Buena experiencia

Me gusto la tranquilidad del sitio No me gusto que no limpiaron el apartamento lo suficiente Y solo nos cambiaron las toallas 2 veces en 8 noches Y tampoco que dejo de funcionar la cisterna del baño 2 veces, no hibo agua en el fregadero otro dia y el agua de la ducha salia fria sobre todo por las mañanas y con muy poca presion Aunque es verdad que cuando avisamos en recepción fueron rapidos arreglando el agua del fregadero y de la cisterna Volviendo a fallar la cisterna el ultimo dia

El apartamento no estaba preparado para 3 personas. Disponía de dos camas individuales y un sofá que no era sofá-cama. No hay cafetera y no disponíamos de jabón en el baño. Aún así repetiríamos la experiencia. La atención de recepción es genial y perfecta. Te preguntan todos los días si necesites el servicio de limpieza. Fueron muy atentos y simpáticos durante toda la estancia. Necesitábamos imprimir unos documentos y fueron muy agradables imprimiéndolos. La piscina está genial. El apartamento estaba limpio y los alrededores son muy bonitos. En definitiva, si hay que poner un “pero” el único sería el sofá cama o disponer de una tercera cama. El tamaño del apartamento para tres personas es perfecto.

El alojamiento un poquito descuidado. El personal encantador. Las toallas muy muy cutres. Limpian a diario.

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal del hotel, la limpieza impecable y el apartamento muy bonito y muy luminoso. Lo único un poco malo que hacía mucho calor y no se nos ocurrió alquilar el aire acondicionado culpa nuestra.

Un alojamiendo ideal para quedarse y ver la isla. Normalito, sin lujos y cumple la funcion principal.

Habitación y salón bastante grande. Recomendable.

Muy bien calidad - precio

Muy agradable el personal del apartamento, desde el principio se mostraron muy serviciales y nos facilitaron mucho nuestra llegada (tarde de madrugada). El apartamento estaba muy bien muy limpio y la cocina muy bien equipada, microondas, termo de agua, cafetera, tostadora... Las sartenes necesitan un cambio pero por lo general todo bien. La única pega que le vi fue que las camas no son muy cómodas, pero las almohadas que nos dieron eran extremadamente delgadas e incómodas, pero eso va a gustos. Pero calidad precio, muy bien. La zona es súper tranquila y está bien situada. La playa está cerca, aunque es muy turística y hay de mejores. Los supermercados que están cerca son los express, por lo que son un poco caros, nosotros fuimos a Tías a comprar.

A 10 minutos andando del mar y de la zona de restaurantes y bares. Muy recomendable y barato. Sólo dos puntos negativos: 1.Cortes de electricidad si llueve. A mi me llovió tres días,que ya es mala suerte en un lugar como Lanzarote que no lo hace casi nunca, y los tres hubo cortes de electricidad que te dejan a oscuras completamente. 2. La WIFI es bastante lenta,apenas sirve para nada, y te obliga a tirar de tu conexión de datos.

Fantastica estancia . Repetiremos

La estancia ha sido muy agradable.El viaje lo hice yo sola con mis dos hijos de once y doce años. El apartamento limpio y el personal amable. La ubicación perfecta cerca de la playas y alejada del bullicio nocturno aunque estbamos cerca de la zona de ocio no se escuchaban ruidos ningunos . Relación calidad percio buena .Muy recomendable.

Para llegar a la playa se debe caminar como 20 minutos. No hay aire acondicionado. Las camas y los cojines son muy muy duros. Todo lo demás está muy bien. El lugar es espacioso, tiene una nevera, cocina, microondas. La habitación que nos dieron esta a dos pasos de la piscina (la número 7). No hay recepción todo el día, sino que sólo por unas cuantas horas. El wifi es pésimo.

Great stay, especially for the price

The front desk workers are very accommodating and helpful. The room is very clean and it had everything we needed. We were a little too far from the reception desk for the wifi to work inside the apartment but it worked on our porch. It's in a very quiet area and it's a short walk to the town and touristy areas.

