Es el PEOR hotel en el que me he hospedado en toda mi vida. JAMÁS me sentí MAS TIMADA y ENGAÑADA que en ese HORRIBLE LUGAR. Hay mucha diferencia entre las fotografías del Hotel y la realidad. NADA MÁS ALEJADO DE LA REALIDAD QUE LAS FOTOGRAFÍAS DE ESTE ESPANTOSO LUGAR. VIEJO, DESCUIDADO, SUCIO, MUEBLES ASQUEROSAMENTE DESVENCIJADOS, ESO NO ERA ANTIGUO, ERA DEPRIMENTE Y SIN MANTENIMIENTO. HABÍA HASTA TELARAÑAS POLVOSAS EN LAS PAREDES, SIN CONTAR LOS TAPICES DESGARRADOS DE VIEJOS!! ESPANTOSO!! NOCHE DE ESPANTO. Very close to all the interesting places in Venice. Very kind personal and very comfortable and quiet. Old lovely palazzetto.

Incredible. Definitely a must stay, would repeat. BUT, don't eat at the restaurant. The fixed menu deal they offer upon arrival is not worth it. Too expensive and not tasty and only includes few options and no drinks. The hotel is great but eat anywhere else.

Fantástico palacete en fantástico emplazamiento. Romántico y muy bien situado. Despierta escuchando el piano del conservatorio adyacente. Maravilloso.

Wir haben schon einmal in dieser Unterkunft übernachtet. Leider hatten wir diesmal Pech mit unserem Zimmer, welches sehr sehr klein war und eher einer Abstellkammer gleich war. Besser bei der Buchung in einer höhere Kategorie investieren. Ansonsten super freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und echt gute Lage!! :)

Beautiful

Lovely hotel, room was beautiful. Was initially concerned when there were no curtains. As I’m a light sleeper, was worried about light coming in - but it was fine. I did find the room a little cold, my husband found it hot! But the room was gorgeous. We stayed in the deluxe conte. It had a lounge area, the bathroom was huge. Fantastic shower - the room also has wardrobes / hob / sink tucked away. I would stay here again. The breakfast was also very tasty and all staff we met were very friendly. It made our first time in Venice really special. The location was also perfect.

Kaldığımız oda ne yazık ki internette fotoğraflarını gördüğümüz odayla alakasızdı. Fotoğraflardaki odadan çok daha küçük ve banyosu çok daha kötü durumda olan bir odada kaldık. Otel bu konuda yardımcı olamayacağını söyledi ve dilersek ödeme yapmadan çıkabileceğimizi belirtti ancak o gece için o anda başka bir otel bulma ihtimalimiz de olmadığında kabul etmek zorunda kaldık. Bunun dışında resepsiyon personelinin yaklaşımı ve ilgisi iyiydi. Ayrıca Otelin konumu genel olarak güzel bir yerde diyebilirim.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly which was fine however the overall experience was poor. Breakfast was 18€ per person which is ridiculous considering you can find much cheaper options not even a 5 minute walk away. The room was ok. Smelt “old” and was very poorly laid out. The washroom had a shower that was protruding into the bedroom and was completely exposed to the window across from it. Not only that but it someone walked in front of it while someone else was using the toilet you’d get a full view. Just seems like poor planning.

This hotel was fantastic! Very friendly staff, I highly recommend trying the restaurant. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room you see in the pictures is not what you'll get! Upon check-in, we were given a room so tiny that the fridge was placed in the bathroom. Initially, one of the staff members informed us there was no breakfast included. After complaining about the room size, the "manager" moved us to a different room but mentioned that the previous room had breakfast included, not the new one. The new room had no hot water (fortunately, it was very hot in Venice at the time). Upon checkout, another staff member asked if we enjoyed our breakfast, stating it was included in the room. This was frustrating as we had been told otherwise and missed out on breakfast. When I mentioned the lack of hot water, the staff's response was simply "OK." The building itself is beautiful, and the location is excellent. However, be aware of the poor management and misleading pictures.

what a great place to stay in the middle of everything in Venice. Walkable to everywhere, great food nearby, all the places you want to go with easy access. The hotel is spectacularly beautiful as well and everyone helpful

Please beware if you book a room at the top, I believe we had a superior room, heat rises and although it was rainy and dreary it was HOT UP THERE! Apparently during the month of May, they do not run the AC at all. When we were in the lobby it was COLD. However our room was uncomfortably warm and the only thing was to open windows and have a fan! I wish we were told this. We were not recognized as Expedia VIP members, no perks. Communication regarding getting there via water taxi was great, and although it’s very pricey- $70 it’s definitely worth it! We used a porter for $40 and it was such a long trek (this bares no relevance to the eating- just giving info). I wanted to stay on the canal but had no view, no possible upgrade, so a little disappointed. It’s very dated, but I definitely expected that. Water runs hit which was good to a fault lol A little further back but I do feel like I got a true Venetian experience here! And paid for it.

