가격대비 가족 4명이 숙박장소로는 좁지도 않고 테이블까지 있어 다같이 식사할 수도 있어서 편안히 지내고 올수 있었습니다.

This was a fantastic stay for us as a family of 3. Heaps of space, comfy beds, and great to have a kitchen and dining area. The apartment was a nice change to have some space over a hotel room. Quick walk to grocery store, metro and everything around Dotonbori!! Highly recommend.

침대 매트리스가 가라 앉아 있으며, 움직일 때 마다 너무 소리가 나서 와이프가 잠들기 힘들었다. 청소상태도 그리 좋지 않았고, 옆 방에서의 소리가 너무 크게 들려 놀랐다. 체크인도 자동 체크인인데 너무 많은 걸 요구해서 시간이 오래 걸렸다. 전반적으로 높은 평점을 주기 어려운 숙소였다. 평점이 좋아서 예약 했지만 이런 평점이 계속된다면 Expedia를 계속 사용해야 될 지 걱정이 된다.

일본 오사카 가족 숙박(4인이상)

일단 침대가 넓어서 좋음 샤워실에 건조기 있어서 좋음 세탁기 있어 좋음 티비가 작음, 공동 물을 아침 10시부터 저녁9시까지만 가능(거의 못마심) 위치적으로 나쁘지 않음. 한인슈퍼 근처에 있음 편의점 근처 있음 도시락집 근처에 있음 무인운영이라...짐 맡기기 안됨 수건이 가족이 여러박을 묶기에는 턱없이 부족해서...매일 세탁하고 말려써야함. 전반적으로 만족함.

綺麗でとても良かったです。 バスタオルなどが使い回さないといけない感じだったので換えを受け取りたかったです。受け取り場所があったのであれば分からなかったです。

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette chambre d'hôtel. Les enfants ont adoré. On était proche des commodités a pieds ( restaurants dont mention spéciale au Take Obento à 2 pas qui était bon et pas cher). Tres bien placé pour se rendre assez rapidement au parc Universal Studio !

The twin room was roomy with the softest mattresses we've found so far. Also had a great laundry machine with free detergent (tip: use the bathroom's heating function as a clothes drying room). This location was by the Red line which we ended up using the most to get around from Shin-Osaka, Osaka Castle and Aquarium (with the Green line) There were some downsides to the place with the constant noise from the elevator, no soundproofing so you could hear loud ambulances/bikes, and we were not able to get extra pillows as this is a "self-check-in" hotel and no staff available... The metro is an 8 min walk so it was always a couple mins more to just walk to Dotonbori (20mins) which was a bit tiring, but not worth taking the metro for one step Also, because it's a self-check-in the hotel, you have to submit your passport info online before you arrive at the hotel, which is a very simple process.

上の階の足音は少し気になりましたが問題があるほどではありませんでした。車で行くと高速のすぐ近くなのでアクセスは良好です。帰りに市内を車で移動してから高速乗るのに中々難しかったので高速近くのありがたさがわかりました。コインパーキングを見つけるのに少し疲れましたが、1日で700円や900円パーキングも近隣にあり、24時までのスーパーも近隣にあり数日滞在するには最適です。難波までも歩いて行けます。北に行けば難波、南に行けば新世界とちょうどその真ん中なので、観光も楽しめました。大阪行く時は必ずリピートします。何よりも価格の安さが破格です。同じ価格で東京に泊まる事は難しいでしょう。

A bit far away from the subway station, But quite quiet nearby, close to the 24hr family mart shop & supermarket

Overall ok, except for the strange neighbor next door who kept on knocking on the door. No one was available after 11pm. The owner/management replied in the morning about how to handle the issue. Train station about 15-17 minutes away, which was not so bad, but if you don’t like walking in the summer heat, I do not recommend. However there’s always uber or taxi!

Found opening the bucket to see the hair left by former guests before. I feel bad when I see it.

空間簡潔寬敞，住得舒適！

交通の便もよく、3日間とても快適に過ごせました。４日目が雨だったのですが、エントランスに傘がありご自由にお持ち帰りくださいと表示があり、とても助かりました。 4人で滞在したので、脱衣所に脱いだ衣服を入れるカゴとお風呂場にイスがあったら便利かと感じました。 とてもゆったりと過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Great location and communication

매우 만족합니다.

3명이 숙박하였는데 공간 충분하고 베란다도 있어서 빨래하기도 좋습니다. 난바역에서 조금 떨어져있지만 오히려 조용해서 좋습니다. 셀프체크인 시스템이지만 순서대로 하면 어렵지 않습니다. 오사카에 다시 오게 된다면 또 머무르고 싶은 곳입니다.

