underground station at one block. We used underground to get to a point and then buses so we were able to see more of the city. I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it. Just request they don’t give you a basement room, they have. The area is safe and nice to walk, and arrive at night. Big Bus Tour stop in walking distance.

Bien comunicada, en zona tranquila y confortable.

Esta a 2" máximo del metro. Una zona muy tranquila, zona comercial y de restaurantes muy cerca (final de la calle). Nuestra estancia ha sido muy cómoda, la habitación/apartamento muy limpio, camas super cómodas, competo en equipamiento y sin ruidos. El servicio muy agradable y atento. Cuando vuelva a la ciudad ya se donde me alojare.

Sin Aire Acondicionado, increíble para un hotel

En los 4 días de mi estadía, el sistema de aire Acondicionado no funcionó y no existió una solución razonable al problema

Ubicación excelente. Trato muy adecuado

A escasos metros de la estación de metro de EARL'S COURT, con excelente conexión a dos líneas de metro mut utilizadas: District i Picadilly. Alrededores llenos de opciones de restauración, tiendas. Barrio muy tranquilo y hasta cierto punto elegante. En cuanto a la habitación, muy ben equipada y confortable. Eso sí; íbamos 3 personas (matrimonio con una niña de 8 años) por lo que pedimos un apartamento de tipo superior, que como aparecía en la web, disponía de cama doble y sofà-cama. Pero en realidad nos dieron una estandard la que añadieron un plegatin que siempre estaba desplegado al pie de la cama. O sea que, realmente, la habitación era para dos.

Elección perfecta!!

El hotel muy tranquilo, muy acogedor, súper equipadas las habitaciones. Perfectamente comunicado con el metro y muy céntrico a escasos metro de supermercado, tiendas de souvenir, y restaurantes (incluido el Mc Donalds). Linea de metro verde District, estación Earls Court.

Bien en general. Recomedaría al manager del hotel re considerar la tarifa de 5 libras por bulto por día por dejarlas en el depósito del hotel, siendo que existe una nueva reserva días después. desayuno pobre

El hotel es fantastico y tiene unas habitaciones muy amplias, el problema es que internet no funciona bien y da muchos problemas de conexión...

The hotel was a good election for our purposes. We was near of the familiar home, underground and situated in Kensington district. The rooms was spacious and it had all services that we need. The hotel offer the possibility for the familiar life We return in the next trip.

Como dañarse una vacaciones

Legamos y encontramos el personal de la reception muy gentil, al no tener valet tuvimos que subir por la escalera la nuestra maletas. Entrando en la habitación nos dimos cuenta que el tamaño era diferente da como se presentaba en las fotos que vimos, que la habitación en la parte del baño y de la cocina no estaba bien de limpieza. Cerrando el baño nos quedo la manilla de la puerta en la mano, estaba suelta, tuvimos que llamar al personal de mantenimiento también porque el agua no bajaba dal lavamanos porque descubrimos luego tenia un tapón de cabellos y basura grande como un dos bolas de golf. A la mañana siguente pedimos a la reception che nos dejaran papel sanitario y rollo de cocina porque el poco que estaba puesto se avía acabado . Al regreso solo encontramos un rollo de papel sanitario, ninguno de cocina y también si la toallas se habían dejado en el piso por ser cambiadas, encontramos puesta las misma doblada y todavía húmedas. También si pedimos una habitación que no tuviera ruido toda la noche escuchando el vecino de arriba caminando y hablando. El desayuno ofrecido gratis en la habitación es miserable como lo que dan en los aviones de clase turística. Hay mas cosas, pero me paro aquí ya todos entendieron.

Hotel muy bonito y muy bien situado. Tiene encanto

Experiencia positiva. Muy acogedor y silencioso. Situado en un barrio excepcional. Muy recomendable. Un detallazo el que te lleven el desayuno a la cama. Recomendaría poner adaptador de enchufe en la habitación, ya que no había. Aún así, volvería a repetir.

Muy buena ubicación, me he hospedado varias veces ya y veo que necesita algo de mantenimiento diario. Ventanas que no cierran bien y entonces entra frío, topes de puertas rotos. El baño si bien no era chico, estaba mal distribuido, una ducha enorme pero no había lugar al lado del lavabo para apoyar un peine.

Apartamento en zona bonita y tranquila, cerca de metro para ir al centro. No esta mal el sitio. Lo único pésimo, que nunca había visto, un lavabo minimalista, donde no se puede dejar nada, de esos como de emergencia de hospital. Increible

Maravillosa Londres

Pasamos unos hermosos dias en Londres, el alojamiento estuvo estupendo, personal muy amable, lugar limpio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para sentirnos muy a gusto con mi familia, la ubicación es muy buena, hay una estación de Metro a una cuadra, obviamente recomiendo este lugar, al que no tengo dudas que volveria. gracias por todo Carlo

Estuvo en general todo muy bien. El apart quedaba un poco pequeño para cuatro personas con sus maletas. Es muy lindo y moderno El barrio es precioso. El metro a 1 cuadra. Supermercado y locales fast food. El personal muy cordial.

