Sucio en general, vimos cucarachas tanto en el apartamento como en el edificio y no pudimos descansar bien por las noches por los ruidos de la gente de otros apartamentos. Con todas las opciones que hay en Maspalomas buscaría otro sitio.

Todo bien.El personal muy amable y eficiente,y el apartamento a tan solo 200 metros de las dunas. La unica pega el horario de la piscina que es de 10 a 18,cuando habitualmente estas haciendo turismo por la isla.

Linda ubicación en maspalomas.

El apartamento era bonito pero estaba demasiado lleno d muebles y cosas dl propietario, la ubicación es muy buena, la televisión , el equipo de música y los aires acondicionados nunca funcionaron, pero cabe destacar que el personal de limpieza era muy eficiente. Doy 5 estrellas a el Conserje Alejandro porque es una persona estupenda que intenta dar solución a todos los problemas he tenía este alojamiento en particular, ofreciéndonos cambiar el hospedaje, cosa que no hicimos porque ya habíamos desempacado nuestro equipaje. El es un excelente anfitrión. Y solo por eso volveríamos a hospedarnos en los aguacates.

el complejo estaba en reformas y nadie me lo dijo cuando lo reserve , mi pareja tubo que soportar en la piscina las miradas de los obreros . fue muy incomoda la situación , el apartamento que a mi me toco estaba viejo y saltaban las palancas de electricidad.

Esta bien ubicado pero si te toca un apartamiento viejo fatal la cama no se puede dormir es mejor dormir en el sofá del salon

Sehr sehr freundliche Rezeption. Das Appartement (316) ist ein neu renoviertes Appartement, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit allem was man braucht. TV nicht in deutsch aber im Urlaub gar nicht schlimm. Zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar. Frühstück sehr einfach aber dennoch voll ausreichend und gut. Glutenfreies Frühstücksmaterial wurden auch bei vorheriger Anmeldung ohne Probleme besorgt.

This hotel have some old standard rooms, and they have some new and very nice superior apartments. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the location is great. I had a perfect stay, and I will come back soon.

Ok hotel

The hotel is in a very quiet area, but well located in the middle of the Maspalomas triangle :the dunes, playa del ingles, and yumbo center : a 20 - 25 min walk to all this places. The hotel is very quiet and I barely saw people around, not even at the pool area, which by the way close promptly at 7pm. Our unit was very basic but clean and with the essential things you need for short stay. It was located in the first floor, with a little terrace facing a fence and grass, so no view at all. The apartment does not have a/c coincidentally, so even though it was not that hot outside, sleeping at night was uncomfortable. A fan would be a good addition. The bed was not very comfortable either. The WiFI and water pressure and temperature were good. The people working there were very nice and attentive. No toiletries at all in the room. The best aspect of this hotel is the supermarket in the first floor where you can get anything you need.

Lage einfach super ..aber wir hatten superior gebucht und ein privates Apartment bekommen zum teil alle schränke verschlossen .Nach beschwerde wurde uns gesagt hotel ist voll nach der zweiten beschwerde wurde uns zugesagt samstags ein gebuchtes zimmer zu bekommen .. samstag mittag sagte man uns das das zimmer doch noch bis sonntag belegt sei nach einer diskusion wurde uns dann doch ein superior renoviertes zimmer wie gebucht zugewiesen also 3 tage kampf für ein zimmer das wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten ... von 11 tagen urlsub konnten wir dann 8 tage geniesen

Excellent stay

I arrived an hour earlier than my scheduled 1pm book in. I was made extremely welcome and was happy to be adked to sun bathe in the pool area wholst waiting. Book in was easy and was given my key to a very well laid out appartment, within 10 minutes. I was alone and only stsying for 2 nights, so did not need my room cleaned. Excellent location, very close to Supermarket and a pleasent walk to night life, including Yumbo. Reasonably priced and may well stay again snother time. Breakfast was well organized but fairly basic. Thanks for a wonderful couple of days.

Great location, decent stay

I stayed in a nice, but slightly dated hotel apartment, with windows to the inside of property and a decent balcony to enjoy. The room was basic but was perfectly enjoyable to stay in, you need your own toiletries as only a bar of soap is provided. There is a kitchen with a hob and microwave, but no oven. There was no A/C in my room so in the summer it may get a little too hot, but I was comfortable most of the time. All in all, if you are looking for an affordable hotel apartment in a great location just by the Maspalomas Dunes, then this may be right for you.

Excellent pool area very clean and well maintained. Rooms are in a very good condition we were lucky enough to have a apartment. The staff are very helpful and excellent cheap find !

Molto carino in ottima posizione ideale per le famiglie

Wir/ich sind schon seit Jahren im Aguacates aber ich kann machen was ich will, E-Mail schreiben, anrufen.. ich bekomme nie das Zimmer /-Lage die wir immer vorher hatten. D.h. obere Etagen Richtung Parkplatz. Das seit Jahren. Ich glaub die lesen die Nachrichten gar und legen keinen Wert auf Stammgäste. Das Frühstück ist schrecklich.

The location was spot on. Just next to the Riu Hotel and a short walk to the sand dunes. The room is quite modern . Nice open plan area and wide balcony . Great for having a supermarket in the ground floor.Would be nice if the swimming pool was heated.

Informationen om hotellet från er var att det skulle vara ett rökfritt hotell vilket inte stämde.Jag hade ingen besvär av det men det är ju fel information ni skriver

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno qui, quindi il giudizio non può essere che positivo.

