Incredibile. A nice place to rest after visiting the main points of this beautiful city.

Convenient for train station and tower

Nice clean room, en suite, with tea and coffee-making facilities. Only a velux window though, so no views. Bathroom nice enough, if a little cramped. Reasonable breakfast with excellent coffee. Very friendly staff. Convenient for both the train station and the tower.

Superior double room

There was every facility we needed. Like most hotels the shower had the orange grunge in the corners but room was otherwise clean. The superior double was on the top floor and was spacious but had no windows only a roof light. It was quirky but good.

We had two great nights at Martina’s villa. Our room (two twins) had a private bath across the hall and that worked out fine for us. The room was spotless and beds were extremely comfortable. I have blood sugar issues, so the only thing I missed was some kind of protein for breakfast. All the choices were carb-heavy. Hard-boiled eggs would have been nice. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Martina was very helpful and the room was very clean an modern and walking distance to the tower Pisa

Briiliant Hosts - Excellent Service

We always prefer to stay with small, local businesses (or homes) on pur travels, and found Villa Martina absolutely excellent on all fronts for this. Daniel & Martina (the hosts) were brilliant in ensuring our stay was all it could be, and so very flexible in attending to some of our unusual requests too.

Perfect easy place in a great location to visit Pisa city center. Check in and out very easy. Will come back!

La colazione rappresenta la ciliegina sulla torta. Profumatissimi cornetti, frutta fresca , biscotti e cereali di ogni genere. Eccellente in tutto

Very clean and only a 10 min walk to the tower, staff are very caring, cleaner was very good and helpful, and Martina even went out of her way to purchase the type of coffee we wanted,would stay again unfortunately there is only the tower to see and 24 hours in Pisa is plenty

The room was clean and beautiful and Martina, the owner, was very friendly and personable. The breakfast was also good with a great coffee machine!

Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich. Was uns super gefallen hat war, dass wir bei Ankunft direkt noch ein paar Touristen Infos wie einen Stadtplan mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurant Empfehlungen erhalten haben. Wir würden B&B Villa Martina in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen

Nice B&B for a weekend break

Nice B&B located within walking distance of the Pisa centre and attractions.Host was very helpful provided info about Pisa and booked us a taxi for return to the airport . We had the attic room which was nice and spacious , bathroom a little rustic but good enough for our weekend stay.
