Hermoso departamento tamaño y ubicación

The property is a self catering property in the popular V&A district in a beautiful estate. It’s a pity the unit I stayed in had a lot of delayed maintenance, no comfortable seating. Appliances (TVs & refrigerator) need attention, bathroom extractor fan not working. The pictures on the platform are not a good reflection of the unit assigned. I would suggest that exact pictures of the unit booked be shown on the platform to about bait and switching to clients. I booked a room with a comfortable sectional in the couch and got an apartment with an old uncomfortable couch. I requested a room change , but was not reallocated to a better unit.

Best place to stay if you are more than a few days in Cape Town. Great location convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. Clean great amenities

The property itself is beautiful, especially along the canal. However, we found the location and reception very hard to find, as did several Ubers that we tried to call. This made things challenging as we did not want to walk alone at night and needed pickup. Also, there were some cleanliness complaints with our unit, although management was responsive.

Perfect location, amazing staff

The waterfront is an amazing place to stay in Cape Town. The staff is amazing, the security is super secure, it’s easy walking to the Waterfront and the Hop On, Hop Off bus. It’s one of my favorite places to stay!

They really need to sort out their check in process- very ambiguous building not clear to find . However, once we explained we had limited time as returning our car they did help us. Apartment was spacious, great to have a washing machine and driver . Felt very safe here . It is the only place I felt comfortable running on my own during our stay in South Africa. The resort is in a gated apartment complex and it is easy to run 1 mile loop around the edges. Easy access to v & a waterfront which was very safe . I would recommend staying here as base . Great choice of pools - compared to any where we stayed in western cape . They keep the gardens and pools exceptionally clean and maintained. The apartment is fully serviced and we had somebody that came in each day and did the washing up and made the bed which was surprising as normally in an apartment you have entry and exit clean was a nice touch

Lovely apartments, great location

Beautiful location, very well maintained grounds and apartment itself was in great condition with everything needed. The only gripe was that Hotels.com directions take you to the MindPearl building which used to house the admin, on the other side of the complex. Having asked a security guard where we were supposed to go, we drove round and got into the complex but were then left with a bit of a struggle to find reception. Once there everything was good! The short walk into the V&A along the water was lovely and there are great views wherever you look.

the only negative is the check in on a friday when you are so busy and full, you should have more staff on duty the poor staff were run off their feet and many people were getting very agitated .

Spotless apartment overlooking the marina. Short walk to V&A shops and the countless outstanding restaurants. Excellent location. Check-in after 3pm might be a bit challenging so get written directions in advance so your taxi can go to the right location for you to check-in 24/7. Very friendly everywhere.

Outstanding accommodation Waterfront Cape Town

The apartments in the Waterfront Village are exceptional and the perfect place to stay in Cape Town. Safe, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious apartment in a gated community; parking spaces available; exceptionally helpful staff; five minutes safe walk to the waterfront with a myriad of restaurants and shops; host of different tour boats available within walking distance ... all against the backdrop of Table Mountain.

We booked a standard 2 bed apartment as that was all that was available. There was air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge, function kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. The second bedroom was small, just one bedside table, en-suite had no shower, bed small. It was ok, but missed things to make it comfortable, cushions, rugs etc. the cleaners were very good and all the staff friendly, felt very safe. Would stay in area again but book lawhill apartments, they looked much nicer.

It's a great location - so convenient for strolling around - it's safe and colourful with all the trees, water and plants. We had a bad first day with some niggles that weren't resolved duding our stay, but we loved it there overall

Amazing stay, but poor furniture quality and finishing

This was a good first step for some of my family members. For regular travelers like myself, I'd recommend starting at Boulders Beach or other places on the ocean.

Very secure and safe accommodation. The location and waterfront is amazing. Easy to walk everywhere and the multiple pools/ gym are great. Alot of very strict rules to follow for the bylaws.

Great place to stay with friends!

Loved staying here! Close to all the action! Especially great to travel as friends because it provided a great place to visit in the evening instead of in hotel rooms. Would love to return again.

