Lo recomiendo Limpio ,seguro y sobre todo centrico.

Los apartamentos están muy bien en general. Cama muy cómoda. En mi caso, hubiera agradecido algo de luz natural, era completamente interior.

Apartahotel muy funcional y bien ubicado, en pleno centro turístico para visitar todos los monumentos y zonas más populares. Fuimos con un bebé y excelente con acceso a cuna en la habitación.

La relación precio , calidad y ubicación está muy bien . Hemos sido una familia de 4 y ha sido confortable la estadía . Es una buena opción en Sevilla sin duda!!

Las habitaciones sucias y las sabanas de no cambiarlas . Sobre todo la del salón .160€ una noche 310 el finde . Creo que tenia que cuidar ese detalles .

Ubicacion excepcional, sofa cama muy incomido

La ubicacion es excepcional, hay dos parking de pago en las inmediaciones, el estacionamiento en la calle de pago y encontramos aparcamiento para dos vehiculos. El apartamento coqueto, la cama grande y muy comoda, pero el sofa cama muy incomodo.

Todo ha ido muy bien. Llame por telefono para confirmar la reserva. Desde recepcion me atendieron fenomenal. Me aconsejaron donde aparcar, y por suerte pude aparcar en la misma puerta. Hicimos el cheking online, me proporcionaron los codigos antes de llegar. Y la entrada fue perfecta. Teniamos el aire acondicionado encendido cuando llegamos, que lo agradecimos un monton, ya que afuera habia 38°. El frigo enfria muy bien, la cama y almohadas comodas. Me ofrecieron dejarme la cama del sofa cama ya hecha y muy bien. Aunque el colchon del sofa cama es mejorable. Habia infusiones varias y hervidor. Bayeta estropajo y lavavajillas. Genial! La limpieza bien pero con alguna cosa mejorable. Habia restos de cafe en un armario de la cocina. Imagino que por un derrame de algun otro huesped. Y los rincones del baño necesitan un repaso. Esta muy bien situado justo detras de la maestranza, y desde alli te queda muy cerca llegar hasta la catedral, cruzar a triana... Y el precio fantastico.

No repetiría, limpieza de las habitaciones regular, precio - valor no corresponde.

Lugar perfecto para pasar unos dias en Sevilla, centrico, tranquilo y acogedor. Si se quiere desayunar en el apartamento te dejan cápsula e infusiones para ello. La comunicación con la recepción perfecta para hacer entrada y salida del apartamento.

Todo genial. El apto estaba muy limpio, amplio y en una zona ideal para conocer Sevilla andando. La comunicación tb fue excelente.

Consigna de maletas

Todo genial lo único que puedo decir es que deberían de especificar que la consigna de maletas no está en el mismo edificio si no a unos 10 min andando y hay que pagarlo a parte.

Mucho cuidado en los detalles. Todo muy limpio. Maravillosa cortesía y disponibilidad.

Centrico, comodo y moderno

Centrico

Está en un lugar céntrico, todos muy amables, la limpieza excelente, el apartamento amplio y moderno. Pero quiero que sepan que tiene una discoteca, y al menos para nosotras que no somos jóvenes y que estamos en fin de semana, se nos hace difícil dormirnos. Para los jóvenes no existe mejor lugar.

Bien situado

Todo muy bien, lo único una plaga de hormigas, que estaban por todo el apartamento, sobretodo en la cocina.

Apartamento muy buen situado, para visitar la ciudad y para llegar en coche y aparcar. Muy completo y acogedor. Volveríamos a repetir.

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda, muy bien equipada para cocinar si uno lo desea. Pedir externa. Excelente ubicación. lo único es que no asean si tu estancia es menor a 4 noches, para nosotros no fue un problema, pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta. No tiene recepción x la tarde. Y hay shows de flamenco al lado que suele ser molesto, pero termina temprano.

Localización y buen servicio

Fue una buena selección. El apartamento es espacioso, muy limpio y con luz natural. Los empleados de la recepción fueron sumamente serviciales y dieron buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes de comida local, espectáculo de flamenco y puntos de interés. Está muy bien localizado del centro y hay muchas opciones de bares alrededor. Recomendado.

Unable to get clean towels after a few days, there is a fee. The rooms don’t get clean not even the trash. Other then that the stay was pleasant

We stayed in room 11 top floor the apartment itself was clean and comfortable however the outside terrace was shabby and dirty cigarette butts, dirty ashtray, the furniture was dirty and some broken, gate did not shut properly. They offer free mini bar was not given, the icebox in the fridge needed defrosted. There is no common area which is shown in the pictures this is now used for staff. There is a reception area. I think Expedia need to show correct pictures of the outside space or take down the ones shown same for the common room. If free mini bar is no longer available please remove it. The apartment itself met our need for 3 nights as the location is great.

