Nuestra estancia en el apartamento a sido muy buena,la ubicación es buena, tienes autobús y metro cerca que en 10 minutos te pones en el centro.La zona muy tranquila.Repetiremos seguro.

Alojamiento limpio y cómodo. Zona regular.

Zona tranquila, calle apartada de difícil acceso. Difícil contacto con los dueños

Amables, pero las sábanas del sofá cama estaban usadas. Los cojines de la caña pegajosos!

Llegamos un domingo y el teléfono que nos dieron no estaba operativo, tuvimos que llamar a Expedia. Nos atendieron deprisa y corriendo y no nos informaron de como iba ni la cafetera ni la bitrocerámica, si es que funcionaban(tenemos bitro y sabemos de sobre como funciona). Nos fue imposible cocinar. Nos prometieron un vino de Oporto que aún estamos esperando. Pero lo pero fue que nos entró un ratón e intentamos comunicar con el responsable y fue imposible pese a que nos dió su propio número de teléfono. No pudimos ni dormir ni comer en ese apartamento. No lo recomendamos, lo único bueno es que está limpio.

no se efectuo una limpieza profunda antes d nuestra gasa y en el dormitorio principal hay un clavo expuesto en el piso muy peligroso.

Bom apartamento, mas 40 minutos para checkin

The apartment is really cool and you can walk to the city center in about 10/15 minutes. The bed is comfortable. The only thing was that we agreed on a time for the check-in and they left us waiting 40 minutes on the street until someone showed up. They gave us a little discount on the cleaning fee to compensate for this, which is cool but still not so nice. We had an appointment that we missed because of this delay.

Me gustó el lugar, estaba limpio y tal cual como aparecía en las fotos. No me gustó la comunicación con los encargados ya que no respondía al teléfono.

"Fatal"

En general bastante mal. En primer lugar viajamos 4 personas y la habitación minúscula estaba preparada para tres. De las tres ventanas que tenía la casa, faltaban dos estores, con lo cual entraba muchísima claridad y a las 7 de la mañana estaba toda la habitación iluminada. Encima de la puerta de acceso a la habitación hay un tragaluz que cada vez que entra o sale un vecino se ilumina el pasillo y por lo tanto la habitación también. La zona es terrible, los niños de la calle nos pedían dinero y la limpieza deja bastante que desear, nos llegamos a encontrar una rata muerta en plena calle. Lo único bueno es que la habitación si estaba muy limpia.

Era aceptable sin más. Tuvimos problemas con la llegada y acabamos esperando una hora en la calle. La zona está muy bien para visitar Oporto, pudimos aparcar sin problemas. Creo que hay problemas con insonorización porque molestamos a los vecinos solo con andar por el piso. El chico quien nos recibió era majo pero creo que la organización podría mejorar.

Apartamento acogedor

La persona q nos atendió encantadora el apartamento muy correcto con Uber en cinco minutos desde el centro de Oporto Lo recomiendo

It was a wonderful place. Very clean and it has everything necessary for a short trip . It needs urgently air conditioner because it was very hot every day as we arrived. The owner was very friendly and help us because because we arrived earlier at the place and alowes us to check in earlier.

El apartamento estaba bien, reformado, pero con muy pocas cosas, faltaban edredones, bombillas, etc, por lo demás estaba bien

Porto Maravilhas

A atenção dada desde os momentos que antecediam nosso check-in até a saída foi perfeita, a localização e seu acesso simplismente maravilhosa, e as condições de toda a estrutura do apartamento muito boa. Meus parabéns.

Déçue

Quelle déception. Un hôtel qui est tout sauf un hôtel. Petit appartement dans lequel un peu d'entretien serait le bien venu. Murs rayés, meubles abimés. Une fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, des rideaux qui ne cache pas le soleil : dommage quand y'a pas de volet... Service de vaisselle pour une personne et non trois. Sans parler de la douche qui n'évacue pas l'eau et du tuyau qui fuit sur toute sa longueur. Petit fous rire quand nous avons trouvé avec la trousse de toilette, uniquement composée d'emballage de pansement...