Rapport qualité prix au top

Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Peut-être revoir le frigo dont il manque pas mal d’étagère et la propreté du micro ondes. Sinon il y a tout ce qu’il faut comme ustensiles, ménage, piscine. Calme

Struttura molto carina, con piscina, facilmente raggiungibile e con possibilità di parcheggio. In 10 minuti a piedi si è al lungomare di PdC, la posizione è inoltre ottima se si vuole girare l'isola. Appartamento spazioso, con servizio di pulizia giornaliero. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Relaxing Holiday

It was ideal for our holiday, very quiet relaxing, pool very nice. If you wanted to stroll down to the front it was a 10 minute walk till you arrived at the Casino and restaurants, or €3 in a taxi to Matagorda or Los pocillos.

Siamo ormai clienti abituali e ci siamo trovati benissimo come sempre. La disponibilità di Mingo è stata eccezionale ed il posto è in una posizione ideale e tranquilla.

Peut mieux faire niveau propreté

Très bien situé, extérieur agréable avec une belle piscine bien entretenue. En revanche les appartements laissent à désirer en matière de propreté car le ménage n'est pas fait, on nous change uniquement les poubelles et le pq au quotidien. Les serviettes quand on nous demande mais c'est tout. Cela mériterait beaucoup plus d'attention pour notre confort, une semaine sans même un coup de balais ! Personnel cela dit agréable et disponible.

Gracias La Laguneta

Tout était bien pour ces vacances à la laguneta. C'est bien entendu simple mais le prix est abordable. C'est situé à 5 minutes des restos et la plage. La voie express est proche et les supermarché aussi. Petite piscine agréable. Gracias.

Peaceful stay- La Laguneta Apartments

Lovely relaxing stay which is what we wanted. Outside Puerto de Carmen, but a 10mins walk and you're on the front. Friendly staff who were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Bed was a little hard for us, some people like hard beds. Lovely pool, well maintained and there's a pool table. Only a 1€ if you want to use. There's a local shop a 3 min walk if you forget anything, but go to the main stretch and theirs a Spar shop near that area. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Liked every thing about our apartment Please dont go and expect to walk in to a fully equipped kitchen it is all basic but workable There is family feeling about the place People go two ,three times per year and we hope to go back next year

Etablissement très agréable. Piscine devant les logements. Calme, propre.

Property was lovely and quiet and staff were very helpful. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning so maybe the bedding could be changed more often because of this.

- Vermutlich gab es nur eine Decke pro Person. Als Einzelperson im Zweibettzimmer hatte ich aber zwei Wolldecken zur Verfügung. - Ich kann die Sauberkeit der Decken nicht bemängeln, hatte aber Zweifel, ob sie wirklich nach jedem Besuch gewechselt werden. - Das Geschirr in der Küche war etwas knapp.

Stayed at their annex , just across road from main complex, quiet block of 8 apts i think, small pool to cool off in . Stayed in apt No 23 ,2 bed rooms, for us it was fine ,had a choice of 4 single beds...rooms cleaned 6 of our 7 day stay....kitchen fine just basic etc... little bit of a trek to main playa front . enjoyed our stay and would go again...

Good place to stay close to Puerto del Carmen

Very clean apartment and 10 minutes walking to Puerto del Carmen main area. Fantastic swimming pool and very kind staff. Highly recommended!

struttura ottima da usare come base per girare l'isola. molto semplice e senza pretese. ha comunque una piccola piscina. il personale è gentile. Non è un 5 stelle e si nota

residence carino e comodo ai servizi, peccato che non essendoci reception sempre aperta o custode la notte alcuni ospiti facevano casino, giocando a biliardo, squamazzi negli spazi comuni fino a tarda sera. Pulizia accettabile , accessori gli indispensabili

Everything was very good, a 10 min walk to restaurants, shops and beach, food was an excellent standard. Rooms were fine everything you needed. Pool was unfortunately cold. But would definitely go back

Appartamento funzionale e carino

La spiaggia è relativamente vicina (500 metri a piedi) ma per raggiungere il "centro" di Porto del Carmen bisogna prendere l'auto o camminare un bel po'. L'appartamento in sé è carino e funzionale, i letti sono però tutti singoli (dettaglio correttamente segnalato nella descrizione): consigliato per piccoli gruppi di amici, meno per coppie o famiglie.

Nice, clean apartament...could have more kitchen appliances but we manage all in all good experience.