It’s a magic place

There is a unique charm in staying an old palace like this. I can see why some may prefer a more modern hotel (ex: stairs are pretty steep). We loved our time there and the staff was fantastic. We were in the suite Prestige and it's incredible. A few days to remember.

Amazing historical Palazzetto with stunning historical artefacts, features and Canale Grande front location and its own pier. The room was a trwat in the main part of the Palazzetto - and also had historic details plus modern conveniences. The staff is mixed - the daytime (male)front desk staff very unpleasant as per other reviews, but the Friday night shift was very friendly. The bar tender (Andrej) was very attentive and mixed good drinks - a nice surprise for a small house. The building has many little treasures to discover, hope I can be back!

If you want the real Venetian experience, stay here! Excellent staff, rooms, food, and location. You feel like you stepped back in history the minute you enter the plaza to walk the narrow streets and path to the hotel.

A day before checking in, I sent the hotel a message via the Expedia booking about the best way to get there with suitcases from the train station and never received a reply. Upon arriving at the station I found a FAQ on their website saying via water taxi or ferry to Accademia and it’s just over the bridge. It forgot to mention the bridge is entirely stairs and torture to move suitcases over which would’ve changed our choice. The man who greeted us was very rude and had a rant to us (when we didn’t ask) about the restaurant staff not being around the next day. Both he and the person who moves luggage were very very snobby, judgemental and rude all trip. The male receptionist also preferred to gossip than stay at reception and I saw people collect their own stored bags and I put my keys on the hook behind the desk myself when he was busy chatting upstairs instead of being at the desk. I found this highly unsafe when bag storage is in the open and keys are left at reception with no receptionist. The breakfast buffet had very little hot food, but a wide variety of dessert snacks and pastries. We were thankful it wasn’t included since the eggs were empty and not replaced in the whole 1 hour we sat there. The room suite was very nice and we appreciated it blocked the light well. There were renovations directly outside the window early every morning, but also afternoon music sounds from next door we enjoyed. It wasn’t a modern room by any means, but it was fine.

The hotel was difficult to find and upon arrival we were instructed to carry our own bags up 4 flights of stairs! The actual palace was impressive because of its age and furnishings but the customer service is lacking!

Receptionist were ok but the rest of the hotel staff should be more friendly; especially the door man. I have not felt well being close to him.

Rooms were not as described. Air conditioning was off the first two nights of our stay. Walls are paper thin, you can hear the people in the next room using the bathroom. Finally the mini fridge is in the bathroom on the floor next to the toilet, absolutely gross.

AC not functioning on the second floor of the building, rooms are small and aged, clean overall but no outlets working, AC is not central is a split and was not working we sleep with 30 degree all night, night audit unable to offer us a fan or a fresh bottle of water and not even able to accommodate us in another room, only one room was left and he was waiting for others guest to arrive. In the morning they treated us like we would annoying them due to the AC complaint, they ruined our first day in Venice we couldn’t sleep or even open no one of the windows in the room, front desk very rude, I am fluently Italian speaker and I heard them talking about the AC situation like it was a disturb for us having us as a guest, we are paying guest, we ask at least for a fan or anything to make it trough the night and all our requests were ignored. We decided to switch hotels the next day and they were unable to offer a refund or neither a complimentary breakfast or only one apology for the inconvenience, they got annoying when we walked out and went to look for another accommodation. Do not stay here RUN away this place is not accommodating and the staff night audit staff is incompetent and extremely rude.