Great surroundings, tourist attractions and food

Walking distance to subway and shopping mall. A lot of restaurants around. Convenience stores just around the corner.

Great proximity to the Namba Yasaka Shrine as well as the subway. If you don't mind a little extra walking, you can also get to Dotonbori by foot.

房間尚算整潔, 不過以前是有吸塵器提供的, 但現在已經沒有了, 如果住得比較長時間一點, 感覺會很差. 另外床褥的彈簧已經沒有彈性了, 躺下時會發出 "GEE GEE" 聲, 轉身都怕會下陷. 有洗衣粉提供這個很好.

좋았어요 다만 히터를 켜도 히터 주변만 따뜻해지고 방 전체 공기는 그대로 차가워서 저희는 다 옷을 두껍게 입고 잤어요 궁금한 점은 메일로 문의하면 답장도 빨리 와서 좋았습니다

청소기가 없어 하루지나면 먼지가 많이 있습니다.

the place is nice, spacious and lots of amenities. its just the communication can sound a bit demanding and less courteous at times. maybe the language barrier

Good

This is not a hotel but an apartments building. No room service. They don’t help storing luggage storing, only if you pay 2000 yen per hour. For almost US$400 a night it’s not worth the price. The beds are clean but other furnitures are quite dusty. The toilet had some weird smell but acceptable overall. The room had a washing machine but no dryer. Luckily there was a laundromat around the corner. Train station is about 15 minutes away walking distance. The area is quiet but the noise isolation within the building isn’t that great.

가족여행에 최고

일본 호텔이 좁아서 불편했는데 가족 여행시 취사도 가능하고 넓게 사용할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 단 역과의 거리가 있어 이동시 시간이 걸리지만 ocat도 10분 내에 갈수있어 잘 이용했습니다.

4인 가족 여행 숙소로 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 처음 난카이 난바역에서 내려 체크인하러갈때 거리가 좀 멀게느껴졌지만, 막상 적응하니 그렇게 멀지도 않더라구요. 신사이바시, 우메다등 번화가로 이동할때는 숙소와 가까운 다이코쿠조 역을 이용하니 훨씬 편리했습니다. 무엇보다도 지하철역 바로 옆에 라이프 마트가 있어 편의점보다 훨씬 저렴하게 쇼핑하고, 요리도 할수있어서 좋았습니다. 수건을 빨아쓰는것이 한가지 흠인데, 밤에 빨래를 돌린 후 널어두면 방안이 덜 건조해집니다.

5명에서 3박4일 연박했는데 주변에 이렇게 저렴하고 깔끔한 숙소는 없었습니다. 셀프체크인이 시간이 조금 걸리긴 하는데 그래도 가격대비 매우 만족했습니다.

The television did not have youtube and we had to watch japanese channels that had no subtitles

Check in was easy, apartments were nice and met our needs. Would recommend Skyliving to others.

整體非常好，家人都很滿意，地點適中，由南海電鐵站步行大約10-15分鐘便到達，附近有超市，便利店也很方便。 唯一不習慣是垃圾自己分類及處理，跟住酒店不同不會有人天天清理。 但優點是住宿期間不會有員工進入你的房間，這點對我是非常好的。

広くて清潔で良かったです。お値段も含めて相互的にまた利用したいと思います。

넓고 쾌적합니다

바깥소음은 전혀 없다라고 해도 좋을정도로 조용하고 다만 주변 객실에 숙박하는 사람들 발소리가 많이 들립니다 예전 후기 중 체크인 과정이 불편하다는 후기가 많던데 이젠 그렇지도 않은 것 같고 궁금한게 있어서 이메일로 문의를 했었는데 답장도 아주 신속하게 해주셨습니다. 이용 규칙 중 온수사용에 관한 제한사항이 있어서 상당히 걱정스러웠는데 성인 4명이서 돌아가면서 샤워하는데 큰 지장은 없었습니다 객실안에 간단하게 식기가 있어서 음식을 사와서 나누어먹기도 좋았습니다 단점이라면 난바역 및 도톤보리에서 꽤 걸어야 한다는 점인데 친구들끼리 여행온건데 이 정도면 만족합니다

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Meitä oli matkalla 2 aikuista + lapsi. Lisävuode oli levitettäväsohva joka oli kelvoton nukkumiseen. Keskellä ”patjaa” oli sohvan metallinen runko. Yhdistimme sängyt jotta mahduimme kaikki kolme samaan sänkyyn. Ongelma olisi ollut mikäli matkalla 3 aikuista!!! Kannattanee olla huolellinen huonetta varatessa mitkä ovat makuupaikat huoneessa.

