El trato del personal es estupendo y la limpieza muy buena. Y el desayuno por el precio q pagamos muy completo.

Me gustaron las instalaciones y la habitación. Estuvimos 4 días.No me gustó nada la atención al cliente ni el servicio de limpieza,no nos cambiaron las toallas ni las sabanas en los 4 días a pesar de estar sucias, la terraza ni la barrieron en todos los dias y estaba sucia ya que era el unico sitio que teniamos para comer en la habitacion puesto que no esta preparada para comer dentro.La TV cogía todos los canales menos los españoles ya que tenia puesto un PIN para impedirnos buscarlos. Tuvimos que pedir la cafetera y jabon para la ducha por que tampoco te lo dejaban, se limitaba a hacer la cama y punto.

Although it was a little difficult to find initially ,it was worth the search. I was given a warm reception and shown all facilities and then taken to the room which was perfect for me. If I had one criticism it was that the kitchen area wasn't particularly well equipped so cooking was limited, but it didn't detract from the stay. I must say a special thank you to Jessica, the receptionist who was so helpful and friendly and helped make my stay more enjoyable

Disfrutamos de un fin de semana excepcional. Tanto las instalaciones como el personal que nos atendieron nos encantó. Sin duda, repetiremos.

QUE NO TE ENGAÑEN

Todo fue mal desde el primer momento. Contratamos un Apartamento superior para 5 personas.....jaaaajaaaajaajja. La cerradura del apartamento estaba mal y era casi imposible abrir. Los muebles bastante viejos y la cocina muy sucia. Pedimos cambio de apartamento y nos enseñaron otro similar, así que nos quedamos con el primero porque, al menos, estaba una planta más abajo y tenía vistas a la piscina. No había productos de limpieza por lo que tuve que ir a comprar para poder limpiar la cocina que íbamos a utilizar. Algunos huéspedes muy escandalosos y sin respeto al descanso. Tras la primera noche, nos fuimos a la playa y volvimos por la tarde, la sorpresa del día era que no habían limpiado. A la mañana siguiente, tras dar las quejas, nos dijeron que irían a limpiar....cuando volvimos de la playa a las 3 de la tarde, tampoco lo habían hecho. La excusa era que la limpiadora no había podido abrir (pues claro, si es que la cerradura estaba mal, como ya dije.....). Por fin a las 5 de la tarde, vinieron a limpiar y recoger la habitación. Al siguiente día, después de aguantar una fiesta en la planta de arriba, nos fuimos. Apartamento superior significa aire acondicionado y vistas a la piscina!!!! Algo bueno: cerca de la playa y aparcamiento gratuito.

The property needs upkeep and maintenance. It has the potential to do well but even the restaurant served cold chicken wings and when they said they would remake it, they microwaved the food and reserved it to us.

Sehr freundlicher und professioneller Empfang. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und in einem tollen Zustand. Der Balkon ist groß und geht zum Pool raus, hat somit Sonne! Herrlich! Liegen am Pool vorhanden.

nice place - pool and grounds in particular / the apartment was large and well equiped - not the newest and could use an update (particularly the bathrooms), 10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. For the price, everything was in order

Great stay

It was nice to have a room with a kitchen, we could make are own meal and sit on the balcony overlooking the pool to eat. Slight inconvenience, there were no filters for the coffee maker and none available.

Eu e a minha família gostamos muito do espaço, bem localizado, boas áreas de diversão, bom ambiente, mas tivemos um pouco de azar pois o frigorífico não estava a refrescar e as nossas compras acabaram por estragar-se.

There was ants everywhere in the kitchen and rooms when we arrived. No frying pan, no dishwasher, or washing machine. Best part was the swimming pools to be honest. The pictures showed quite an modern rooms but we got quite simple old furniture type. Overall was ok

Une résidence à proximité de la mer, très bien entretenue. L'appartement est propre, mais vieillot, il mériterait d'être rénové, la climatisation fonctionne mais bruyante, la literie dans la chambre est correcte, le canapé utilisé dans le salon pour dormir est très ferme, convient à un ado mais difficile pour un adulte. On entend aussi les bruits extérieurs mais c'est du à des bâtiments qui sont vieux et pas isolés.

