The Vale Rusutsu

Very nice rooms and great onsen, but there are many little inconvencies that take away from a good experience. Limited food options, and most of them were closed in mid-december. The ones that were open were not very good. No waters in the room. We had to ask for room cleanup service. This place isnt't really ski-in/out. Its a bit of a walk, but not too bad.

The room is comfortable and spacious. The utensils are well prepared and you can self cook if you want. Will definitely go again

清潔感があり、よかったです。ただ、5人宿泊だったので、布団ではなく簡易ベットの方が良かったです。

とても綺麗で広い部屋でした。

チェックインの時に英語しか話さないスタッフが出て来たので、少し戸惑った。後から日本語が話せるスタッフがでてきたので大丈夫でしたが。

綺麗。部屋も広く過ごしやすかったです。 メインの建物から少し遠いのが難点。

清潔な感じで良かった

初めて利用したが、全て非常に良かった。 清潔感、部屋の設備、雰囲気、施設内全て良かった。また、スタッフは皆さん良心的で悪い点を探す事ができないくらい良い宿泊先でした。

いい感じでした

家族５人で宿泊しましたがとても綺麗で快適でした。キッチンには何でも揃っていて、アイロンや洗濯機、掃除機も部屋内にあります。洗剤まで。

Huge place.

The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms. On my last day the breakfast was not available because the South wing closed the day before I left. Pretty inconsiderate of management to not consider guests still in the North wing!!!

部屋の設備も広さも清潔さもとても良かったです。また利用させて頂きます。

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Easy access to slopes. Ski in ski out. Onsen is on the first floor.

The connecting walkway towards Rusutsu Resort is very convenient and the restaurants are very good except that booking is required during peak seasons.

除了離纜車稍遠一點，一切都很完美。

There isn’t enough to say about Vale Rusutsu. I was only there for two nights, and travelling solo, but it was great. The mountain is right outside the ski lockers. The breakfast, which is just a short walk through the Rusutsu Resort Hotel. The rooms are huge! Plenty of room for two to three people, let alone one. And of course the staff are wonderfully friendly. I hope to return here soon.

Well built, well presented modern property in a great location. Reasonably priced, value for money especially compared to Hilton Niseko which was our next stop! We wished we hadn’t left, tried to get back in but it was full!

Best stay ever

위치, 시설, 청결도 뭐 하나 빠지지 않았던 숙소. 노스윙이랑 비교가 안되는 경험. 6층 온천과 근접한 위치, 식기세척기와 세탁기, 건조기까지 완비. 로비 카페에서 쌀 고기 배추같은 간단한 식재료 모두 구입가능했음(주방에 전기밥솥 있음). 조식옵션 포함시, 옥토버페스트, 중식, 일식, 베이커리(테이크아웃)이용 가능.(베이커리 생각보다 너무 훌륭함!) 루스츠 다음에 올때도 여기로 꼭 다시 올것임!

Highly recommend!

Staff were friendly, checking in and out were smooth and fast. Rooms were clean and spacious. Very happy with the stay.

They have good onsite support. They gave us breakfast vouchers to be used on 4 rusutsu restaurant but they are far away from the building and always got a long queue. I hope they could arrange grab and go breakfast at the cafe from the same building.

Great place. I would stay again next time when I travel back to Rusutsu.

Great Place

I have booked for 4 nughts, the place was good just the only complaint is that when i requested for extension for two more nights on my next day there they really give me a price that is too crazy high and was asked to checked out first then wait till 3pm to do a check in again which the room is still on the same floor so I decided not to take.

Quiet and cozy resort

Excellent luxury ski apartment. Great amenities. Ski in and pull out. Ski lockers and onsen were a nice touch as well as cafe with complementary coffee.

Awesome customer service

The customer service at the Vale is one of the best parts. We were especially impressed when the staff arranged a complimentary shuttle for us to our dinner spot due to the unavailability of taxis. Jo, the friendly and helpful driver from Germany, was a friendly driver and great conversationalist! The spa is one of the best that I've ever been to. Loved how it was also clean, and had long hours. Rooms are very modern + great views. Loved the in-unit washer/dryer. Highly recommend.

재방문의사 100% 1.깨끗한 시설. 2.온천시설 매우 좋음. 3. 근처 큰마트는 없어. 미리 준비필요.. 4.조리시설도 완비되어 있음

5인 가족이 이용했고 루스츠 리조트와 연결되어 있어서 이용하기 좋습니다. (약간의 거리는 있습니다) 다만 호텔 주위가 정비가 덜 되어 진입로가 어두웠으나 호텔 시설 자체는 매우 깨끗하고 훌륭합니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다.