Ants everywhere! Filthy rugs in the room. Broken stairs (and about 100 of them to get to the room!). Wi-Fi that barely worked. No A/C Staff was somewhat friendly but not all, and not helpful in rectifying terrible condition

Our stay was great. The room was huge perfectly located in the heart of Venice. We could see gondolas bass by our windows. The only thing that was not great was the condition of the rooms is a bit run down. The shower was not in good shape, ceilings had leaks and just overall needs a facelift. The main lobby, sitting room and common areas of the Palazzo were great and well taken care of.

Beautiful views and excellent staff.

First of all, the staff was charming and helpful. However, we were quite disappointed with our room. We felt there was some false advertising. Our room (the Arabella) had a portable bathroom that was not any bigger than a camper. It was advertised to have a bidet and toilet with shower. Instead it was a hand held shower head. The room was also located past the cleaning closet. It smelled of cleaning fluid and dirty mop. The worst part was we left a day early after getting bed bug bites on our bodies and faces! Wi-Fi didn’t work in the room. The staff worked to remedy this with a booster with little success. Again, the staff was kind. It was a charming hotel- with good food and service, but I would stay away from the Arabella room.

This property is old world charm and decadence. We stayed at the Grand Pisani Suite, and felt like we were transported back in the Gilded times. A simple research will show you that this was a property of one of the noble families in Venice, the Pisanis, and this home was preserved well and now serves as a hotel. Do not expect to see a modern hotel that we’re all used to, but understand that this hotel is trying to show you how it was to live in old Venice. My boyfriend and I loved every single second of our stay. The staff was phenomenal. Ricardo made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t have to drag our suitcases on bridges, alleyways, as they have their own private dock, leading directly to the reception area. The building is situated right next to the music conservatory, but we were not awaken by any sounds coming from there, instead, we hear it on our way out the property. Piano playing and other instruments drift from the conservatory’s window, as you walk past the conservatory, right after you exit the building, giving the experience an other worldly feel. The property is a 10-15 min walk from piazza san marco and is an easy walk anywhere else. Outside the hotel, is a piazza with a whole lot of dining options and liveliness as well. Overall, our favorite hotel out of the 3 hotels we stayed in on our Italy trip. Would not consider any other hotel coming back to Venice, but Palazetto pisani!

The hotel staff was generally friendly and accommodating, but there were a few issues during our stay that I wish to address. My partner and I were very disappointed with the ongoing construction from the hotel outside our suite window. We would have appreciated being informed about the extent and intensity of the construction noise prior to our arrival as it was excessively loud and disruptive, highly impacting our ability to relax and enjoy our stay. I hope in the future that the team notifies guests when such circumstances arise, as it greatly affects the overall experience. There was also a significant lack of clarity regarding the cost of breakfast. Upon checking in, the front desk mentioned the breakfast timings, but unfortunately, there was no clear indication whether it was included in our stay or if there was an additional charge. We consulted the information book in our room, which only provided prices for "late breakfast" and lunch (both priced at €20 pp). This lack of clarity led my partner and me to assume that the breakfast service was complimentary. Consequently, we were quite shocked and dismayed when we discovered that the actual charge for breakfast was €28 pp, making it an unexpectedly expensive meal particularly considering we only ate bread, cheese, and fruit. The concierge desk was dismissive to our concern over these costs due to the lack of transparency. We will be requesting a refund for these charges, but I'm doubtful of a positive response.

Fantastic experience staying here. Great location and close to Accademia bridge and waterbus. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we felt very welcome. Definitely recommend

You get what you pay for but can wish for more

Our arrival in the evening, reception remains very gracious in welcoming us and taking us to the room while a bellboy brings our luggage after. The hotel allows you to experience the spatial appointments of a “doge’s” life or a duke as the building is adorned with the Pisani’s family’s furniture. I didn’t have time to wander as I was there for only a night. It would be nice to provide more light in the tunnel that leads to the palazzo so it would feel safer, and also easier to find. However, it was only for a few seconds upon entering the pathway until a warm welcome entrances you to a rich but discreet lobby. Staying in one of the non-canal facing suites, the winding corridors could use a cleaner and fresher smell. Corridors are carpeted and it felt stuffy. My Asian influence is uncomfortable with many mirrors in the room, one in front of our bed, and one facing a door but they were very kind to drape a white blanket on the one in front of my bed. They do not skip a beat in ensuring your peace of mind and comfort. The shower handle can be fixed better but the room’s wall and furniture surfaces seem be cleaned daily. Bath are by Culti. The dining area is a feast - you are able to breathe, see light and feel the breeze in front of the grand canal. Breakfast in another room was widely assorted from pastries to cold cuts, yogurt and dairies and Prosecco and fresh strawberries. At the very least good, but not really too fresh, especially the brioches.

