La atencion muy buena, solo que es un hotel que no tiene las cualidades de un hotel normal porque no todo el tiempo tiene personal en la recepción y cierran la puerta en la noche, pero el cuerto esta bien

Tuve un upgrade de habitacion normal a Suite, y desafortunadamente la llave de la regadera estaba entreroscada, no habia agua fria hasta que notifique a recepcion, no habia aire acondicionado y la tapa de la tasa del wc estaba rota. Se movia toda al sentarse en ella. Muy mal y eso que era Suite. No me imagino las habitaciones normales. Y no muy atentos en la recepcion.

Fue una muy grata sorpresa llegar al Camperio. Desde como nos recibieron con gran amabilidad, la habitacion q era tipo departamento, super bien equipada, muy comoda!!!!. hasta el lugar: inmejorable! Cerca de todos los lugares turisticos de interes. Increiblemente estas en una zona super transitada pero entras al edificio del camperio q es muy lindo, y respiras otro aire, super tranqui. Podria decir q es de lo mas completo q he visitado en todo mi viaje. Voy a volver seguro!!!!

Chambre jolie et très confortable, avec kitchenette pour se faire réchauffer des plats si besoin. L’hôtel est très agréable et bien situé. Le petit déjeuner est excellent aussi! Un petit bémol sur la température de la chambre qui était assez chaude, un peu trop de chauffage peut être ?!

This hotel did not have hot water in the shower. No towels. Lockers not working and the AC went out. Nobody onsite to help with anything

Appartement parfaitement situé et spacieux. Petit bémol, une climatisation extrêmement bruyante. Il serait également judicieux de prévoir des lampes de chevet pour la chambre. Les liseuses ne servent à rien et la lumière générale de la chambre n’est pas adaptée pour la lecture individuelle. Sinon c’était parfait

Lovely flat in close proximity to shops, restaurants and metro but everything was automated and it lacked human touch although host left us a lovely welcome basket of goodies.

Excellent place

Place is very nice and comfortable for 5-6 people. Loved the treats in their fridge. They have free locker storage in the building that is very useful.shopping and restaurants are literally few steps away. i would love to come back and stay here again

Very beautiful,, great location

There were several issues 1, no baby cot set up as I requested, then they finally arranged it, no baby cot mattress, just back and forth for so many time to get it right, wasted my time. 2, aircon issue, the same, back and forth many times 3, the shower! The water was barely hot enough for us to take a shower, also we had to shower our 7 months old baby in lukewarm water. 4, the lockers for the luggages, a lot of them don’t work, when I contacted them, they were like, well we just do you a favour, I am sorry they don’t work. You can try other lockers around the area. 5, not easy to find as there is no reception.

LOVED the studio room we had that had a double bed, sofa, desk, and kitchenette! A great space for a 3 day visit. Also greatly appreciated the laundry room with free self service laundry. I had a question at one point and got a response within 10 minutes on WhatsApp from Numa, answering and resolving our question. We had a great stay!

Mosquito infestation

There were a lot of mosquitos in the room. We couldn't sleep a wink. We bought a spray and killed them but it seemed continuously to appear every night. There is no housecleaning at all during our 3 night stay. Emailed to request more towels but no response at all. Worst experience.

nice location and spacious room.

The hotel location is excellent: super close to the Castello and Duomo. Nice building. But they don’t clean the room during the stay. We couldn’t even get towels to be replaced. No formal reception either. You’re supposed to call someone, which maybe it works but it’s an extra hassle. For 3 night stay it wasn’t a big deal..

Great area, beautiful spacious room, definitely would stay here again!

a few days in Milan with Family

Spent a couple of days in Milan with the family. The Numa Camperino was a good choice. Perfecty located. The interior shows some wear here and there. The service was excellent and a nice starter package was waiting. Also the service in the morning for the breakfast was excellent like the quality of the food. However the variety is a bit limited.

While location and condition of the property was wonderful. There were questions about cleanliness as the unit was infested with mosquitoes. We had to buy insect repellant and sleep with it on, but even that was not enough. I had to find medications to treat bites, and assure bite-ridden kids for most of our stay. Additionally, it had reached the 80s that weekend, and there was no AC available. We are pretty disappointed in that regard.

