There was disgusting refuse in the bathroom and the hotel is above a pub where music was blasting until nearly midnight

Nice hotel in a great location.
Nice hotel in a great location. Comfortable enough but the air conditioning didn't work. Can't complain for the price though.

Horrible
The hotel was suppose to send an email 48 hours before check-in, but we never received the email. I contacted hotels.com to make sure they have a correct phone number and email, thinking they would communicate with the property. We missed the first night b/c we never go the check-in information, and they insisted they texted the wrong phone number - not our fault - but we still got charged. It wasn't until they answered the phone the next day that we got the information to check in. Entry is a small stairwell up stairs - so if you have heavy luggage - don't stay here. The room was not that clean and there was feces on the toilet seat. There was hair on the floors and the faucet was rickety. I would never stay here again.

Air Con “discontinued “!
The room was absolutely boiling. The air con unit appears not to work. Reception number advised it was “discontinued”. Not acceptable