We loved this boutique hotel! Location perfect overlooking the canal. It is off the beaten path and has so much charm. The staff were incredible and accommodations were perfect. They actually upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite which was a nice surprise. We took a water taxi directly from their lobby to the train station…so convenient and such a unique experience! I would highly recommend. We will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel

Staff was great but it is hard to get to this property as it’s far from main entrance into Venice area. Additionally rooms DID NOT HAVE grand canal view and they wanted like extra 400 euros onto of the 300 we paid already. Not really ideal overall.

Run down property. Got a gigantic room with the view on the 3rd floor and had to climb quite steep staircase. Although I was happy with very large room, the place is very old and tired, water pressure quite weak, windows keep opening in the night by the wind, got bunch of mosquito bites, given the size of the room, the number of outlets was quite low. Staff barely spoke english. When past 12am, we had to ring a bell to have somebody come out to open the door for us. Due to the location by the water, we had to walk on boards when water comes in as water swells over the street. Location was ok but not the best considering Venice is a pretty small area.

Gorgeous old palazzo style hotel on the bank of the Grand Canal. Yes it really is down that passageway, and through that arch, and down the end of the music conservatory! Beautiful throughout, the breakfast room is stunning and the breakfast itself very enjoyable although a little pricey. The balcony in the bar overlooking the grand canal is something else. We spent an amazing evening drinking cocktails, listening to Italian music, watching the sun go down over the Grand Canal, and saying cheers to any passing water taxis. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic! From the hotel location to the view to the staff… superb! This historic property retains its charm while offering incredible views of the Grand Canal. Very centrally located in a walkable area. The property is gorgeous, but please understand it is not the Hilton - which is a great thing to Us. The furniture is very much period correct, so you will find a few things that show age because they are old and beautiful. Do not come expecting sleek, modern lines - but to appreciate the history of this place. Our room was up several stairs, so those with mobility issues should inquire before booking. Would absolutely seek this property out on a return visit!

Hotel was a little difficult to locate at the start as the entrance is hidden in an alley. The hotel is a bit old and probably need some refurnishment. The room we booked was the suite which was very spacious and had several rooms. However, the condition of the room is a bit old so probably need some renovation. The palace would have potential and the location is very convenient, however, unfortunately it lacks basic maintenance (door knobs, closing windows, drawers) resulting in decadent rooms, far from “deluxe”. The bathroom is a minuscule caravan-like toilet hidden by a curtain, overall definitely not a 4 star.

fun boutique hotel near the Domo. The staff was amiable and helpful. Remember this is a 500 year old building so it has its charm and issues. But you'll enjoy it.

Great place to stay in San Marco

This is a very authentic hotel, well kept that sets you in a Venetian vibe! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I could recommend something, do take the water taxi to the hotel! It gets you straight in the lobby! Something unique and very enjoyable!

The property was interesting and many beautiful aspects. Mt room wasn’t as nice as the pictures and needs updates. Very sore sleeping on a mattress that you can feel the springs and hear them when you turn. Please fix the lock and light fixtures properly. I made the best of it.

Much like the pictures, enjoyed the stay

It has the delightful decadence of a grand palazzo including the large Murano glass chandelier in our room. Spacious and reasonably modern bathroom. Pretty much as in the pictures, although the rooms connect by winding corridors. A good breakfast selection. Very quiet location, just the odd boat on the canal outside the window. Near the Accademia bridge so easy to go places either side, lots of very good restaurants within 10min walk. Stayed 4 nights for my birthday, enjoyed the stay.

Hotel tres bien situé, avec une grande chambre et avec le charme d un vieux palais venitien. Mais nous ne recommandons pas du tout : vetusté de la salle de bain, escaliers etroits pour accéder a la chambre, mobilier peu fonctionnel, peu de lumiere,..

Hotel with character

A hard to find hotel, tucked away behind a small square and passage way. I loved the elegant, old-world style of the rooms. But the down side of this was carrying heavy luggage up the stairs to our room. The dining areas upstairs only have two small balconies overlooking the grand canal and we were disapointed to not sit on one for breakfast since you need to reserve them ahead. But all in all we had an enjoyable stay.