Apartment was clean and roomy. This apartment is not for anyone with any mobility issues. It is uphill to the house and then 32 steep stairs up to the landing. Vanessa was very nice and actually came early to let us in before the arranged time.

Located in safe area near cafes, supermarket etc. Room was spacious and the bed very comfy. Nice quiet neighbourhood but unfortunately other guests in apartments next door were not quiet. Could hear them stamping up and down the stairs at all hours and also people leaving at 5am speaking very loudly. There was also a family who checked in at 11:30pm and took several attempts to open the door. The doors were another issue, you did get used to them but first few attempts the door kept sticking.The room was not cleaned thoroughly before we stayed as there was tomato sauce splatted up the tiles in kitchen and a strong fishy odour from the fridge. It also looked like someone had kicked a hole in the wall and room desperately needed a paint. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Characterful neighbourhood, very close to town and some gorgeous old architecture around. This is a real neighbourhood with real portuguese people who respect you.

Ok lejlighed i slum kvarter

Der står luksusstil. Intet luksus over hverken lejlighed eller område. Da vi ankom til gaden troede vi, at vi var ankommet til det fattigste område i Porto. Gaden er møgbeskidt og der lugter af tis overalt. Lejligheden er dog pæn og ren, men luksus vil jeg ikke kalde det og det forventede vi heller ikke til den pris. Havde dog ikke tænkt at området var direkte slum. Der er meget larm om natten og når lyset tændes i opgangen bliver lejligheden lyst op, da der er vindue i døren. Ingen aircon og ingen blæser, så meget varmt om natten. Der står bagageopbevaring, men vær opmærksom på, at det ligger min 20 min gang derfra. Det var vores første ophold i Porto og hvis vi kommer igen ved vi det ikke bliver i det samme område. Billedet er fra et pænere område i Porto.

Décoration sympathique, dommage pout l'arrivé tardive de la personne qui fait l'état des lieux (1h00 d'attente sous la pluie). Mauvaise insonorisation des lieux qui nous fait profitez des voisins. Pas mal de trace sur différent mûr qui donne un mauvais côté a ce lieuc qui paraissait irréprochable sur les photos.

Communication is an issue

Everything was fine except that it was impossible to communicate with the staff in a timely manner.. we were promised a set of towels and hand soap but no one ever came...

All you need

Everything you will need. Great beds, good kitchen and clean bathroom. Close to bars and restaurants.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Leider gibt es für die gesamte Wohnung nur einen kleinen elektrischen Radiator, der bei niedrigen Temperaturen nur unzureichend wärmt.

Gute Lage ,sauber, etwas wenig Geschirr , ...........

Excelente acomodações! Muito bem localizada, camas confortáveis, tudo muito limpo, brindes extras como cápsulas de café e uma garrafa de um bom vinho do porto. O Anfitrião foi muito solícito também.

lokalt & centralt

Hyggelig lejlighed, moderne indrettet i renoveret rustik hus dør om dør med de lokale ,...ingen larm om natten ...skøn udsigt over områdets tage Både metro, bus og små grønthandlere & købmænd lige om hjørnet . Dejlig velkomst af udlejere !

yllätys oli suuri kun esitiedoissa ei kerrottu että asunto sisälsi myös hyvin varustetun keittiön ja kaikki oli hyvin suunniteltu.Reception ei ollut mutta puhelinyhteydet toimi ja aikamme siellä sujui vaivattomasti. Sijainti ei paras mahdollinen mutta kulkuyhteydet oli hyviä. Olimme 2 naista yhteisikä 150 vuotta ja selvisimme hyvin sijainnin haasteista. Näköala ihan ok. Me yleensä haemme näköalat muualta joten tämä oli hyvä lepotila. Meillä oli hieman huono onni kuin saavuimme Portoon keskellä yötä ja taxilakko kohtasi meitä Hotellin reseptio sujettiin kl 12 yöllä mutta saimme apua ja olimme lopullisesti hotellissa kl 2 yöllä mutta sen jälkeen kaikki hyvin ja apu tuli. Tätä hotellia voisi meidän mielestä markkinoida hieman paremmin. Jos on vaikea liikkua tämä hotelli ei ole sopiva mutta jos sen huonetilan mukavuus ja esteettisyys merkitsee. Tämä on se paikka.