Bon accueil, villas spacieuses, personnel agréable mais piscine pas assez chauffée (un peu fraîche pour fin avril) et on entend un peu les voisins. Super séjour malgré ces 2 détails.

My superior studio was a spacious, clean apartment with a nice bathroom and a small kitchen. Good heating system and a decent sized balcony. All very quiet and safe. Staff were very helpful. Grounds were tidy. 10 minute walk to the main tourist strip.

Great service. We had small problem to begin with. When we told them about it we thought they would fix it in a day or so. No, they fixed it immediately and followed up the next morning .

Een net hotel op 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Door tijd van het jaar en mogelijk Corona waren restaurant en ontbijt gesloten. Hotelkamer met 2 pit inductie kookplaat, waterkoker, magnetron en koelkast. Dichtstbijzijnde supermarkten op 1 km afstand. Omgeving om het hotel minder geschikt voor mindervaliden ivm af- en oplopende straten. Verder een prima hotel voor kort verblijf.

Correu tudo bem durante a estadia e foram todos muito agradáveis

Hôtel plutôt pour des familles, confortable et propre, mais manquant de pas mal de choses dans l'espace kitchenette (éponge, torchon, liquide vaisselle....), eau chaude quasi inexistante au bout du 3ème jour. Dans le mail de réservation aucune référence à un test covid ou vaccination, à l'arrivée on nous a demandé un des 2, on a du faire un autotest sur place. Communication moyenne, personne au comptoir pour le check out.

Never payed a lot for the room expectEd to be in a corner somewhere or next to a lift but was delighted with the room I got everything was there and worked aswell we’ll maintain resort great for kids and not far from the beach reception was really welcoming also which makes a big difference to the start of the holiday

Super avec un personnel de réception très avenant, malgré les difficultés linguistiques.

Sijainti rauhallisella alueella, silti lähellä keskustaa, noin 1 km. Hyvä aamiainen. Kaunis kokonaisuus. Hiljainen Saimme inva-huoneen, ei todellakaan tilattu. Käskivät ottamaan Experiaan yhteyttä, eivät vaihtaneet huonetta. Ei ollut parveketta (must rantakohteessa), minikeittiö oli, mutta ei paikkaa syödä, ei pöytää, vain yksi tuoli. Laskutila täysin olematon. Kylpyhuone iso, mutta hankala, ei bidettä, suihkutaessa vesi roiskui minne sattui, olematon reuna ja vain suihkuverho.

I was in a family vacation. The view of this resort is awesome. Inside area is so nice as well. I liked it except one issue. Overal nice with comfortable price. Recommendable to others.

Room clean tidy very well signposted to find just could do with a table and second chair in room to eat breakfast as to cool to sit out around balcony table in the mornings.

Het is een super mooi hotel / appartement midden in een mooie woonwijk. Personeel is erg sociaal en hulpvaardig. Dagelijks worden de kamer verschoond. Je bent zo op de strand en genoeg bezienswaardigheden .

Séjour familial sympathique

Très bien, à proximité (10min à pied) de Praia Da Rocha. Petit complexe sympathique qui donne envie d’y rester un peu plus longtemps, dans les jardinets ou au bord de la piscine! Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et le jus d’orange pressées tous les matins ! ;)

Très bon séjour, faut juste savoir que les places de parking intérieur sont un peu petites, et dans certains cas éloignées des appartements, pour décharger pas facile, tout se fait par les escaliers. Près de la ville et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage "Praia da Rocha".

After a small hiccup with check-in (the posted address leads you to a block behind the check-in area) we had a very nice stay. The room/apartment was VERY large with a great double balcony overlooking the pool area. I was concerned about noise from the pool, but it was quiet until well after 10am. We did not pay for the all-inclusive features, but the property is a quick 10-15 walk to the main Praia da Rocha strip of restaurants, shops and activities (a hilly walk, but what isn’t in Portugal)!! My husband and I commented that staying on the actual strip would definitely be loud with bar music playing into the early morning hours. This property gave good proximity to the nightlife while giving you a quiet place to rest when you want to leave the hustle and bustle.