Over average, friendly staff, good located in center!

Insgesamt sehr schön, toll gelegen. Großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Kommunikation nur über email und WhatsApp, jedoch zügig. Lediglich Bedienung beim Frühstück lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig

Nice and well located

Nice place, well located with big rooms.

Only downside was stains on furniture/ carpet did not look clean. Also every night we had people wiggling the door handle to try to enter (maybe they thought it was their room) happened 2-3x every evening

This place has plenty of room for 4 people. It is clean, safe and convenient. You can walk within 10 mins to restaurants, Duomo, and shopping.

Worst travel experience ever.

It took multiple attempts to scan the passports, second passport then required taking a photo, then uploading into their system. There is no one in the property when a problem. Room entry key code wouldnt work. No one to talk to. Requires calling a phone number that is answered by computer. Or entering into l WhatsApp which just comes back 'can you restate the question'. Do not stay there, you're on your own.

The worst customer service, they locked us outside the property because I forgot to pay a 10 euro taxes, it was freezing and after midnight, they kept us outside for almost 1.5 hour, the lady I spoke to hang up the phone in my face, after getting inside there was no heat and cold water, I took a shower in cold water after freezing outside because we were locked outside, these people are a scam and I don’t recommend anyone to go there

Great place to stay if you want to be near shopping and dinning areas.

Spacious rooms with comfortable beds but checking in was awful since there is no concierge desk. Took them 30 minutes to send me a code to open the main door while we waited outside in the cold. Servers at the cafe seem to know nothing about allergens either.

Rigtig lækkert værelse og badeværelse. Der stod gratis vand og drikkevare klar da vi ankom. Rigtig nem online check-in og check-ud og brug af kode til indgang. Flot værelse og gode badeværelsesartikler. Sengen kunne godt have været en anelse blødere, men ikke noget vi klager over. Perfekt placering i byen. Ingen larm om natten - vi havde vindue ud til gården.

Great Location, and a great place

The room had no air conditioning (we were informed before), but also no heating, and thus was very cold. The walls appear to be made of paper - the room was extremely noisy. Obviously, this must be known, since ear plugs were provided in the bedroom. It felt like being in a tent on the street nearby. In summary: A horrible stay.

Die Lage in er Mailänder Innenstadt ist absolut klasse. Zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das Appartment war ansprechend und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Allerdings gab es zwei Kritikpunkte: - Die Fliesen in der Dusche waren voller Schimmel - Am Abreisetag gab es leider keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck noch für einige Stunden unterzubringen.

Beautiful and perfect location in Milan. We had a great stay. Caution to remember to add ALL of the staying guests ID’s before your stay. This held us up a bit. Frustrating to be adding at the last minute with no wi-fi. You cannot get access info until all guests ID’s are added. Otherwise all good.

All pretty good

Loved our stay decore of rooms very well though…close to attractions we wanted to visit.

Nice location near Duomo, LaScala and Castle. Clean interior with nice furnishing. Efficient remote check-in and staff very responsive communication through WhatsApp. Only negative is that someone tried to open our apartment door multiple times the first night and morning of the last day - quite scary.

Will return when learned the present practice

Having been here several times it was a surprice that there was no personal service but check-in and luggage storage had to be handled by the client. All this worked well but took time. Quality of breakfast was lovered compared with earlier stays.

Great stay

When the shower got clogged, they were very fast to respond. The place is very well located, with great options for food around. Definitely recommend. Only downside is there is only one cleaning if you're staying 8 nights or more, and no cleaning at all if less.

Good stay with kitchen and right on Milan center. Communication was good and the self check in was smooth.

Nice serviced flats in an excellent location. Tech driven platform so moat communication is via whatsapp, which is fine.

Best Accommodations and Location in Milan!

The accommodations and location were both amazing! My wife wanted to move in and stay permanently.

This was a terrible experience. We have gone to the Camperio Hotel four times before and have always found the place to be elegant, the service to be very attentive and the breakfast to be lovely. Although it still advertises breakfast, there is none. Worse, there is no service. Begrudgingly someone was washing windows when we arrived and he explained how to get in, but there was no one to check us in, no one to answer questions , and worst of all, no one to call a cab to the airport. The hotel tells you to call a number that did not answer for a cab. We came close to missing our flight, trying to get one and ultimately had to give up, lugging huge suitcases through the subway system. Do not stay here! We were charged 345$ for a small and cramped room and we will never return!