Opredningen til tredje person var en hård pind i stuen og køleskabet frøs alting efter reklamation fik vi ender overhovedet ikke kølede og efter flere teknikere, hvor vi fik lidt snik snak opgav vi det.

Gute Lage, in Nähe der Dünen, Restaurants, Läden und ÖV. Keine Sonnenstore (im Sommer sicher ein Problem), laute Gäste im Restaurant

Posizione invidiabile verso le dune in zona tranquilla. Receptionist simpaticissimo.

Godt hotell med potensiale

Oppusset hotell med godt renhold, topp internett og grei parkering. Litt dårlig kommunikasjon mellom personalet, litt "manjana", ting som ble påpekt ble ikke alltid utført. Hotellet kan bli topp med litt bedre styring, men alt i alt hadde vi fem flotte uker der.

Awesome Find

Was hoping this place would be ok-no real expectations. Boy was I surprised! Over the top awesome! Modern, full amenities, spotless ceanliness, great pool. I could not ask for a better location and property-my future visits will only be here.

Handy for the beach

Excellent greeting at reception by a lovely lady who spoke good English, and I turned up slightly early before 1pm but the room was ready. I was given a room on the fifth floor (I had asked for a high floor) and at the front of the hotel with nice views of the Riu palace over the road. The apartment has dated décor but this is part of its charm, and although not particularly spacious in any of the rooms it is adequate none the less. Nice long private balcony accessed by both the lounge and the bedroom. Basic key operation safe in the room is available for rent. Bathroom has power point for shaver / hairdryer and has bidet and nice shower in bath tub. The apartments are on a busy main road so I would advise ear plugs for sleeping. Wifi is free and super fast. There is a supermarket right by the main entrance and locals live among holidaymakers here. Postcards for sale at reception are a rip off.

L'appartamento era esattamente come in foto. Molto pulito, spazioso e confortevole. Peccato per i continui lavori di ristrutturazione e muratura dell'appartamento a fianco che ci ha fatto impazzire durante alcune della giornata in cui ero in camera.

REASONABLE PLACE TO STAY BUT NEEDS TO IMPROVE

Apartment was fine but lacked a kettle which resulted in boiling water for coffee in a saucepan,. A toaster would also been useful. the apartment was clean but there were small ants visible most days around the sink. Reception staff were unhelpful and abrupt. My main complaint was the refurbishment of some of the rooms meant that there was a fair amount of noise from drills. Location was fine, the shop was excellent. I just would not stay there again.

Very nice and clean

Very clean hotel ☺️ Borrowed extra towels, to use by the pool. Very positive and friendly staff. Next to Los Dunos/ easy acces to the beach. Supermarked in the bulding. Busstop to Las Palmas and Airport close by. Shower service after check out. An absolutly positive experience

Relaxing 4 day break

Stayed here on a 4 day break the apartment was clean and tidy.. old furnishings but not bad considering price paid. Only 3 issues, bed not comfortable, no remote for TV and key lock was a nightmare only opened on the 4th or 5th attempt. Overall was a decent property mainly due to the location and price paid.

We keep coming back!

Another fantastic stay. Been coming here since 2013 and all of the team accommodate our requests. We have tried a few other places but none of which tick our boxes. We are happy to recommend.

Camere pulite, spaziose e, soprattutto, neanche uno scarafaggio in 15 giorni! Parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti alla struttura, zona tranquilla e ben servita. Arredamento un po' vecchio ma, tutto sommato, non è così importante. OK l'aria condizionata!

la casa aveva tutto l'occorrente per passare una piacevole vacanza la consiglierei a tutti quelli che amano riposare senza costi eccessivi.

I stayed for 4 nights with my brother.

Non mi aspettavo molto per essere sincero da questa struttura ed invece è stata una vera sorpresa. Posso affermare che l'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta veramente di questa vacanza, è stata proprio la sistemazione in questo appartamento. Sembrava fosse appena stato ristrutturato con presenza di mobili nuovi. Cucina attrezzata con piano cottura composto da piastre a induzione elettrica, forno a microonde sospeso, frigo e atttrezzi vari. Bagno fantastico. Camera spaziosa e armadio a muro molto ampio. Il tutto corredato da ampio balcone con tavolo e sedie. Letto molto comodo. Mi ero portato un accappatoio perchè mi ero informato prima della partenza sulla frequenza delle pulizie e dei cambi salviette e mi era stato risposto, bassa frequenza. Ed invece le pulizie e i cambi venivano effettuati quasi tutti i giorni.Posizione fantastica dato che l'immobile si trova praticamente davanti all'albergo riu dopo del quale si hanno di fronte direttamente le dune e poi la spiaggia. Comodo anche per chi usa il bus come mezzo di trasporto dall'aeroporto all'appartamento: una delle fermate si trova a 100 metri di distanza e in circa 30 minuti ci si trova all'aeroporto. Se proprio devo trovare dei lati negativi: la mancanza totale di oscuranti in camera (ho dovuto appendere delle coperte), la cassaforte e il wifi a pagamento e la mancanza di canali tv italiani.

A poche decine di metri dalle dune e dalla passeggiata. In 15 minuti si arriva a piedi al jumbo. Supermercato sotto casa. Pulizia eccellente

Apartmentos Los Aguacates

Hotel is still being refurbished so half the rooms to a superior standard half are not. We booked a superior room which they didn’t have available for us for 2 days into our holiday. The other room they put us in looked like someone lived in it and there was 2 cockroaches during the 2 night stay in that room. However once we got the room we booked it was very modern,spacious and clean with no roaches. Very nice pool area aswell. Basic hotel in good central area was very cheap price so you get what you pay. I would return only to a superior room.