Bruyant avec restauration rapide à proximité va et vient de scooters pour livraison jusqu'à tard le soir. A 7h30 le matin les travaux commence dans la rue. Logement triste et peu accueillant. Les avantages parking en face et proche des activités à pied. Je ne conseils pas cette établissements.

Avec la température de 40 degrés vécu en début juillet … la climatisation ne fournissait tout simplement pas . C’était très très inconfortable pour y dormir . La chambre est spacieuse et bien aménagé . Tout se fait à pieds facilement . Très bien situé .

It was a great location, and the apartment was adequately clean, but not pristine, and starting to show wear. There were no windows to the outside, so it felt a bit claustrophobic. All in all I’m happy with the stay given the location, but it felt more budget than we paid for.

The photographs on the expedia website was the main selling point to book this place, unfortunately the apartment looks nothing like the pictures. Very miseading and false advertising, don't know why expedia don't make any checks on the information. The paint was off the walls and gurniture. Had some mould on the windows and toilet. The toilet seat had issues, the toilet door won't and to add on you open the windows to find people drinking in open. The location was the only positive, hope companies like Expedia do some checks on what the companies says when advertising their properties. Really disappointed, don't fall for the pictures guys. It doesn't look anything like that. Reference flat 6&7

Situation idéale

Un très bon séjour. Le personnel toujours disponible pour rendre service. Une situation géographique parfaite, tout peut se faire à pieds. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Le canapé lit manque vraiment de confort. L'appartement est un peu sombre, juste pour dormir ca va.

Good location, walking distance from plaza de Espana and alcazar, just across the road from the river and lots of places to eat and drink. Compact apartment with everything we needed and a private roof terrace that was a little sun trap midday :-)

Comunicazioni con la struttura lente e difficoltose. Nessuna reception in nessun orario. Sala comune con caffe e acqua non agibile. Bella terrazza

Situation idéale pour visiter Séville, le logement est sécurisé et très propre, très bien équipé et confortable. Le ménage en milieu de séjour est appréciable. Le seul moins est la demande de caution par carte de bancaire à distance.. Pas très sécurisant. Nous espérons aucune mauvaise surprise

Apesar do mercado do Arenal em frente a área é calma e segura. Check-in e checkout funcionaram perfeitamente. Adoramos

Little Gem in Sevilla

Stay here!!! Service, location, amenities and comfort are all top shelf. We absolutely loved the apartment and will recommend this location to friends and family. One small gripe we had was that some of the IKEA furniture was a little loose, but it didn’t cause any issues. Well done!

We had a great time and the apartment was ideal in location and comfort to travel round Seville. The receptionist was also very helpful in suggesting places to visit.

The Zentral Arenal Suites provided a comfortable and convenient apartment in the heart of Sevilla. We were visiting for several days and enjoy having a simple kitchen to avoid eating out all the time. The studio spacious and well equipped and the kitchen appliances functioned well for our needs. The room has plenty of space and modern furniture and amenities. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Our room did not have any noise from the street or other rooms. Check-in and service was friendly and helpful. The location was close to the cathedral, river sights and all of the central attractions. When we return to Sevilla we will definitely return here.

Good location and well appointed

The apartment looks better in photos as it is an old building with a small bathroom and tiny shower. It is roomy otherwise with lots of kitchen space and equipment. Bedroom is nice but bed was too soft for me. It is quite good value and well located. Fine other than the bed and bathroom.

The position to visit Sevilla, was good. Room was adequate. The staff tried to be helpful. They concockted a scheme to extract an additional charge for the car park. They will tell you one thing but deliver another. Keep all your receipts and document everything.

Toller Städtetrip

Die Apartments liegen sehr zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Sie sind top ausgestattet. Fussläufig sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen. Toller Essenstip von der Dame am Empfang. Batholomea , gleich rechts und Mechele , einmal rechts um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. War ein toller Städtetrip.

雖然抵達跟離開的時候櫃台都不是營業時間 但飯店人員很友善的即時回答問題 抵達前也有些溝通好並提供密碼讓我們順利入住 房間滿舒服的 只是隔音不太好 所以有人進出都會有點吵雜 不過這好像是西班牙普遍的問題~ 總而言之滿好的

Highly recommended property

The property was very clean, looked very nice and was very comfortable. Coffee machine and a variety of coffee capsules were supplied so we could enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Excellent location to most of the tourist attractions that is, within walking distance. Near the river where it was very scenic.