HOTEL BIEN SITUADO.

El Hotel muy bien situado, al lado de la parada de metro de Earl´s Court y de muchas tiendas y restaurantes. Son pequeños apartamentos completisimos, lavavajillas, frigorifico y congelador, placa de cocinar con 4 fuegos, lavadora, microhondas, cafetera y todo tipo de utensilios de cocina. El baño nuevo, toallero calefactor, amenidades y secador de pelo. La verdad que recomiendo este hotel y si volviera a ir... repetiria sin duda! un 10!

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido pefecta; estaba muy limpio (cosa rara en los hoteles londinenses) y muy calentito que se agradece en invierno,hasta el sofa cama era comodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario y mas, totalmente cierto la descripcion de su publicidad, la ubicacion muy buena, a un paso de la estacion de metro,y a su vez de Victoria Station para los que vuelen al aeropuerto de Gatwich y muy cercano en metro de las principales atracciones turisticas.

Muy buena disposicion en la atencion de todo el personal del hotel. Sin duda que volveria. Con metro a una cuadra y tiendas y supermercados alrededor. cuando llegamos habia una carta de bienvenida, frutas, agua mmineral, articulos de aseo personal. Muy bjena atencion.

La unica crítica es que la suite ejecutiva para 4 personas es incomoda creo que es una suite para tres personas, tiene problemas de diseño. hola hemos estado una semana en este hotel y la verdad nosotros repetiriamos. hemos estado mi mujer i mi hija en un apartamento y la verdad es que a estado a la altura de lo que contrate amplio completo,secador de pelo 2 televisiones cocina completa (sin cafetera)aire acondicionado en cada habitacion baño correcto,si llegas antes te recogen las maletas hasta que te den la habitacion cuando te vas hacen lo mismo te las guardan hasta que tu quieras en fin precio, calidad ,situacion,barrio,comodidad y mas perfecto.p,d,en recepcion hay un chico de sudamerica que es una personal estupenda nos dio mucha ayuda para todo

Excelente experiencia, excepto que me tocó la habitación 007 (primer piso), y tenía mucho ruido desde el pasillo, por el mismo personal del hotel y otros clientes. Elijan piso 2 para arriba.

Excelente ubicacion y prestaciones

Muy buena relacion precio-calidad. La habitacion tenía algunas dificultades menores pero fueron atendidas con diligencia por la administracion. Muy cercana al metro y con comercio de todo tipo en los alrededores. La cocina, muy funcional, es una ventaja adicional. Totalmente recomendable para estancias por trabajo.

Somos una familia con 2 niñas una de 13 y otra de 5, el hotel esta muy bien situado, tanto de servicios, como supermercados, pub, y otras tiendas de diferentes tipos, la parada del metro cerquisima, os lo recomiendo si estáis dudando.

Recientemente remodelado. Tiene todas las comodidades: horno comun, microondas, lavavajillas, lavarropa, heladera, tostadora, jarra electrica, vajilla nueva, etc. La cama es super comoda. La limpieza es excelente. Esta a una cuadra de la boca de subte Earls Court (muy conveniente) La zona es muy segura. Tiene farmacia, supermercado (Marks & Spencer), bares, kioscos y tiendas. Volveria a alojarme alli. El personal del hotel es muy agradable y servicial.

The Presidential Serviced Apartments in Kensington, London were great. We enjoyed a spacious environment with comfortable beds, and a fully working kitchen. The washing machine was a bonus. They really should let visitors know that the radiators are controlled manually, and that one must remove the ‘wall’ in front of them to get to the control knob. The best part of our stay was interacting with the kind staff, especially Peter and Lenka. We needed assistance with the radiators, and with finding a special sized box to carry an awkwardly shaped item home. They went above and beyond trying to help us find one, and succeeded in doing so. They followed up with us to make sure we had everything we needed, and they made sure we felt we were well taken care of. Thank you Lenka and Peter!

The hotel is in great location. The earls court station is a 5 minute walk. We had the choice of The picadilly and district line to take into london. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a deluxe studio which was perfect for 2 of us. We had a large refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, kettle,toaster,stove which we wanted. If youre expecting a ritz carlton this is not it but it was perfect for us. We felt more like locals vs tourists. I would stay again and would recommend.

Staff were excellent. There’s construction next door which makes it very noisy.

Property is in very good location, very friendly staff and would recommend for a business trip if you want to be close to Olympia.