Great set up. Very clean and well laid out. Check in and out were very efficient. Communication was excellent. What would make this accommodation even better is the ability to leave luggage - although the team were very helpful and gave a recommendation for a left luggage company. Will use Numa again

Great short stay

We stayed with our two kids here for one night. The property is amazing and the location is excellent. The place is clean and superbly organized. The neighborhood is safe and well lit. Room for improvement: - the property needs to send reminder email the day of the reservation to ensure that the travellers have done the online check in. - wifi speed is excellent but the connection strength is just ok. - please put more water and beverages in the fridge I would love to stay here again. Overall, a great apartment!!!

Bra leilighetshotell sentralt i Milano. Gangavstand til sentrale deler av byen. Hotellet lå i en relativt rolig sidegate, men med kort avstand til restauranter/barer. Det var ingen resepsjon, men hotellet kommuniserte meget godt med oss på forhånd, så det var ikke noe problem. Det største minuset med hotellet var at frokosten kunne vært veldig mye bedre

We arrived and were told we were suppose to have paid ahead (we booked through Expedia and usually pay on check in or it’s automatically paid through cc given on booking). Apparently we were supposed to have received an email beforehand w a link to prepay. We never received this email, and no, it wasn’t in spam. They were very helpful on the phone and we got it all squared away. Rooms (we had 2) were small but very nice and roomy enough. We were also told we could not have the “free” breakfast because you have to spend more than one night there. I’ve never heard of anything like that. We were allowed to purchase the breakfast for 15 euros each. We declined and did our own breakfast. We were allowed to leave our luggage onsite in a closet while we did a tour. The reception person was very helpful in trying to get us a taxi. Would I stay here again? Not sure. The mix up about not receiving the pre-pay email and then not getting the advertised free breakfast was disheartening. Not something you want to deal with after a long day/s of traveling.

This month. The ownership / management have changed. As a gust for many years-rooms are not cleaned AT ALL - was not notified about it as well Reception un maned untill 10 Am. Only way to comunicate - is via wats up with a remote hotel service

This property was in a perfect spot near the Duomo and dining. It was very nice with an extremely helpful staff.

I didn’t have an access to a phone so I couldn’t get into the property;, their doorbell/intercom didn’t work. Also on my booking site said checkin at 2pm and they sent me an email same day when I’m traveling and have not access to internet that the checkin is @3 with an access code to the property

Superb Location

We had a fantastic stay at Camperio House Suites. The suite was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location.

Milan Visit

While the room was comfortable and large we were disappointed in the communication about how to access the property at night and other important details. Also, getting luggage in and out was more difficult for us older folks because of steep ramps and lack of support services for guests. Also got coffee pods in the room to make coffee for one morning but had to buy pods for the next 3 mornings. Location was excellent for seeing the sites. Desk staff were pleasant and called taxis as needed. Directions were not always clear as maps were not available. With the price of the room we expected a few more amenities.

Great location for Milan tour! Very close to the Milan Duomo and the Sforzesco Castle. The staff is very hospitably and friendly. Made a foom available for us even when we arrived very early and hold the luggage after checked out. The room and bathroom were very clean! We liked that place!

Disappointing. Pictures are not accurate of reality. Staff was neither friendly nor helpful. Very expensive for what you get. Noisy at night. Won't go back.

Very nice hotel in convenient location

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room is thoughtfully decorated and there was an electric teapot for making tea, also a coffee maker. Beautiful bathroom with tub. The building was a former monastery before the war. The location is walking distance to main sights of Milan and a 10 minute walk to Cadorna station.

Fantastiskt boende. hade en lägenhet på ca 35 kvadrat. Rent, fint, tyst, oväntat sköna sängar och kuddar för att vara Italien. Frukosten helt ok, men jag gjorde min egen i mitt lilla kök halva vistelsen. Fem minuters gångväg från domen och Scala, näta stora gågatan men ändå tyst och lugnt. Hur bra som helst!