Lovely city, Savilla! Apartment is comfortable, although sometimes is quite noisy from the neighbor, but it is quiet at night, I love the place, will come again :)

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is well situated and very close to many of Seville’s tourist attractions.

走路可以到許多觀光景點，很方便，附近吃的也不少。地下停車場在附近，一天18歐元，入口很窄要小心。房間不大，住兩人剛好，住四人有點擠，沙發床拉出來幾乎沒有走動空間，櫃台時間很短，要注意入住時間。旁邊是一間佛朗明哥舞餐廳，晚上7：00表演時很吵，住高一點樓層應該會好一點。

Avis mitigé à cause de l'isolation phonique

Décoration soignée, moderne mais bruyant. le logement que nous avons occupé était au 1er près de l'ascenseur, les personnes attendent devant la porte donc pas très sympa. D'autre part les chaises de la cuisine sont très belles mais les pieds sont en métal et elles sont lourdes du coup lorsque les personnes du dessus les traînent, le bruit est insupportable surtout le matin même avec des boules Quies. Pour résumer appartement bien équipé, bruyant à cause de la mauvaise isolation phonique.

Très bel appartement à proximité immédiate des arènes et des berges du Rio Guadalquivir pour aller manger des tapas de l'autre côté du fleuve dans une bodega du quartier de Triana. Possibilité de se garer dans les rues à proximité (parcmètre, mais gratuit pour nous samedi et dimanche). Un conseil, une fois une place trouvée, ne pas reprendre sa voiture. Se déplacer uniquement à pied. Le jeune homme à l'accueil, très souriant, s'est avéré très serviable et poli. A dix minutes de marche de la cathédrale et du magnifique Real Alcazar. A recommander +++.

整個單位大而無當，設施陳舊一陣霉味，杯子都沒一隻，用什麼飲水，地板也陳舊不平，雪櫃冰箱有漬連大門也陳舊不堪兼有空隙，有些少擔心安全，厠所細小，浴室也細小兼不去水，七，八點鐘落樓要帶電筒因沒照明，上樓可㩒燈制，住在這地方很不舒服，幸好床鋪尚算乾淨

Last minute booking due to flight cancellation, glad found this little gem. Clean and spacious apartment, beautifully decorated, good location, friendly staff, has elevator. If check in late, you will be getting code to get in yourself, instruction is clear but need to mention you have to push really hard to open within 2-3 seconds after click sound, it took me a while to get in hotel, other than that, everything else is great.

Super séjour ! Appartement super bien situé ! Grand et confortable. Personne à l’accueil adorable ! Je recommande vivement ! Le seul petit truc appartement sombre avec pas beaucoup d’ouverture sur l’extérieur.

아마도 세비야에서 가격대비 가장 훌륭한 호텔 아파트먼트입니다. 직원은 매우 친절하고 공간은 넓고 깨끗하며 잘 정비되어 있습니다. 수납공간이 많고 침대도 크고 편안하였고 큰 TV와 편안한 소파가 있는 거실도 만족스러웠습니다. 화장실이 약간 좁지만 잘 정비되어있어 사용하는데에 불편함은 없었습니다. 여러 조리기구를 사용할 수 있으며 티와 커피가 넉넉하게 제공되어서 즐길 수 있었습니다. 주변이 번화가가 아니기에 매우 조용합니다. 호텔에서 플라멩고 공연이 있는날의 저녁에만 약간의 소음이 있습니다만 오래 지속되지는 않습니다. 식료품시장 및 대형마트가 가까워서 음식을 사와서 조리하기도 좋습니다. 차량을 이용해서 접근하기는 좋습니다만 기차나 버스를 이용하는경우 터미널에서 약간 거리가 있다는점이 유일한 단점입니다.

The location was convenient to get around. Most places are close enough and walkable. But this is a very basic accommodation. There was only shampoo and lotion both of not a good quality, not anything else in the bathroom. The towels were old. When I checked in, I was not happy with the cleaning condition. The room was no frills as well. The cleaning service is every 3 days. The kitchen seemed well-equipped although I only used coffee machine, and wine glasses. After reading good reviews on google and expedia, although the number of reviews are limited, I chose this place. I would choose a different place after my experience but others can think differently based on their priorities.