가족 6명이서 지냈는데, 방 크기도 큰 편이었고, 난바역 부근에서도 도보가 가능해서 잘 이용했습니다. 깨끗하고 비교적 넓은 방에서 잘 지내고 왔고, 다음에 다시 이용해도 될 정도로 추천드립니다

Decent Place to Stay

This hotel acts as a sort of apartment style room. My friends and I had a room with two bunk beds and a couch. The room was spacious but the top bunk were a little too close to the ceiling for my liking. There are amenities such as toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and the complimentary slippers. All the appliances worked but the washer dryer hybrid didn't really dry out clothes well so watch out for that. The cleanliness of the room was good but there was some dust buildup in the shelves of the bunk beds where you can put your devices, and on a few surfaces. When it comes to communication with the staff, it's decent, they have English and answered my questions. However, some of the written rules for checkout need to be updated as they can be slightly confusing. Overall, it was a good stay just some odds and ends here and there.

とても清潔。別室の足音や大声は時おり気になったが、ビジネスホテルでも同じこと。エントランスの開錠方法は最初だけ戸惑った（操作パネル横には最初に室番号を押せと指示があるが、先に「呼出」ボタンを押さないと開けられない）。

清潔でとてもよかった！！ またぜひ利用したいと思う！

部屋は広くて清潔で気持ちがいいです お風呂も子どもと一緒に入れる広さがありました キッチンには4組のカップ、お皿、カトラリーがあり、まな板と包丁も各1あります 食器用洗剤、スポンジはありますが、調味料は何も無いので、自炊するなら近くのLIFEで買う必要があります キッチンに洗濯機があり、浴室は浴室乾燥付きなので、洗剤やピンチの用意があれば洗濯して干すまでできます ベッドはリネン類も清潔で気持ちよかったのですが、ギシギシときしみが凄かったです...そのあたりがベッドにこだわるビジネスホテルとの違いかもしれません

清掃もとてもきれいに行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 タオルの用意もあるのですが、洗面室、トイレにもかけられる枚数を用意していただけたらもっと助かりました。

トイレにスリッパがほしいです。

Poor heating effect of air conditioner

The room size is ok, not too far from station and supermarket which good for families but the floor isn't cover with capet and slipper provided is very thin ans quite a bit of noise when kids walking.

インテリアも可愛くてお部屋も広く、キッチン付きバスルームとトイレが別なのがとても良かったです。 反面、暖房の効きがもう少し良いとありがたいです。でもお部屋が広い分仕方ない部分もあるとは思います。シャワーの温度設定も最大にしても寒かったです。 その他は何も言うことないほど完璧で快適に過ごせました。また利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました。

매우 만족스러운 숙박시설과 조금 불편한 체크인 과정

가격에 비해 숙박시설과 청결도 등 모두 만족합니다. 그러나, 호텔스닷컴의 예약번호와 실제 예약번호가 달라 화상통화로 해결해야 하는 점은 매우 불편했습니다. 특히 화상통화 연결이 되지 않아 5분 이상의 시간이 소요되는 것은 매우 불편했습니다. 숙박시설과 다른 부분에 대해서는 전체적으로 만족합니다.

広々として、とても清潔感のある部屋です。辺りは騒音もなく、近くにコンビニがあるので、立地も問題ないです。 レンジや冷蔵庫、皿、カトラリー類もあるので、朝ごはんはテイクアウトしたものを温め直して、部屋でいただきました。 トイレと風呂場も分かれているので、同伴者がいても、快適に過ごすことができました。 また、大阪に来るときは利用したいと思います。

令人驚豔的高CP值旅館

太令人驚艷了，這個便宜的價格 住到這麼大的空間，竟然還有獨立洗衣機、廚房，衛浴設備也很齊全，目前在日本住過CP值最高的飯店，下次一定會再來。

It’s a good place to stay. Near Daikokucho sta. and can walk to Namba sta. as well.

ビジネス利用です。 立地もよく、おしゃれで部屋も広いし、概ね満足なのですが、３つほど不満が…。 ①風呂の湯の水圧が弱すぎる部屋がある。 風呂を溜めるのに１時間近くかかる。 ②上の階の足音が響く。 ③エアコンの効きが悪い。 広い部屋を１人で利用しているからかもしれませんが、 最強にしてもなかなか暖まりません。

Perfect for couples

We had the premium suite. Perfect size for a couple, handy to Namba and Daikokucho stations.

The size is bigger than expected. The distance is quite nearby Namba and near the JR rail which is very convenience if you go to the Universal studio. The clean lady was very on time so have to be move on sharply. Highly recommended!!