Just disappointed of the power outages as frequently happens not on regular hours! It was so challenging getting ready for work in the morning in darkness and coming home at night to cook for dinner…no power! I wished the admin told me about the times! The bathroom although clean, was mouldy on the walls and ceiling and around the tub. The cleaners and guards were outstanding though.

Perfect CT location especially for longer stays

We really enjoyed this flat. We were in Cape Town for a week so to have a kitchen and washer and dryer was wonderful. The location was fantastic. We had great views of the canal and a private patio to sit on. I would stay here again. The only complaint we had was it was hot and there was no air. We asked for a fan but one was never brought.

The location is unbeatable, a safe 5 min walk to the V&A waterfront. Secure parking, friendly staff. The apartment was spacious and clean with in suite laundry and a dishwasher. More than enough space for 4 adults and our view to the canal was beautiful.

Stunning views!

Gulmarn 102 has the best views, the place was very clean an comfortable. Just couldn't use the dstv due to the remotes not working and as per add there was supposed to be wifi but there was none. Futher we enjoyed it.

The Waterfront Village is an excellent base to discover Cape Town and its vicinity. Very safe complex, great facilities, only a few steps away from the V&A Waterfront. The place was better than expected, amazing value for money.

Schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Waterfront sowie auf Tafelberg, Lions Head und Signal Hill. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden: Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, TV, AC, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, usw. & top Internet - wir waren wirklich begeistert und kommen auch sicher wieder!

Disappointing

Beautiful view,good location. Security is good but what is annoying is that you check in at the desk and have your photo taken at security a mile away... this makes the check in process lengthy and painful. The phone to contact the help desk just rings. Had to call the 24 hour helpdesk with my cell phone, to report a the Airconditioner not working, but no one got back to me... service no good ! Disappointing for property in that class!

Waterfront Marina is always fantastic location, low bed futon type mattress in main bedroom didn't quite do it for me - Altmore103. Otherwise great apartment.

I was disappointed as a total.

The apartment was worn down and not very clean. The location is superb, but for the price I paid you expext a bit of luxury, and that was not the case. The floor in the bathroom is very slippery and dangerous when wet.

The decor and appliances were top class, no expense had been spared to make the apartment comfortable.

Waterfront end to our holiday

Excellent location.Apartment spotlessly clean but I did feel like I was staying in someone’s apartment rather than a holiday apartment.Furnishings were a bit tired and the couch sloped so much you really couldn’t use it.Balcony was fabulous with comfortable couches on it.Beds were very good.Bathrooms need updated but kitchen was of a good standard.Village and life office staff a mixed bag.Some very helpful, others found it difficult to even lift their heads when talking to you.All in all I would stay again due to the very secure and brilliant location.

Bel appartement familial confortable petit bémol une des douche avait une fuite la porte de la baie vitrée ne fermait pas à clé et accès direct à la rivière pas sécurisant pour nous qui avons des enfants de bas âge mais séjour très agréable et reposant près de waterfront très appreciable un petit rafraîchissement de l appartement serait à prévoir pour le rendre plus beau car des traces d infiltration sur les murs pas top pour un appartement luxueux !

Great location in V&A waterfront

Wonderful Apt in the V&A. It is very secure and with a great gym. We could walk around the V&A 24hrs per day. It was close to the restaurants but without the crowds. I would stay there again, heck i would buy that apt (if i could afford it at 1.5MM USD).

Likte det meste, men salongmøblene var slitte og enda litt dårligere enn de var i 2016. (Vi hadde den samme leiligheten i år som for 2 år siden.) Leiligheten er litt "grå", savner farger, men du verden, stor og flott. En liten TV var noe vanskelig å betjene. Hjelp av betjeningen var mulig. Kjøkkenet var fint. Vask av klær var mulig med vaskemaskin og tørketrummel. Soverummene var fine. Bra dusj og bademøbler. Grei uteterasse med bord og stoler. Flott utsikt fra terassen. En jente var innom hver dag og vasket opp og redde sengene. Det ble ryddig og fint.