去年からリピート

去年に初めて訪れて良かった事もあり、また子供の要望もあったので今年もリピートしました。 部屋が清潔、広い、洗濯機や食器類も整っている、ルスツリゾートに近い、温泉付きと満足度高い施設です。 またルスツに来る際は必ずチェックします！

대가족 힐링컨셉의 피서엔 강추입니다

It was excellent!!! 부모님과 미취학 애들까지 3세대 3가족이 6일간 함께 했는데 너무너무 좋았습니다~ 레지던스라 요리가 가능해서 한국에서 준비해간 비조리요리 가서 해먹기 좋았어요. 렌트카가 없으면 리저트 밖으로 나가는 방법이 전혀 없으니 쇼핑이나 관광에 관심있으시면 렌트카는 미리미리 준비 하셔야 해요. 저희는 힐링 컨셉이었어서 안에 있는 놀이공원, 부페, 온천, 골프장 등을 잘 이용했어요. 까다로운 성향아니라면 대부분 중간정도는 되요. 호텔측에서 출발 전부터 방별 침대종류부터 친절하게 관심 가져주고, 공항 송영서비스 및 골프채 보관까지 모두 완벽하게 잘 해주셨습니다~ 리조트 자체가 넓어서 이동거리가 좀 멀긴 했으나 며칠 지나니 적응 되었구요 온천과 골프는 진짜 강추입니다~ 한국 폭염때마다 피서로 가고 싶어요~

施設が新しく部屋も広く清潔だったので非常に快適でした。遊園地からは少しだけ歩く距離にある点が事前には懸念でしたが、慣れれば特に気にならない程度の距離でした。

숙소가 최신식이라 매우 좋음 하지만 주변상점이 다소 거리가 있어 렌트카를 이용해야 함

* Vale is very clean and nice property. Expensive but it is worth it. * There is a good 7-8 min walk to the main convention center. * The onchen is located near Vale so that is nice (and free). * There is a pool in the convention center but if you are visiting Rusutsu for the pool, I would suggest you go elsewhere. * Breakfast was included (at the convention center). Three different choices but at best, the restaurants for breakfast were average. Dining is somewhat limited. However, the rooms have a kitchen so you can cook. * Ski-in/out access is really nice. * There is no daily room cleaning but it never felt necessary and really not a problem. * Getting to the Westin hotel requires ~8-10 minutes talk to the monorail and then, waiting for a monorail, followed by a 3-4 minute monorail ride. Westin has some other dining options but expensive. There is an onchen at Westin that was also supposed to be free but when we tried to use it, Westin front desk told us that we can't use it. There is clearly some miscommunication on what is included. * In general, relatively expensive but given the nice snow and the skiing, it was worth it.

家族旅行には◎

部屋も広くて清潔かつ設備も整っていて快適でした。特にランドリー・洗剤が部屋にあったので複数泊滞在には助かりました。 隣接の温泉も入れるし、ルスツリゾートの施設にも歩いていけるし、スタッフも快く対応してくれて、快適な旅行が出来ました。 ルスツに行く際にはまた利用したいと思います。

設備はとてもよかったです。新しく全体的には綺麗でしたが、窓際に小虫がたくさん落ちていたのが、とても残念でした、

不自由なく快適に過ごせました。清潔感もあり良かったです。食事や売店がホテルに無く隣の施設まで行くのですが、その不自由さものんびり過ごすという意味で良かったと思います。

是非また泊まりたいと思える場所です。

リビングが広く、天井も高くて快適なお部屋でした。 ジャグジーもベランダが床下暖房になっており、雪が降る中でも心地よく楽しめました。 食器、グラスも揃っているので、 部屋に中でのパーティーも楽しめます。

家族6人で泊まりました！家がこんな素晴らしい部屋だったらいいね👍と普段できない色々な話しをしました。温泉も近いし、綺麗。朝食もberry good！一泊だけどとても素敵な時間をすごさせて頂きました。 またいつか宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました^_−☆

お部屋は清潔で申し分ありませんでした。 フロントが9:00〜18:00までしか開いてません。 私たちが泊まったお部屋には立派な冷蔵庫があったので氷を多めに買っておけましたが、お部屋で氷を使いたい場合はどうするのかな？と思いました。 施設内には自動販売機もありません。 一階に隣のホテルと繋がっている廊下があり、隣のホテルには自動販売機がありますが、結構遠いです。 あらかじめ