Long weekend stay

The location was the best part. 5 minute walk to Earls Court underground, 4 or 8 minute to take the bus, and the taxi is everywhere in London. Quiet street and a local pub in the corner of the street. A little supermarked just 4 minutes away. Nice people in the reception. Cleaning was OK. The room was very loud, we could hear people above and besides us. And we wish we could get a heads up on wich floor the room would be on, as we ended up in the bacement (2 floors down the ground).

Το τρίκλινο δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν ήταν στο δεύτερο υπόγειο (-2) με το ασανσερ να πηγαίνει μέχρι το πρώτο υπόγειο (-1). Η διαμονή μας είχε διάρκεια 7 διανυκτερεύσεις. Ζητήσαμε αλλαγή δωματίου, μας πρότειναν δωμάτιο στο ισόγειο την τρίτη ημέρα της διαμονής μας. Ωστόσο, ενημερωθήκαμε για την αλλαγή στις 10:30 a.m. και έπρεπε να είμαστε εκεί και να μαζέψουμε τα πράγματά μας μέχρι τις 12:00 το μεσημέρι, κάτι αδύνατο.

On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby.

Old Facility but it was Okay

The location itself is really good as we were 2 mins away from the closest tube station. The area feels really safe too and we were close to amenities. The biggest let down was being placed underground where we had no elevator. The staff at the property did assist us with our lugggage but I wouldn't recommend the lower floor. The room was okay. The facility is quite outdated with older furnitures and appliances but still it was okay.

A delightful cozy pied-à-terre

Location is unbeatable to tube station earl's court (Piccadily line direct from airport) and M&S foodshop. The basement initially felt a bit in a labyrinth but once I got down two flights of stairs and get used to the warm temperature (they actually do have lifts) there is a terrace which gives fresh air to the room (and to check the blue sky and temperature). Wooden floor means no carpet dust which is great. Little kitchnette with microwave works. Engineer Peter helped me regulate the temperature (lovely warm radiator for the cold people and aircon for the hot people) and reboot the internet. Once I settle in, it is a cozy little appartment. Love the bathtub. Toilet seat is small but I snug in fine. Staff at reception are helpful. All in all, I can make it a cozy stay for way longer than two days.

Reasons i loved our stay here: (1) location - it was close to the tube station, a bus station, darned good English pubs, Thai, Indian, and Lebanese restaurants, convenience stores, Starbucks, Jollibee, McDonalds; (2) cleanliness - while the airconditioning took a while to cool probably because it was not used a long time, and while the room we stayed at may not be pretty, it was spotless and odourless. The fridge, washing machine/dryer in the room did not have a foul smell. Neither did the microwave, dishwasher and oven smell but which we did not care to use because we mostly ate out; (3) the staff - they provided us with an electric fan while they attended to fixing the air conditioning problem in our room as quickly as they could. We spent a stuffy sweaty first night but the inconvenience of that night has been overshadowed by the comfort we felt after the air conditioning was fixed and by the attentiveness of the hotel staff. Michael the porter needs special mention and Aliona too. Michael helped us understand how the finicky laundry worked before we could even find the manual. He also lent us an adapter. Aliona was especially friendly, helpful and courteous. Housekeeping kept us well supplied with fresh towels, tea, instant coffee and sugar. This is my third time in London and I have not wanted to stay a second time at any place Ive travelled to before. This is one hotel/apartment i would be happy to go back to.

nice size of room with good facilities. close to shopping and wide selection of restaurants

I booked the room based on images supplied by the property and availability, of course. The rooms appeared modern, clean, and uncluttered, as did the bathroom. The previously mentioned property pictures must have been taken immediately after renovation or were supplied to visualize what the completed work would like. Our room had the same flooring, cabinetry, and color scheme, but everything looked abused and worn out. Cabinet doors did not open or close properly as the hinges were pulling out of the frame. The floor was heavily marred and sticky. The bathroom was so small your elbows hit everything while trying to squeeze between the sink and door frame to the toilet. There appeared to be past water damage to wood work in and around the bathroom because it looked splintered and rotten. The bed filled most of the living space in the separate bed room, leaving little room for luggage. We were unhappy with the state of everything as it seemed like a bait-and-switch; so we grabbed our luggage, went out the front lobby, handed them the room key and told them we were not staying. We left and immediately found a fantastic hotel nearby with comparable pricing and only 20-minutes notice. Expedia reached out a number of times to Presidential Apartments staff, but had difficulty reaching someone with authority to discuss a potential refund. Ultimately when Expedia did make contact, management refused as we were past the cancellation deadline.

The Presidential Apartments- Kensington was the best stay I have ever had in London. The location is right off Earl's Court station. There are restaurants, pubs and markets in the neighborhood. Now to the room...oh my goodness! You could not ask for more in a room! There was a TV, dishwasher, wash machine, stove, microwave, oven, sink, half fridge, dvd player. I have never seen so many amenities in a room in my life. Not to mention the patio and comfy bed. It was all good here and we will be back!