Lite trist incheck/reception. Rummet topp med balkong o vardagsrum. Perfekt för lite längre vistelse. Fint kök med tvätt o tork etc.

Appartamento splendido, abbiamo fatto anche il bucato asciugandolo con l'asciugatrice. La pulizia della camera al pomeriggio è molto scomoda.

Disappointing for an Upmarket Venue

The rules of the complex (29) including fines for each are insulting for an upmarket clientele. The parking has no rhyme nor reason in it's layout. You need to search for your assigned stall.

Beautiful place, dreamlike environment. the village has gates that you can access with a magnetic key. It's a 5 minute walk to waterfront where you can find restaurants and cafés. it's a 3 minute walk to get to the front gate to get a taxi/uber (cars cannot access the gate) water and nature make this place wonderful. Kind personnel. The apartment has plenty of space and it super new and clean.

I was out most of the time and only used the apartment to sleep in. I slept in the main bedroom and the bathroom light did not work. That was my only disappointment. overall a very good stay.

Die Rezeption ließ sich zunächst nicht einfach finden, doch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden zu unserem Parkplatz und der Wohnung begleitet, wo uns alle Funktionen erklärt wurden. Es ist ein komfortables Apt. mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Bad, geschmackvoller Möblierung und großem Balkon in einer geschlossenen Luxus-Wohnanlage. Zur Waterfront läuft man zwar ein Stück, aber die Lage ist eine Oase in der Großstadt.

Bon accueil. Pas de WIFI dans l appartement. Uniquement à l accueil. Cuisine bien équipée avec four. Possibilité de garder les valises en attendant d aller à l aéroport. A recommander

Oma sattui tällä kertaa olemaan loistava. Sijainti on täyden kympin arvoinen, Waterfrontiin kävelymatka 2 minuuttia ja keskustaan alle 10 minuuttia. Alue on ympävuorokautisesti vartioitu, siivous kuuluu hintaan, suurimmassa osassa asuntoja on pyykkikone ja kuivausrumpu. Huoneissa parveke aluetta halkovaan kanaaliin päin.

Bem localizado e confortável

Tudo muito bom! O único problema será se você tiver 1 ou varias malas médias ou grandes! A recepção fica longe dos quartos e, por exeplo, na hora de ir embora fica bem complicado, pois taxi ou vans não podem entrar no condomínio. Mas de resto é tudo muito bom!

Ground floor apartment on the dockside

Great location within secure gated development. Modern and good condition. Well kitted our with everything you need. Sunny aspect. We enjoyed our stay. WiFi is extra cost and it’s slow and intermittent. TV channels are through satellite which is also slow and difficult to use. We couldn’t get the TV or air con in bedroom to work. It’s a quiet location. Some noisey people pass from time to time but nothing that disturbs too much. Watch out for the mozzies!

Conveniently located in the Waterfront. It was a nice walk to the stores and attractions in the harbour. We could walk to the Silo museum , Aquarium and the Watwerfront shops and Mall. (For groceries there is a Pick and Pay as well as Woolworths food in the mall - just have to carry things back) Easy to access transport (Uber) from the front gate and we felt safe in the gated community. The units are large and well appointed, we expected 1 bathroom, but had 2.5 which was a bonus. The only problem was that we asked for 2 beds in the second room on the comments section when we booked, and this was missed. There was no way that we could get a second bed on check-in. This was disappointing and frustrating. Overall - we loved the unit, views from the lovely balcony were great. especially at night.

First class apartment, great location.

We were upgraded from a 2-bed to a 3-bed apartment which offered views of Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront. The apartment was well specified, benefiting from a balcony with small pool, En-suite bath & shower facilities, 60" TV in lounge and 40" in bedrooms with the kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances Our apartment (Juliette 603) came with two underground parking spaces and security arrangements that Fort Knox would be proud of. Would stay here again without question.