Quaint hotel with great canal views right across from Guggenheim. Very convenient location to all the sites & shops. Have to pay for your own parking/ water taxi, but hotel will reserve water taxi.

Ich war bereits zum 3. mal im Palazzetto Pisani. Das Zimmer war leider diese mal nicht optimal. Im Parterre, auf der Höhe des Kanals. sehr kleine Fenster, die sich auch nicht öffnen ließen. Dadurch war es sehr dunkel im Zimmer. Die mobile Klimaanlage, die für die Frischluftzufuhr sorgte, war so laut, dass sie beim Aufenthalt im Zimmer ausgeschaltet werden musste. Insgesamt mehr das Gefühl in einer Gruft, als in einem Zimmer zu sein. Schade, da die Zimmer in den Aufenthalten davor durchaus ansprechend waren.

Ambivalente Gefühle

Gebuchte Zimmerkategorie war nicht verfügbar, 2 Stunden Verhandlungen beim Check-in. Versprochene kompensatorische Leistungen (div. Mahlzeiten) wurden am Ende abgelehnt und teuer berechnet(?!) Zustand insgesamt verbesserungsbedürftig, manche Detailpflege überfällig. Antike Mosaikböden in bemerkenswert gut erhalten. Lage sehr gut, ebenso Zimmergrösse. Alles leider mit Besteigen von vielen sehr steilen Treppen. Speisesaal elegant und intim, Balkone zum Kanal Grande. Speisen im Restaurant überteuert, Qualität wechselnd, z.B. zähe Lammkeule und Filetsteak, beides absurderweise mit Parmesan überbacken(?!?)☹️. Frühstück gute Qualität.

Eleganter kleiner Palast von 1501 direkt am Canal Grande, wohnen wie im Museum, gut gepflegte und erhaltene Patina. Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal, Speisen im Speisesaal mit Kanalblick und -Balkonen hervorragend. Suiten großzügig, unsere war mit phantastischer Stuckdecke und antikem Kamin. Badezimmer groß in komfortabel. Hoffentlich bald wieder!

Loved the old vintage feel. Building was charming. We has an executive suite and it was very spacious. Modern bathrooms. Nice big windows with canal view. Large window sill was a perfect seat for my daughter to sit and draw. Old antique furniture. Recommend taking a private taxi to hotel as finding it on foot my be tricky. Great location too!

Absolutely stunning location, right on the Grand Canal with amazing views. The rooms, restaurant and bar were beautifully decorated.

Hotel magnifico in palazzo d'epoca. Posizione centralissima ma al tempo stesso defilato dalle vie con maggiore passaggio. Stanze con arredamenti d'epoca ma dotate di ogni confort e con bagni moderni e pulitissimi. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Lage mühsam, Eingang kaum zu finden. Seeehr veraltet und verwinkelt. Freundlich, sauber.

Dame an der Rezeption

Das Hotel ist leider sehr schwer zu finden, da es sich in einer nicht einsehbaren Gasse ohne jegliches Hinweisschild befindet. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war bei unserem Anruf wenig hilfsbereit, um uns bei der Suche nach dem sehr versteckt gelegenen Hoteleingang zu unterstützen. und ausgesprochen unflexibel und nicht darauf bedacht, den Gast zufriedenzustellen, als wir uns nach einer langen und beschwerlichen Reise bei ihr erkundigt hatten, ob es eventuell möglich sei, unser gebuchtes Zimmer gegen ein anderes zu tauschen.

Nuits dans un palais venitien au prix tres abordab

Quelle suite magnifique digne des grands palaces venitiens. Les chambres sont disseminees un peu partout dans le palais. On y accede par de nombreux escaliers. Tapisseries au mur, mobilier d epoque lit armoire bureau chandeliers jusqu au gramophone qui fonctionne. Salle de bain moderne et en tres bonne etat Salle du petit dejeuner avec immense cheminee et 5m d hauteur sous plafond.un vrai voyage dans le temps dans ce palais. Si vous commandez un bateau taxi pour repartir acces direct de la reception par une passerelle pour embarquer. Quel souvenir inoubliable !

Presitge del Doge is very beautiful

The hotel is situated near Accademia but a bit hard to find as we had to work pass a musical institution in a dark, narrow alley. We stayed in the famous Prestige del Doge. The room is beautiful as it apprears in the photos but smaller than we expected. The restaurant is outside the room so it might be a bit not private even there was no noise coming in the room. The bathroom is large but difficult to use since the floor is carpet and it might get soaked easily.