Family Holiday - August 2019

Bathroom and kitchen were tired and in need of renovation. This wouldn’t normally bother me but paying £160 per night I expect better.

Établissement impeccable et proche plage

Super emplacement. Très bon accueil. Service au top. Établissement bien tenu. Grande piscine. Le canapé dépliant n'est pas top pour le confort car pas idéal pour un couple(couchages pas à la même hauteur). Il manque aussi des lave-linge en libre service. Sinon rien à redire.

Nice grounds and a 10 minute walk from beach (block A-C side entrance). Apartments are a little basic but area really big and clean.

We loved our stay, the apartment was huge and well equipped, the pool area was immaculate, staff were great and the location was spot on - 5-10 min walk to Praia da rocha. We were self catering so can’t speak for the AI.

Clean rooms and helpful and friendly staff.

I was quite happy with my stay at Vila Rosa. My only complaint was the lack of sidewalks and therefore difficulty walking to the bridge and over the motorway to Praia da Rocha. Of course this is not the fault of Vila Rosa but it was hazardous walking at night. I'm 71 and fell once and injured knee and ribs. Took a taxi the last two nights. Also as I don't have phone or tablet would have appreciated a Wifi connected computer in the lobby. Desk clerk printed out my boarding pass for me, which was much appreciated.

Estadia agradável, apartamento espaçoso e arejado. Poderiam melhorar a culinária do restaurante.

Sehr laut (Haupthaus) Musik praktisch den ganzen Tag. Reggae schon morgens. Abends bis Mitternacht dann Live-Musik oder Karaoke. Langweiliges Frühstück in einem fensterlosen Raum. Der Poolbereich ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Genügend Liegen sind vorhanden. Aber auch wieder Musik. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber.

Pent sted. Ligger lit avsides. Manglet endel møbler i rommet. Betjeningen kunne ikke jobben sin.

Für das Geld darf man nicht mehr erwarten. Sauber und großzügig geschnittene Unterkunft, die leider etwas streng nach Insektenverniachtungsmittel roch. Wir hatten fur einen Nacht ein Superior Zimmer.

Little gem in the heart of Praia da Rocha

The check in staff were very efficient and helpful. The apartment was comparable to 4 star , with plenty of space, every amenity and very clean. They provided twin beds but at my request joined them to make a double. This was early season so not all on site facilities were yet open, but there are several outdoor pools. The WIFI could have been better but enjoyed my stay.

Sossego num local perto da praia, mas necessitando de uns 10´ a pé para chegar à praia ou de 5´de carro. O centro de Portimão também é atingível a pé, embora mais distante. Simpatia da recepcionista. Internet no quarto não funcionou.

　オフシーズンのため格安料金だったと思うけれど、価格から見て十分利用価値が高い。車利用の方がより良い。宿泊客が少ないためか一部サービスが制限されている場合がありそうだった。洗濯(乾燥)機を借りたけれど、40分の早仕上げを選択したら乾燥まで終わっていて助かった。 　ただし、この時期だけかもしれないが、WiFiが不安定で頻繁にネットワーク接続が途絶えた。また、この部屋タイプは電子レンジがなかったけれどやはりあると便利なので置いて欲しかった。

With its friendly staff and the way the apartments are spread on site, Clube VilaRosa succeeds in offering a pleasant stay for a successful holiday. Being situated just a short walk away from Praia da Rocha, it does make life easier to any holidaygoers who prefers a quiet area surrounded by everything within short reach. On our 4 nights stay, during New Years Eve, we had an enjoyable time apart from the WiFi which did not work at all, as our devices could not be connected whatsoever, so there is room for improvements on this part, as Clube VilaRosa advertises itself as a facility that offers WiFi services. It goes without saying that it most likely requires a much more powerful WiFi router. The kitchen had decent utensils but no detergent nor sponge have not been provided for washing up the dishes, so it needs attention on this bit. Clube VilaRosa does provide air con, so anyone may cool down or warm up when cold, which is good but not ideal nowadays. In terms of having a shower, our apartment had a boiler that was not able to cope with our demands on some occasions, meaning that if someone wants to have a longer shower or a soaking bath, the hot water will run out shortly. All in all, for a hassle free holiday, I would personally go for another accomodation, as Portimao offers a great variety of places to go for.