Nice room, bad amenities

The 2 bedroom room was very comfortable and clean. We were on the ground floor with a view of the canal. They didn't have a wine key, paper towels, or hand towels in the kitchen. A little disappointing, but overall was a good stay.

The staff was very helpful, they let us keep our bags in the office before we checked in and after check out.. Wished we could have stayed longer, location was very close to shops etc.

Not for business

Whilst the apartment was very spacious and comfortable, there are no restaurant facilities, and their wifi does not work in the apartment, despite numerous complaints. The property is ideal for leisure but definitely not for business.

Fantastic apartment, close to the V&A Waterfront

This was our fifth visit to Capetown but the first time we had chosen to stay in an apartment. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything that we needed. It was cleaned daily to a high standard and a small problem with the air conditioning was dealt with immediately. We would definitely consider staying at the apartment if we were to return to Capetown.

Fina lägenheter men dyra

Väldigt fina lägenheter med fantastisk utsikt - hamnen på ena sidan o Taffelberget på andra. Stora fina rum, sköna sängar o bra service. Men att ta betalt för internet stör o poolerna var inte så fina som det var på bilderna (sol endast kort om dagarna). Det höga priset drar ner betyget.

Optimale Lage

Näher an der bekanntesten Ecke Kapstadts, der "W&A Waterfront" Übernachten geht nicht. Wohnung gross, geräumig & sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Service ist prima, die Menschen dahinter sieht man jedoch nicht. Die Ankunft & das einchecken war eher langwierig, nicht koordiniert. Auschecken hingegen super. Es ist eine sichere Region, um am Abend zu Fuss unterwegs zu sein.

Terrível experiência! Quem deseja ou precisa de internet deve fugir desse lugar! Cobram caríssimos 190 rands por supostos 1 GIGA de trânsito de dados mas se você consumir 300 mb, eles já desligam sua internet! E é muito lenta, quando funciona. A área é gigante, os apartamentos ficam muito distantes dos portões de saída e não existe qualquer tipo de transporte para idosos. Na verdade são apartamentos de aluguéis, não possuem serviços de um hotel. Deveriam estar num app de aluguel de imóveis e não na hotels.com

Schönes Objekt - fast eine Geisterstadt

Sehr schönes Objekt. Wir hatten zu dritt eine der großen Suites mit Blick über Marina und Hafen. Das war es aber auch schon. 2 Bäder, aber keine Handtücher. Seife tagelang nicht ersetzt 3 (!) WCs, aber zum Teil ohne Papier Fußbodenheizung aber defekt TV/HiFi nicht bedienbar Einbauküche aber fehlende Accessoires Sonnenliegen auf der riesigen Terrasse aber defekt Kein Frühstück im riesigen Objekt, dafür Yachten Kein Personal weit und breit- selbst die Rezeption stundenlang unbesetzt. Auf Anfrage schiebt man es auf den geldgierigen Besitzer, der schlicht niemand einstellt. Das Ganze wirkt wie eine Investruine. Gebaut vor der Finanzkrise und sehr ambitioniert, hat sich hier jemand verhoben

Good location walking distance from the Waterfront

The two-bedroom accommodation with open-plan kitchen lounge and two bathrooms situated in the exclussive Waterfront development met all expectations with sufficient space allowing for a comfortable stay during our visit to Cape Town. The staff at reception (which is situated around the corner from the main accommodation complex) were friendly and helpful. Make sure to enquire about the Wi-fi password if you require connectivity during your stay. Access to the property is controlled through the main entrance and is very safe. This self catering apartment was spotlessly clean and contained all neccessary amenities like a dishwasher, washer, dryer, cutlery, clean bed-linen, tv with complete DSTV (if you get to watch tv during your stay), a spacious balcony overlooking the water channel and underroof parking. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. We can highly recommend a stay over here If you wish to visit this part of Cape Town, which promises to be a memorable and pleasant experience.

Fabulous apartment, only let down by the reception staff, with a lack of communication. Also daily promises of in room wifi being fixed, but after 2 weeks it still wasn't