BEWARE booking a superior suite; we booked 2 suites and neither were anything like the website description. Look up the previously warned about apartments, they're re-badged as Suites. Our view was onto walls described as court yards, the rooms were dark! The shower went hot and cold depending on water being used elsewhere,so it went cold when you were halfway through washing your hair and took 3 to 5 mins to warm up again, to then be too hot. The rooms walls were dirty, the floor in one had holes and you got concrete dust on your feet. I was constantly bitten by mosquitos in the room. The air conditioning was noisy in both rooms, and only a portable unit in our bedroom which meant the sitting area was not air conditioned and too hot to be comfortable in, the second room's air conditioning struggled to cool the whole room and there is a boiler in this apartment that adds to the noise and keeps you awake. We complained about the rooms, having paid £446 in 2018 for a family of 4 per night, they could have put us into a better suite for 4 which they had but they refused quoting 'you pay for what you get' We feel completely ripped off! The hotel made a BIG deal about the room size, and then instantly locked the upstairs bedroom so that we couldn't use it. We stayed for 5 nights, the tiny wardrobe in the sitting room had only 5 hangers so we had to use the settees for our clothes. Nothing superior about these suites, will NEVER go back and staff just ignored us when wecomplained

High hopes dashed by a terrible reality

I booked (and prepaid for) the Executive Suite overlooking the Grand Canal with 2 king beds. I followed the directions that were emailed to me on how to get there from the airport, and they were so wrong that it delayed us by 2 hours. Rushing to get to our roopm so we could make our dinner reservation on time, we were informed they did not have a room for us! I told them I expected our room to be ready when we returned as we had to rush to make our reservation. Upon arriving later that evening, they had a room ready but it was not what I reserved. After speaking with 3 staff members, the night manager agreed to comp our dinner and drinks that evening and provide a water taxi the following day to the train station. Since this still did not account for the difference in room price and inconvenience, we were told the morning manager would provide us with a partial reimbursement paid in local currency; however, the morning manager refused. Also, we left our belongings locked in our room while we went for some last-minute sightseeing and brunch before departing. When we got back to our room, we noticed our luggage had been tampered with. We did not notice until we arrived at our next destination that something was missing from a backpack as well.

Hôtel de charme dans une magnifique demeure ancienne idéalement situé à San Marco au bord du grand canal entre pont du rialto et place San Marco. Le personnel est extra.

Dit hotel ligt aan de mooiste bocht van het Canal Grande. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Veel trappen, oude gebouwen, maar geweldig voor een authentieke Venetië ervaring!

Enchanting hotel close to the sights

From the moment we entered the hotel straight off the water taxi on the Grand Canal to the moment we left we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very helpful and spoke good English. The room was very good value, though access to it might not be too everyone's taste - across an alley from the main reception, up some stairs, through a mirror (really), down some stairs, along a cold corridor past an old gondola with the Grand Canal lapping its stern, and up some more stairs - but the kids thought it was great, and it certainly beats the usual anonymity of most international hotels. The room was warm, spacious and comfortable. The common areas were also enjoyable with the "lounge" having two small balconies overlooking the Grand Canal.

Une découverte super et un séjour excellent. J'ai adoré l'emplacement derrière le conservatoire de musique.

酒店沒有電梯，雖要搬行李。 鄰近碼頭的，可是要穿過暗暗的小巷回酒店。 大致整潔，唯洗手間有點污漬。 房內有mini bar , 水也是要收費的。

Bon hôtel mais surtout pas pour des personnes âgée

Très vieux hôtel(petit palais éffectivement) humidité dans les murs (normal c'est l'eau qui s'infiltre) le plafonnage tombe .... et propreté à revoir...Approche de l'hôtel très sombre et peu sécurisant et peu attrayant ...Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner, tb. le restaurant est cher pour les mets servis! Le chef cuisinier n'est pas à la hauteur d'un tel hôtel....Bon , mais rien de plus.

Viaggio indimenticabile

Posto centralissimo e allo stesso tempo tranquillo,staff molto cortese e disponibile, struttura incantevole, camere grandissime, caldissime e dotate di ogni confort..... assolutamente lo consiglio!!!!