Good but far from Nambo station. Anyways, it is good to try.

因為班機延遲，到達Minn的時候已經一點了，但還是非常順利地成功入住，環境整潔設備齊全，非常推薦！

入住時登記手續過於繁複，過程需時令人煩躁。住宿內空間比較擠迫，後備被子比較骯髒，打開後發現頭髮。位置算是挺好，與景點相近。

깨끗하고 주위에 큰마트가 2개나 있어 편리성이 좋습니다. 지하철은 약간 애매한 위치입니다. 시설은 좋은데 셀프체크인시 호텔측과 연락이 잘 안되어 고생했습니다. 연박시 수건 추가 제공이 안되어 불편했네요..

部屋は写真の通り。綺麗な部屋で全体的に満足しました。 しかしスタッフと連絡が繋がらないことがとても不便でした、、、ロビーにもお問い合わせが繋がらなくて部屋に入れない観光客が多数いました。 連絡は24時間繋がるようにしてください、、、 それ以外は良かったです

깨끗한 아파트 굿

난카이 난바에서 걸어서 십분내외, 보통 호텔보다 넓고 세탁기 전자레인지 청소기 등 집안에 다 있어서 편리했어요^^ 집도 지은지 얼마 안되서 새집인듯 합니다 깔끔했어요^^ 근처 라이프 슈퍼도있고, 패밀리마트도 있어 편리했어요 , 체크인 할때도 영상통화하는데 직원이 한국말도 잘하고 편리 했음! 비밀번호 누르고 들어가서, 열쇠없이 편리함

広くて綺麗でした。洗濯機があると良かったですが、近くのコインランドリーがありました。

亂成一團的check in

飯店整體很乾淨,居住位置離大國町站很近,附近還有24小時的超市,就算走路到南海難波也不會很遠,但是沒有服務人員,大廳很熱,看過幾組個人在登記入住時滿頭大汗,然後沒有人打掃房間,只有收垃圾,毛巾也是一次用不能每天更換,再來是通過hotel.com訂房竟然沒有訂房編號,給的訂單號碼嘗試自己輸入都不行,只好用視訊方式跟服務人員聯絡,問題是我不會講日文.英文也是普通,還要通過視訊方式溝通,真是折騰人,希望以後可以有服務人員進駐,這樣的話這家飯店就超級值得大家入住

The room was quite nice and clean, but our mattress of the main bed sounded too squeaky whenever we move on the bed. We couldn't even sleep. The thing was, we claimed for it but staffs did not provide any solution, and they seemed not very serious about our problem. Also, cleaning is not provided, and the vacuum cleaner did not work.

コインパーキング近くで便利

駐車場も近くにあり、とても快適に過ごせました。

清潔感があり非常に快適な時間を過ごすことが出来た。チェックイン、チェックアウトも簡単で次回も利用しようと思えた。

일단 시설 너무 깨끗하고 디자인도 예뻐서 좋았어요 놀려고 나가려면 거리가 꽤 있어서 여름에 가면 멀어서 힘들어요! 예약번호 및 현관비번은 예약하면 바로 메일로 오는걸 알고 가야지 처음에 문이 열린답니다

방이 넓고 청결합니다. 여러 명이 묵을 때 좋습니다. 다만 위치가 남바 및 전철역과 약간 거리가 있기 때문에(약 10분 이상) 어른들이나 다리가 불편한 시람이 있다면 고려해봐야할 것 같습니다.

시설과 넓이 모도 최고입니다 다만 지하철과 거리가 조금있어서 걸어야되는점이있는데 반면그래서 조용한 주택가인점도 좋았습니다

房間整潔、舒服和寧靜，只是有點遠，要步行去難波站都要十幾分鐘， 剛巧幾日都落雨， 拿着大包細包， 不太方便， 除非坐地鐵從大國町站往來難波站， 這樣就會行少啲。

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Apartment was well appointed, beds were comfortable and there was minimal interruptions from external sound. Location is great, short walk to Konbini or supermarket. Close to Namba and Daikokucho stations ( subway and Airport line). Motomatchi neighbourhood has many restaurant and bar options to explore. Tourist areas Dontonbori and Amerikamura / Shinsaibashi are within a 20min walk.

체크인 어렵다고 해서 긴장했는데, 진짜 하나도 안어려웠고 수월하게 들어왔습니다!! 수건도 넉넉하게 있어서 따로 가져온 수건은 하나도 안썼고, 근처에 편의점 있고 역과의 거리도 생각보다 가까웠어요! 다음에 또 오사카에 오게된다면 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다 -! ♥