Lovely studio apartment within the hotel complex. The apartment has been recently upgraded to a lovely standard. As always at this aparthotel cleanliness is first class and its also peaceful and relaxed place to stay.

Vila rosa è una struttura molto grande con tutti i confort. Il monolocale è spazioso e dispone di un angolo cottura piccolo, ma ben realizzato. L'unica piccola mancanza è quella di un tavolino, ma è rimediabile usando quello del terrazzo. In novembre la reception chiude alle 19:00

Leuk klein resort, netjes en schoon. We hadden een fijn appartement met tuintje. De ligging van het resort is wat vreemd: midden in een woonwijk. Masr op slechts 10 minuten lopen zaten we al op het strand.

We stayed in a superior 2 bedroom self-catering apartment, which had all facilities required, including coffee machine, teapot, microwave, pots, pans, crockery, corkscrew, wine glasses, chopping board, utensils. We just had to buy washing-up liquid and food. The apartment has a large living room/front door entrance wirh a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom. The twin bedroom has a door leading to a patio area, as did the lounge. We had a large patio area with table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. I would recommend Clube Vilarosa superior 2 bed apartments to families. It is worth paying a bit more for all the facilities for an enjoyable holiday. It was fairly quiet when we stayed in October. It is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. A taxi costs only four to five euros each way. Most days we walked and returned by taxi.

Casa spaziosa con annesso uso piscina

La casa è spaziosa anche se il divano letto è piccolo, piscina annessa. Struttura con limitati posti auto ma si può parcheggiare comodamente in strada. Se arrivate con maps attenzione perchè vi lascia proprio dietro la struttura in quanto è un lotto residenziale molto esteso.

Appartement dans une résidence agréable avec 2 piscines proche de la plage et des commerces

Cette résidence et très bien situé à proximité en voiture d’une grande surface Continente. Avec 2 piscines et à moins de 10 min de la plage à pied localisation idéale. Ménage rapide effectué quotidiennement avec changement des draps et serviettes régulièrement. Points négatifs, frigo pas assez grand pour 6 personnes et pas en très bon état. Il manque pour un logement de cette capacité un lave vaisselle et un lave linge, il nous a manqué des poêles et des couteaux de cuisine. Bien équipé en casseroles. La literie était parfaite et la climatisation ok dans toutes les pièces. Résidence qui offre dans l’ ensemble de bonnes prestations que nous recommandons pour Portimao entre amis ou en famille. Nous aurions apprécier plus de précisions sur le logement au moment de la réservation.

Gute Basis für Aufenthalt und Ausflüge für Algarve

Die Appartements sind gut gelegen in Portimao – einerseits nur 500 Meter zu Praia da Rocha und auch gute Anbindung an Autobahn nach Faro. Viele schöne Strände sind nicht weit, Ausflüge nach Lagos, Sagres, Silves etc. Die Appartements sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig.

Great hotel!

We stayed at the Vilarosa hotel in August and had a generally great time! The hotel is well located (c10 mins from the beach) and is ok to get to without a car. The pool is great and is very suitable for kids though it was very busy - understandable given it’s August. In summary it’s a decent hotel but not exceptional

Vi var 3 voksne og 1 barn som fikk en stor leilighet med 3 balkonger. Stort soverom, stor stue med spisebord og sofa (uttrekkbar seng), og bra kjøkken med masse utstyr til å lage mat. Langt over forventet standard og hadde fint gått ann å bodd her over lengre tid. 2 bassengområder, liten lekepark, fine grøntarealer, tennis, liten butikk og parkering i garasje. Gåavstand til strand, butikker og restauranter (trenger ikke bil). Vi hadde leiebil men ble ikke brukt. Flott strand! Eneste som var litt negativt var at vi kunne høre de som var i etasjen over.

Bra service rent och fint , däremot kan baren behöva fräschas upp lite och större variation på utbudet.