Clean apartment with poolside view

Nice clean apartment with all day sunshine next to pool where sun beds always available. If no beds next to pool there were 2 on everyone’s balcony anyway! Good facilities in room- toaster, microwave, kettle, clothes horse. Free WiFi with good signal! No hairdryer/aircon. Reception closed on arrival but quick phone call to number on door & someone was there in 2mins. Good checkout time of 12pm. Downside is the location- away from resort action (10min walk to the front) but I guess it was nice and quiet up there.

Appartamento senza grandi pretese

Appartamento comodo per chi ha intenzione di noleggiare una macchina,vicino all aeroporto e comodo per chi ha voglia di raggiungere vari punti dell isola,la pulizia e il wi fi sono migliorabili, manca il phoon, per il resto tutto ok mi sono trovato bene

stayed 9days room clean staff very helpful and friendly nice peacfull and relaxing holiday with absolutely no issues this is a lovely place and im already planning to return all the guests were very nice too everybody spoke to everybody well worth a visit

We stayed here earlier this year and it's perfect for middle aged people, close to all amenities.

Bel posto, tranquillo

Molto comodo arrivarci, con la fermata del bus n.161 (quella dell'aeroporto) a 50 metri. A circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, nessun problema, forse curare un po' di più alcuni particolari, tipo cambio lenzuola dopo 7 giorni, magari una spugna e detersivo per i piatti...2 bustine di the, ma nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

summer in Lanzarote

It seems that "no airconditioning" is the standard in the canarias. This is fine for most of the year, I guess, but especially for July and August this is NOT fine. It's just too hot.

Fab hol

The apartment was as it stated standard clean and tidy, cleaning staff came everyday to see if you wanted ur room cleaning , it is not 5* so do not expect it , and as the spansh say if it can be repaired repair it ,overall would go again , reception and all the staff are very helpful , the pool could not be any closer and cleaned regulary so chilled on this hol did not want to come home .

overall good for the money

Nice pool, apartments are large with usual cooking facilities. TV was tiny so didn't bother with it. Slightly rough around the edges but they're trying to hit a low price point. I got exactly what I expected and wasn't disappointed

Appartamenti a ridosso del mare

Struttura ben curata, ottima piscina, splendida posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare e a 20 dalle spiagge. Pulizia giornaliera del monolocale ma in 5 giorni/4 notti non c'è mai stato un cambio asciugamani, nonostante l'avessi chiesto. Posate e attrezzatura da cucina minimal. Non c'è una tovaglia, nè nessun accessorio come sapone o detersivo per i piatti. Reception con orari molto limitati, ma estrema gentilezza per conservare i bagagli anche in orario di chiusura.

Friendly place to stay.

This hotel has lovely staff who really try to help in any way that they can, the apartments are a bit shabby but on balance with what they charge , what can one expect. I enjoyed my stay here, the gardens and pool are well kept, the rooms are basic , two rings to cook on, a microwave , kettle, coffee maker and fridge frezer , lots of cupboard space , tv ,wardrobe space, free wifi, free safe, beds are a bit hard, and the pillows flat, but you can ask staff for extras .theres a shower over the bath with unlimited hot water , towels were changed twice during my weeks stay and the sheets once, also regular light cleaning provided. For the money you got quite a lot , I would stay here again.

Great value for money. Only downside were the terrible bed quality. Very squeaky and almost breaking apart

Disappointing

A disappointment. Our patio faced directly out on to a white painted wall past which everyone walked on accessing their own apartments. Kitchen equipment & utensils sparse & with exception of the 2 ring hob, were old & tatty. We were in no 17 on the ground floor which was part of an annex across the road from the main block & sadly for the first 4 nights had a very noisy party in the apartment above. Banging, shouting & swearing badly until the early hours. The pool on this side of the road was small & extremely uninviting. We looked at the area at the main block & this seemed far superior to the annex, with an inviting pool, nice lounging areas, pool table, being a massive improvement from where we were put. The apartments were a long way, uphill from the resort area & we did not consider tackling this walk. Plenty of taxi's about for those who struggle with walking & hills. The newly refurbished bathroom with an inviting walk in shower was the only bonus but spoilt by only 1 of the 4 light bulbs working & the cistern sticking on most flushes. Luckily we found a way to free this after each flush. Did not report these until our departure as not a lover of work men entering our rooms whilst not being present as other reviews have mentioned things going missing.