Nach einigen Schwierigkeiten beim CheckIn wurden wir positiv überrascht. Das kleine Apartment ist modern eingerichtet. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man zur Zubereitung einfacher Gerichte benötigt, auch Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher sind vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist nicht sonderlich hochwertig, dafür jedoch hübsch zusammengestellt und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Dennoch wäre es wünschenswert, dass Abzugshaube in der Küche und die Lüftung im Bad funktionieren würden. Das für Touristen attraktive Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig in zehn bis fünfzehn Minuten erreicht, Metro fahren ist nicht unbedingt notwendig. Alles in allem eine schöne, vor allem günstige, Bleibe für einen Städtetrip, deren größter Haken wohl die Kommunikation mit Ihrem Betreiber ist.

Très lumineux, très propre, très bien situé et équipé. Par contre c’est difficile à trouver car l’appartement est au calme d’une ruelle.

Sehr sauberes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Nettes kleines Appartement- ideal für einige Tage Städtetrip. Parken kann man in der sehr engen Gasse nicht, aber an der nahen Kirche zumindest bis 9 Uhr kostenfrei. Haus sehr hellhörig, aber Gegend recht ruhig obwohl Innenstadtnah. Leider kein schöner Ausblick aufgrund der Enge der Gasse. Sehr flexibler und angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter (kamen etwas zu spät an). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man etwas sauberes, modernes für ein paar Tage sucht!

Rien à redire

Nous avons réservé ce studio pour deux nuit. A l'arrivée cela était très propre et jolie. De plus la personne qui nous as laisser les clefs nous à donner une carte avec des explication très intéressantes sur les beaux endroits à visiter. Les points faibles restent mineurs (quartier un peu bruyant, 5/10 mn de marche pour les transports) Nous avions peur de tomber sur une arnaque comme beaucoup de vacanciers mais cela n'a pas du tout été le cas alors je recommande de logement.

Central, convenient and comfortable

5min walk from Lapa metro station, that runs directly to the airport. 20min walk from city center, safe neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room, quiet area and close to small local cafes and restaurants. Had a very nice stay.

Niente di che per quello che paghi

Non specificano il vicolo in cui si trova questa stanza con bagno, Vicolo piccolissimo e abbastanza degradato. pulizie fatte approssimativamente e poco e niente come servizi. Non ci tornerei

Muito ruim a rua que fica localizado

o apartamento fica localizado em uma rua escura e de um ambiente duvidoso. Fiquei com medo de sair a noite. Nao tem estacionamento.

Boa habitaçao, localização acessível

O estúdio é bom, novo, limpo e confortável. A localizaçao não é central, mas rapidamente acessível aos pontos de interesse. A comunicação para realizar o check in foi muito ruim, com o dono do estabelecimento nos deixando esperando com bagagens na rua em frente ao apartamento. No geral, recomendável.

Spotless and comfortable apartment

We were in this apartment for 3 nights and enjoyed very much our stay. It is located in an interesting, safe and traditional location, I would go there again.

Attention, l’app N’est pas celui de la photo! Beaucoup plus petit et avec une seule fenêtre...

Nice overall

Very cute apartment in walking distance to city center. Staff was super, took extra time to give us plenty of information and answer all our questions. There was a coffee machine (although we couldn’t figure how to make it work) and Porto waiting for us. Apartment super clean and modern. I would still recommend just a couple dislikes: not enough hot water for the second shower, there are additional fees 20€ after checking in (cleaning and tourist fee which is written in the Expedia blurb, but I overlooked) and noise from upstairs is very loud if occupied. I had earplugs and was fine, but my friend didn’t.