Excellent location!! 2 minute walk to the nearest tube station, safe neighborhood, lots of rest and amenities nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and had a kitchen.

The location is excellent, and the staff are kind.

We loved our stay here with our two kids. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Loved the proximity to dining, groceries and Earl’s Court tube. Piccadilly line goes directly to Heathrow and St. Pancras station. We were able to leave our suitcases on our arrival day. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. It was really clean, staff were friendly and it's really near to Earl's court station. Perfect for a stay of few days with family.

Loved the location and the staff was great! However the property is outdated. We were given a room on the fourth floor that had multiple issues with damaged floors and the bathroom is not kids friendly. We requested to be moved and the staff moved us to a room on the first floor which was much better without flooring issues. The staff and location is great though! Cleanliness was great too.

The hotel is conveniently located and short walking distance to Earl’s Ct. station. Just like any city, it can feel a bit unsafe. We had an encounter with an aggressive homeless man asking for cash and literally asking for a piece of our food while eating at a fast food place at night when we first arrived. We were hungry coming out of an 8-hr travel and needed to have something quick to eat. Overall, as long as you are aware of your surroundings and practice caution— you should be fine.

I like that the property location is quite and safe and close to metro station. Room is spacious with kitchen and washer and drier.

Earls Cortの駅からも近く、M＆S Foodなどのスーパーもあり、食料・食事にも便利です。また洗濯機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、IHコンロ、オーブンがあります。洗濯機は設定が難しい（他の人も書いているように）のですが、部屋のガイドにプログラムの説明が入っています。またロンドンに行った際には泊まりたいです。

The room was not fancy, but very serviceable

We loved the location so close to a tube stop. It is in a beautiful neighborhood as well. The apartment we had was ideal for our four person family. I would highly recommend it.

Good apart-hotel

We stayed here for a week. Executive studio. We had a problem a check-in where we did not get the room we were supposed to have, but after talking with the manager, we were switch to the correct room type. This hotel is well situated, with easy access to a lot of nice restaurants.

Excellent location and excellent front desk staff. The room was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. We struggled a little with climate control, but we weren’t in the room much. Beds very comfy. Tiny item…the floors could have used a good scrub.

Our main issue was washer/dryer. Instructions are not clear. Washer and dryer are combined (2 in 1) an we could not dry our clothes, the machine runs hours but the clothes are damp. We went with limited clothes hoping to wash and wear. We reserved the room for 3 people, but the towels were provided for 2 people only. The staff was very friendly and cooperative and helpful.

Godt hotel til børnefamilien

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Tæt på tuben earls court, 2 supermarkeder og caféer mm. 5 min fra hotellet. Pænt og rent med daglig rengøring og venligt personale. Meget gode senge og rigtig fint udstyret køkken. Badeværelset var dog meget lille, og møblerne i lejligheden fremstod slidte. Men alt i alt et super hotel til dem der rejser med børn.

The only nice thing about this place was that it had more room compared to hotels. Poor quality bedding and decor, not very clean and pretty over priced for the quality and level of service.

親切的櫃檯人員，舒服又乾淨的房間，有電梯、洗衣機、大冰箱，還主動提供我方便的晾衣架，太感謝了。我很滿意的住宿，有機會再來。

Great location. Close to tube!

Not good to stay here

The reception area was not managed appropriately. The reception was just to fill the number was having no info about the hotel stuff itself, what to talk about the city.

Great location

The location was great -close to underground and a small market. The apt was clean and good size for 3 people. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer was not working and we had to go to another unit to do our wash. The employees themselves don’t seem to know how to work the machine.

Our studio apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Two blocks from Earls Court Tube station. One block from well-stocked grocery. Nice restaurants and we felt very safe.

Låg standard men bra städning

Städning skedde dagligen och var bra utförd. Nära till tunnelbana och bussar. Låg standard med dåliga sängar och kuddar. Slitet och det märks det var ett tag sen det renoverades. Saknades bäddmadrass på extrasängarna så det kändes man sov på fjädrarna. Sparsamt med köksutrustning. Om man avser att laga mat ska man inte bo här.

Perfect for transportation and close to the tube station. Nice grocery store near by with plenty of fast food and pubs right down the road. Room was clean, and staff were helpful and friendly and always interacted with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Only downside was the windows are thin and you can hear traffic from outside. Wasn’t super loud but something I noticed that could be improved. Overall great stay would definitely come back!

Clean and comfortable suite. Great central London location. Within a short walk from the earls court underground station. Straight Piccadilly line to heathrow. Recommended to rhe ataff that they consider upgeading a few wall outlets to have usb.
